The best dental offices I have been to, they are friendly and extremely kind, helpful with all questions and concerns.

So I did a routine cleaning and a check-up. They told me that my gums were perfect. I have gingervitus, so they're not perfect. They did a filling, and they ended up filling so deep that it is touching the nervous system, and I needed a root canal now. They lied about me having cavities. I was going in for a removal of 4 cavities, but I had to cancel. I went to a new place, and I have no cavities. Don't Recommend going here they just want money. Also one lady was being so rough with my tooth and trying to put something around it. She ended up being too rough and hitting a tooth.

I'm always intimidated by going the the dentist and the staff was so lovely and understanding. The spaces are all clean and bright, everyone was so friendly, and they were upfront with pricing on what was being done that day and for future appointments which I really appreciated. I will be coming here for my regular dental work from now on and recommending to my family and friends.

I would reccomend this dentist for anyone who has anxiety about dental visits. They make you feel very comfortable.

Usually I'm pretty terrified of the dentist but this place they do a pretty good job. Handled everything professionally, with giving me breaks here and there.

Ola is the number 1 assistant at go dental she is such a young girl with a pure heart and a amazing personality ive tried out a couple of dental places when i enter go dental i feel more welcomed and safe, because I actually have a assistant thats knows what shes doing Thank you guys so much Keep up the hard work!

Didn’t listen to what was wrong have been in pain for 1-2 weeks now I’ve called them saying antibiotics where not helping and they did noting, made me wait for my appointment for another 4 days just to have them proscribe more antibiotics and to wait another week. I wouldn’t go in they say open to 8 but even had doctors try call them and they closed 3 hours early no notice or anything.

Go Dental were so friendly and they make me feel comfortable furthermore, everything was explained to me in details, I was so happy seeing my teeth white and well polished.
I will recommend Go Dental to all my friends and anyone that needs their teeth fixed.

Very annoying how I’ve called the desk multiple times during opening hours to make an appointment and no one answers. But to text and send emails Go Dental is so fast at bothering you to book an appointment. Make your mind up

My wife and I came here today. They are very friendly staff here. The office and rooms are very clean.

Everytime I go there the girls are all great and very nice. Dr. Tumra s great and a kind and caring dr.
I have to move and might have to travel on bus just to come to them as its hard to find a great dentist and amazing and caring staff.

I've been visiting this place since 2014. I came back today after coming back from Fort Mcmurray. Justin did my cleaning today. I would say it was the best far experience. His hand is not heavy nor light. It's just the right amount of pressure. Melody always been friendly towards customer. I would highly recommend this place.

Do not go here for any type of orthodontic treatment. I started with Invisalign and when the treatment was over and I wasn’t satisfied I was told I would have to pay for additional inserts (even though I followed their recommendations, and everyone else I know who has went elsewhere didn’t finish treatment till satisfaction and given extra inserts at no cost) I got a retainer to wear at night and had to wear it all day and night for 1.5 years to keep my teeth in place. 3 weeks ago I went to get a permanent retainer and was told I might notice “slight movement”. My teeth are worse than before I began treatment and I’m seeing an actual orthodontist next week to re start treatment. Save your time and money! They definitely do not stand by their work and every time you go in there will be more charges for treatment that doesn’t show results. One star because zero isn’t an option and they do have friendly staff.

First.visit was.great excellent experience but now for 2nd visit took my son here had a cavity filled and paid in full my insurance covered 80% of it my insurance has said that the dentist has the money being issued to them how does that work when you pay the full bill now my insurance said they would have the payment within 2 to 3 days and the office keeps giving me the run around for my money this was all done the end of june it has now been 11 days now and I have not got a dime no one has attempted to call me either they keep telling me they dont have the payment yet from the insurance which according to my insurance they already have the payment not impressed at all still dont understand why they directed the payment to themselves when I paid it in full starting to wonder what's going on

Always had good service for anything done. However, they drop the ball when it comes to record keeping. I have always paid in full for every visit right at the time of the visit, but yet I get numerous notices to pay bills for services that have either already been paid for or not provided at all. Today I got an invoice fro over $400 for work that was not done on my wife. Seems they have some issues around record keeping.

Saw a new dentist there to replace a filling. She left it high on one side and said I just had to live with it. The freezing left my tongue without feeling for 6 months. I had to go see a new dentist at a new place who fixed her work in 15 minutes and restored my even bite. Go Dental scheduled me another appointment which I told them I would not be take at least twice over the phone and return text. This week (3 months later) I get a bill for a missed appointment I assume. Terrible service, terrible dentist and here is the 1 star they deserve for still billing me.

The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They did their job and in no time I was done. I recommend this business.

Thanks to Go Dental I now I have to get a root canal. I went in to get some fillings done and after a few days i noticed how sensitive my teeth were and had a filling fall out. I went back to get it redone and then a week later the same filling fell out AGAIN. I went to a different dentist who's been redoing every single filling that was done and because they didn't do a filling properly my tooth rotted. Front staff is extremely rude and calls you on multiple phone numbers. Please avoid this place at all costs!

This is a horrible place to go to be treated your teeth. After a quote of my wife, daughter and I, to know exact how much to pay from my pocket after the insurance. After work done, the bill out of pocket was $600 more. We paid the amounts. This is a suprise we received, my wife applied for credit card, guess what hapen, in equifax report you owe money $122 to Go Dental. We went there and the explaination was your insurance company paid less than what we quoted you.why you did let us know? Yeah we sent letter in mail which we never receive. Why you didnt send us email as you always communicate with us by email? No answer from Go Dental.we paid the balance with interest and asked them to remove my wife name from the collection and the equifax, the promissed to do so and never did anything.
