The boss require payment all the time if you need to use the brush. ALL The time.

I think most people do this way.
1-2 mins using brush，after all the vehicle has bubble，stop it and then use the brush continue to wash it for a few minutes. Last ，restart to use rinse again.

We have multiple vehicle and use this car wash company for more than two year. It may change a new boss or manager now. He did not allow us do it by this way. He check the CCTV and stop us many times.

We give up using this car wash company. There is 3 more car wash company around here. They did not request payment all the time when using brush.

I was selling my car and wanted it to look showroom presentable! Manuel (?) Did an amazing job. This is a 2012 car that had never been detailed or cleaned. Left it feeling like a new car. I appreciated the staff who were kind and thoughtful.

Full car shampoo was $150 approx.
Full detailing was $136 approx.

Totally scams, two dollars gave me one and half minutes. I tried to test it for second time. My timer was on. Don't use this car wash, stealing your money. Be careful.

Once the scheduling issues were resolved (for which they did apologize) they did an excellent job at a good price.

I don’t need a “new car show room” Service for my old clunker; so the “vac-and-dash fits me well.

They weren’t able to take me on Saturday and told me they could Sunday morning. However, there is no one here, they are closed. The phone recording says they are open 9-6 every day but that is wrong.

$2 per minute. The only coin accepted is a toonie. The foaming brush didn’t foam; it spouted in fits and starts, getting soap on my clothes. Exit door wouldn’t open, so I had to back out. Go anywhere else for a wand wash.

I had a great experience at express detail. I went for the quick handwash deal that they advertise and I’m not sure if my car was even this clean when I bought it! I would highly suggest this detail shop for anyone looking to get in and out in about 45min!

Took in emphasizing to staff I wanted their $39 special but stated $50 budget for everything in front as priority but to vac back seat time permitting (it was). Late drove away and noticed missed spots on stick shift leather and corners of cup holders just not a good job. Called and owner Doug offered a full return & redo - both done PLUS he washed the car. Very impressed, will return. Just a shame cuz IMHO staff was just lazy and non observant.sorry Doug had to re-do at a loss am sure as they both worked on the car.anyway they deserve a second chance! Call Doug if any issues. My take away - check your car over before you leave.

Great pressure to get rid of the bugs but that’s about it really. Spent $8, used presoak, soap, rinse.and it’s not any better than when it went in. It’s honestly like there’s no soap at all that comes out of the hose. Don’t waste your money.

I took my mustang there on a friend's recommendation, I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and with how helpful they were. They were quite punctual I was told 2 hours for a full detail and it was ready in 1 hour and 40 minutes, the quality of workmanship is very good and the price is way better than anywhere else I have been

To be honest, I was very disappointed with their work cause they charged me 160 for full car wash and yet didn't even get properly they are just there to collect money smh so sad not doing a great job what's so ever! Not happy with them at all! I went to bubbles for the same payment made me happy

Express details are a great value. Self serve is the best price in the city. They accept debit too.

Door closed on my truck as I was leaving and scraped the hood of my truck. Then the attendant tried to hide the business cards.

The owner/manager of this place can’t take criticism nor can he help with issues regarding this car wash. First and last time trying out this car wash. Every 1 minute is 2$ even tho it says 2min=$2, the soap is 95% water 5% dishsoap. I confronted the owner/manager and he walked away right in my face. Learn how to run a business or don’t run it at all. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash at all.

Okay lots of bays. Only accepts Toonies and credit cards. Unfortunately no vacuum canister in my bay at all. My car badly needed that.

Well, I wilk never go here again, they don't even add wax to there wax option! "Wax is just like rinse" I quote from one of the employees! Used to be a good wash, but since the ownership switched, it has significantly gone down hill as far as quality of wash! I mean what type of car wash doesn't add some form of wax to the the WAX option?

This carwash was top notch a few years ago but I think it switched owners and has been on a downhill slide since. Get less wash time per loonie, overhead doors are locked open allowing the wind to whip through while you're washing the car spraying yourself with water in the process.and seems like half the bays are out of service permanently.

FRAUD! They will charge you $14.95 for the self wash even if you only use $4.00 of time. Not only that but the amount of soap that is dispensed is basically zero. Car came out dirty at the end.

Love the guys at Godetail, took time to detail my car though I only did the vac and dash. Will definately be back there!

Worst car wash with the worst customer service in the world. Came to wash the van at 8: 30 this morning Wednesday Jan 22,2020. Went to use the automatic wash, paid with debit (thank god we did so we have proof, because no receipt printed). Door did not open had to open it ourselves. Drove into the wash and nothing came on, backed out of the wash and still nothing happened.

When staff finally showed up, the first person we spoke to called us liers saying that we hadn’t been there, even though we have proof through debit transaction, a phone call was made and I took pictures. They also have security cameras in place as well.

Second person came up and was told there was nothing they could do until the owner came in around 11-12 today.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and to be called a lier to my face is so disrespectful.

I highly recommend spending your hard earned dollars somewhere that respects its customers.

Wages 15 dollars up soap 40 %up taxes up. Alberta all car Washing starting 3 dollars 33 minutes maximum it on tv global business news and please tell all near carwash do something to same price and time limit

Washed my car there this morning and went to dry it off and most of the dirt is still on there. Went back and asked for my money back and they refused to give it back. Will never go back here again.

I have gone to get Spin Lite wash on 2 occasions and have been told both times that it was closed, even though the car wash was open.
The second time I asked when the Spin Lite closed, I was told 6pm. When I pointed out it was 5pm, I was then told it was actually closed at 4pm.
Just a tip for the owner, if you want people to pay $30 for a drive through car wash, you may want some more flexible hours.

I have been going to this wash for years now, back when it was Wash King and I love it. New owner Doug is a great guy too.

One of good Car Wash in this area. They maintain good pressure of water and don't cheat you like other car wash North of it.

On Sunday April the 7th after washing my truck I proceeded to exit the wash bay when the overhead door came down on my windshield and broke my passenger side wiper. I had no choice but to back up back into the bay because the overhead door was still trying to close. As a result of backing up the overhead door left scratches the length of my hood and ripped the stone guard off the front of my hood. I called to speak with the owner but was informed by an employee that the whole thing was my fault cause I sat under the overhead door till it came down on my truck. Overhead doors are supposed to go up if touched by any obstruction so it can't pin a person under it. So even if an idio sat under the overhead door they would be hurt. I called again to try and talk to Doug the owner but was informed by an employee he would contact me and that the accident was caused by me. Doug the owner never called. This is an unsafe car wash and should be avoided for the safety of your vehicle and for personal safety reasons. Please be safe if you do use this facility.

Pretty good place to wash your car. Popular place but no usually a big line up. Seems well run. Has a detailing shop too.

This place has a vagrant problem. Every time I go there I dont feel safe. There are drug addicts wandering back and forth through your stall rummaging through bins and waiting for you to leave your unlocked car and turn your back. Don't go at night

This place has been great since the new owners took it over. Every bay is functioning, there’s hot water throughout the wash and it’s very clean! If you swipe your card you get a pre-auth for $15 but it only charges you what you use in the end. Also they excel in the detail department. I’ve used them 3 times this year and am very happy every time!

Excellent car wash.
NIce clean facility, evrything works great, bays are a good size, very seldom have to wait, nice polite and helpful guys working there.
Definitely my "go to" car wash from now on.

Electrical wiring is open and the sockets have no covers.safety issue.

Water pressure is good and.its good

Decided to use their drive thru car wash and purchased their premium wash (the royal - $14). Although they have a vast selection of rinse cycles the blower/dryer cycle is poor. Did not have enough airflow to get the windows dry on my sedan and also trailed a stream of water behind its directional path.

Went to the customer service desk and explained the situation and he simply gave me a business card to contact.

If you're paying this type of money for a wash.your better off using another service (Shell. Petro.etc).
