I called Go Insurance at 16830 107Ave to inquire about my upcoming renewal. I then had the great experience with speaking to Elizabeth Lancaster who was very helpful. I recently had a hit & run on my vehicle and was unsure how I would go about covering the cost of my deductible. Beth was very knowledgeable and we got to talking I explained that I didn't know how I was going to pay my deductible which was going to be $500.00! She told me she would look further into this and after a brief hold she came back with fantastic news. I was not expecting! She went on to let me know that the full cost of my claim would be covered and I didn't have to pay the deductible! Thank you so much Beth for your excellent customer service skills and expertise.
