I recently bought a vehicle from hundo at Southtown Chrysler and he went above and beyond for my needs. The weather outside was pretty rough and he took the time and effort to make sure the vehicle started and overall excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and especially hundo to anyone in the market for a used vehicle or a new one.

BEWARELook at complaints on Better Business Bureau before dealing with this business. Friend bought a used car from them and were given a report of all the things they checked… Friend has paid THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs in the first few months of having the car on things they said they checked and were fine. At this point they could have bought a new car. Seriously do your research before dealing with these crooks!

Went to capital and the gave me the run around for 2 days went to Southtown Chrysler and Patrick Sloan got me into a truck in less than 24 hours I wouldn’t go anywhere else now he was amazing to work with I will definitely be going back to see him for my next Ram truck

I came in today a bit nervous after trying another dealership and being turned down. I was sold a lemon about a year ago and it's been nothing but a headache. One that was swiftly relieved not only with the best customer service/care I have ever seen in a dealership. But by one hell of a crew. Patrick Sloan with the help of his manager Rob and Elizabeth with fiance. I was able to trade my jeep in and drive off with my dream truck 2023 1500 classic. It's beautiful and 10/10 recommend this location.

The experience I had in this dealership is not ideal, I bought a mustang 2010 with cash and when after I got it I noticed there was no winter tires put on the car so I asked them to get some for me, they said they could have it that day and then later they said they didn't get them so I had to wait another day, he said I should just go to the reception and get it there. When I came into the dealership the next day my salesman wasn't there and the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about. So I spoke to the manager, he said he'll look for them and never found them. He apologized and said he would deliver them to me the next day and never got back to me after that.the day after that I got two flat tires, 4 days later I finally got a text from my salesman saying he has them and can deliver.but I had already replaced my tires.
Not to mention my power seat stopped working the day after I bought my car. They said since it's an older car then they can't do anything about it.
Definetly won't be coming back there no more.

Stay away from this dealership. Unprofessional, disloyal, unethical and down right wrongful business practices on every level.

Purchased a used truck (25,000km) from this “dealership” beginning of Sept 2023. Purchased sight unseen, all was good on amvic inspection, truck was “immaculate” as salesperson stated. I believed it.

Upon delivery, tires of the truck were worn so badly myself or third party inspector wondered how it had passed an AMVIC inspection 450km previous. Truck was not cleaned, stains on seats, previous owners items were not removed & I was blatantly lied to about the truck being smoked in. Took the truck to get inspected post sale, alignment was incredibly out of whack & 1 rim was bent - explains the terrible wear on front tires (I had asked the salesman about this upon delivery and the response was “that’s just how trucks with big tires wear”, you’re joking right?)

I was told from the sales manager, that they would have no further responsibility with this truck.

So, 2 days and 450km post sale, I’m out $518 for a 4WD inspection and $4700 to replace all 4 rims & tires.

Southtown Chrysler denied my resolution through Better Business Bureau and I’m still waiting to hear from AMVIC in regard to my complaint - we are coming up on week 8 now.

Nice work Southtown Chrysler. Stay classy, and especially professional!

P.s, I hate to use names but when it’s comes to something as unprofessional as this, it would be wrong of me not to. Salesman was Hundo & sales manager was Tafara. 2 of the worst, unprofessional, customer service representatives in the industry.

The place is nice, but car service can fall short in parts they have to order and bring from other dealerships, which might push the repair from one day to two or three

Dealt with Tafara and Balraj to trade in my vehicle, worked countless hours to make sure i was happy and fought a perfect fit within our budget. Definitely recommend

I can't rave enough about everything Go Dodge has done for us. A hige thank you to Dallas and her team. They made us a priority in the middle of a storm, emergency situation, we're from out of town and I don't even drive a dodge. Dallas did everything she could to reassure us, they were so informative, loved receiving videos from the mechanics, they paid for our Uber around town cuz they couldn't provide us with a loaner.

All in all there were some ups and downs but I'm very impressed with the service we had and I'm glad we went through this dealership. Thank you for everything, happy to be back on the road with your help

I recently bought a used truck from here. I needed to have it delivered. The truck had a broken taillight and that wasn’t fixed before delivery. The truck was supposed to be detailed and it wasn’t. The truck has a broken tailgate and they won’t fix it. The big deflector was removed and now has to be replaced. It also looks like this truck has damage to the rear end and this wasn’t disclosed to me. At first they seemed to care and would work with me to get it all fixed. All they have done is fix the twilight and won’t do anything else. I am sure this is because they don’t want to pay the money. The complete lack of customer service, integrity and honesty has been disgusting. Truly the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It’s a shame because it doesn’t need to be like this. If only they cared about their customers. I would highly recommend that you buy a vehicle from somewhere else.

I’ve been going here for years. Today I got charged 100 dollars for them to tighten in a sensor. That’s on top of their 230 dollar diagnostic. When I asked about it the guy about it he said it “is what it is” Take your vehicle to someone who wont charge 100 for less than a minutes work on top of the 2 minute diagnosis.

Great communication, customer service, and a fantastic variety of new and used inventory. I highly recommend visiting the store if your in the market for a new/used Jeep/Dodge. Keep up the good work Team!

They offered my wife to deliver her vehicle from outside the city when she applied, and everything was going well until they are now saying they cannot deliver it and she needs to pick it up! Very upsetting workarounds, and anybody who is thinking of applying here should make sure they keep their word!
