He was very responsive to my texts and delivered the car to your door the next day with the plate and registration. Additionally, he was (and still is) patient in showing me the features of the car and answering all my questions. Top notch service – 10 stars and beyond!
After making the decision I then moved into Kaylan’s office to do the financing – which an always be a daunting task but she provided excellent customer service by putting me at ease and walking you through the process step by step. She was also easy to talk to and ensured that I understood all the parts of the warranty before letting me decide what you wanted with no pressure (side note I loved her use of of colored markers for the explanation). Kaylan was a big part of getting my deal across the finish line by coordinating with my insurance company, arranging for a new plate and registration of the vehicle so that Brandon could deliver it to me personally. 10 stars and beyond!

When it needed a little extra care once we brought it home, Nick helped set up a service appointment and ensured I had a loaner vehicle for the day. The Mechanic sent my husband a video explaining what he found to be the problem and it was fixed the same day. Nick called me as soon as it rolled out of the service bay, letting me know it was ready for pickup. I was in my new Jeep again by 4: 30.

Do not purchase here! I drove up from Calgary to view a truck that said in the ad has been through the workshop with a 100 point inspection and was ready to go. The sales rep spoke to me before I began the 3 hour round trip and assured me the truck was spot on and needed nothing. When I saw the truck the windshield was cracked and the tires worn out, the sales person told me not to worry as the dealer ship could not sell a truck that wasn’t roadworthy and it would be taken care of. After they pulled my credit and got me approved the sales manager called to say the truck needed $7200 in work not including the windshield and tires and I would have to buy as is faults and all. Not only was this a huge waste of my time driving in snow too red deer and back, my credit has been pulled unnecessarily. I am writing to AMVIC and the better business bureau to complain about this
Friendly quick service department. Definitely willing to go the extra mile when they can! Only good things to say about their service department. Sales department is a bit pushy and inexperienced at times in my business with them. But otherwise we're very friendly and accommodating.
The salesman I dealt with was really good. The manager I dealt with will given a chance screw you over as he did me. Watch out for 30 day exchange policy. It’s a joke.

Just purchased a 2021 Jeep. My first time. Graham Pegley in finance was a fantastic finance manager who was honest and did not take advantage of me like most men do in this day and age. (Let’s be honest, am I right?) He was thorough and made sure all my boxes we ticked and my standards were met. He got my car ceramic coated and a couple things addressed with his counterpart, Alex in the service department. Alex was insistent in making sure my experience was laid back and I was satisfied. He made sure my baby was taken care of. The experience- start to finish - was followed through with ease and consideration for my needs and desires. And I will admit- I am quite particular and needy. My expectations were met and consistently hit through the whole encounter. I am in love with my jeep and over the moon about my experience with the staff at the dealership. Bought A Brand new jeep Wrangler from here. Everything was a nightmare after the deal was agreed. They promise alot of things and the customer is the one who make all the compromises. They promise something and the very next day they change their stance. If there was a 0 star option i would have done that. Poor customer service and negotiations skill. Guy named John is super rude and behaves like he is the one buying from us. On my reference my cousin bought a SRT at the same time and his experience was something similar. Cannot wait for dodge to call me to ask about my experience

I do not recommend Go Dodge. I just bought a new ram about 4 months ago. I'm not very happy with go dodge they bullied me in to trading in my old truck and then low balled the trade in price. Then the tuck they sold me has had a few issues already. I will not be going back for my next one that's for sure.

Hands down best buying experience I’ve had. I wanted to trade in my 2nd new car for a SUV. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations and got connected to Crystyne at Go Dodge. She was amazing walked us trough the whole thing, gave us updates with the approval and overall just always there to answer all my crazy questions. Honestly, the worst vehicle customer service that I have ever dealt with. After just purchasing a vehicle at Cam Clark ford last August this experience was nothing but exhausting at go dodge. The vehicle my brother purchased was given to him on a Friday at about 5p.m, (without any insurance) this was the Friday of the family day LONG weekend. He had told them he had work and it might take a couple days to get insurance (also it was the long weekend so good luck getting insurance) but they still gave him the truck. Obviously after purchasing the truck he wanted to get the lowest insurance so he also wanted to shop around which I was doing for him. I was in contact with they lady in finance named Tracey. I had my wits end with the whole experience after she called me because her day was ending at noon on Thursday and she needed the insurance, but wait I thought I was the customer here and I don't care when your day ends, In this phone call she yelled at me to return the truck by 6p.m that day because I told her we were shopping around for the best price of insurance. She told me it had been a week.it was three business days we were working with here. She was yelling at me like it was my fault but this dealership gave him the truck without insurance. By far the worst experience and will never ever suggest anyone to deal with this dealership due to there lack of professionalism and the way they treat their customers.
I was always skeptical of Go Dodge based on hearsay. But. I was looking to improve my credit. So to Go Dodge I went. Met with Tracey. She was excellent! Heard me, my wants, needs and concerns. Tracey found me more than I was expecting and stayed within my budget. It was easy and painless. Will be going back to Tracey for the next purchase.
