Go Honda

Went there to check a car, the sales person made me wait 30 minutes, just to tell me that I can't drive the vehicle, or negotiate on the price. Would not recommend.

I bought a used car from Go Honda Edmonton, even though i live in Calgary. I negotiated the sale with Jiby Mathew, Sales Manager. In my lifetime i have purchased 18 vehicles from various dealerships. This was the most pleasant, least stressful, most straightforward purchase ever. There were no tricks, no hidden doc fees, honest communication. I really had a good feeling about the purchase all the way through. Jiby was great. Even answering texts 930 pm from his home. They delivered the car to Calgary the day after payment was made. Everything was exactly as expected. I had not seen the car in person, so i was a bit anxious. We discussed several options as to what made the best value proposition for me and for them. Intelligent discussion. This is the first place i would look for a car if i need another one.

This Go Honda is a joke i do have free ceramic coating and under coating and i pay for it but now they dont want to do it for free haha my sister and my wife plan to get a honda also but for sure i will tell them to dont get any car here in go honda!

Im not happy for their performance they put lots of hidden charges and you need to follow up several times just to get my BILL of SALE and when I found out that the price of my car is more than I expected, the CAR is 65k now it becomes almost 92k with out the interest yet is insane so don’t believe to their price that thay put in. And I was trying to return the car, because it’s still less than a month, they don’t want to accept it. They said they cannot remove all the those charges. Do not to those things that they are saying, you have to read it. They take advantage of us being in a hurry, they let us wait until 6pm, to think we went there at around 2pm.

Great experience with the dealership especially with Gab and Arjei. Except for Arianna Burt in finance department who was being rude and disrespectful while trying to discuss the extended warranty and protection options (under coating, damage, windshield etc.), got mad when we declined all her offers and began asking questions on how we can afford to pay for repairs, if we have money. She even asked my dad where is he gonna get the money to pay for car repairs rudely or if he even have $10k for engine, when my dad said yes she just stared at him and said “oh really? With rude expression. She didn’t even say anything before we left her office, didn’t bother to look or apologize for how she treated us. We were gonna back out but Britanni decided to accommodate us with paper signing and everything and was very nice. I also always have to ask the sales person so I can reach out to Arianna since she doesn’t reply to my emails anymore regarding questions.

We bought our beauties a couple of days ago from Go Honda. Special thanks to Alex Nogin for his support and advice at every step.

False advertisement. I had a bad experience the first time I came around to go auto at a different location (Go Nissan North) and didn’t complete the transaction. But, still I gave them the benefit of doubt and revisited this location to inquire about another vehicle. To find yet again false information was provided. Which gives me the impression that this dealership will lie through their teeth for a quick sale. I’ve dealt with sale consultant and a manager. And all have provided me with lies.they are down right shady and what they tell you always ends up false which is super shady. I Will not be going back. And you should also save your self from a scam.

Last month i saw one used car c300 4matic 2017.when i went in dealership he made a deal final bill of sale.some days after he called me your car in one minor engine fault.manager told me we will fix car part and we will not take any extra charges.i accepted, 15 days i did wait.again manager called me your car price increased. He told me that you can cancel deal yet u have to pay $2000 more.fraud dealer and managers they have no correct information in this field. They wasted my time and hit my credit.this was my first time to deal with them but its my worst experience with there dealership.

I had my pilot in for service on august 22nd, I thought their whole process was excellent. I booked for 730, and expected a busy lineup of cars (there was) but the service advisors were hustling to get cars through and people on their way. I had two recalls and a brake flush to get taken care of. I saw my car be brought in right away. I chose to stay at the dealership and work, and took advantage of the array of snacks they had at the service desk, and actually pretty decent coffee. And then quick communication on my vehicle status, the cost of the service, and a car wash on top of it. Well done Go Honda.

Worst car buying experienced. Horrible! Stressful! Zero star for me. No good from Sales to Finance. Beware of pressure sales tactics.

I would give Curtis 6 stars if i could. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Diana in finance was also helpful and hard working. The reason for my rating is due to "Brittney" in finance. Rude, arrogant and had no idea whay she's talking about. Ruined the overall positive experience.

If I could give this place a zero. I would. I went in to get a oil filter for my JDM Odyessy which has a K24 engine, same engine as a TSX. His response " it will either fit or it won't. " I said my car is here if you'd like to see it, he said " No, good luck" What terrible service. I'll never come here again. Garbage service.

Just got our first HONDA CRV 2023 Sport and had such a great experience from excellence GO HONDA. We have never bought a vehicle before with such an easy and stress-free manner with the help of this so amazing guy name ROD, a friend recommended this dealership, and in every step was so smooth and easy. ROD was very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole experience very pleasant. We will chose this place over again, if there was star higher than 5, I would give to ROD and his team and definitely recommend to my family, friends and to anyone.

Got my car repaired here after some mechanical issues. Service was amazing, they got the job done as fast as possible a well done. Shout out Nekeita, the service advisor, super helpful, made communicating super easy and kept me updated.

Service was fine back when I got my car here.
A few years later (and hardly any driving on it) it has failed an inspection. Some things were things that would have been a fail back when I bought it.

These folks really go out of their way to give all of their customers the 'red carpet' treatment in their service department! I have had regular servicing of my Honda CRV at Go Honda since I purchased it from in 2017. As a customer, and from all of my experiences there.they are remarkable with their personalized customer service! Whether it is their easy access to the service manager, if needs be, to their well trained and very professional, friendly staff and technicians.you will appreciate the difference this dealership will make to the life of your car!

I had an incredible experience with Nekeita. From the moment I stepped in the shop, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable Nekeita who went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiry. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process.

David, the courtesy shuttle driver, is awesome as well. Enjoyed our conversation.
