We had the pleasure of buying a car from Betty and the General Sales Manager Genio. This experience started with a simple phone call to Betty about their inventory and cost. I really didn't think I would actually drive all the way across town to make the purchase the next day. Betty asked all the right questions while qualifying me to buy the right car for my son. Although the next day was her day off, she ensured Genio followed up and when we made the deal, Betty came in on her day off to walk us through the final process and spent a considerable amount of time in the car with my son so that he knew all the features of his 2024 Seltos SX. We were so grateful for the tutorial. Genio worked the price for me and made sure I felt good about the purchase by explaining all costs up front so there were no suprises. Both employees have followed up since the sale to see if there are any questions. I recommend Betty and Genio if you are in need of a new car.

I had gone into the dealership a few weeks ago and was greeted by Harkirat. We were just window shopping for vehicles and he answered all of our questions that we had and wasn’t too pushy. If you are looking for a salesperson at this location I would definitely recommend seeing Harkirat.

Got a great new car, eventually… process was not transparent and despite being told the “car will be here within days” it took months. Delays happen but I would rather know about it.

Was up sold on “protective” layers that actually make the car look dirtier and getting service since has been impossible.

The heat on my brand new car stopped working and they can’t look at it right away.

There has to be better client care other places.

The people run this place commit crimes, the white collar kind. As per AMVIC: “The price advertised plus GST is the law”!

You don’t have to pay ANY hidden dealership fees. No ‘amvic’ fee or ‘anti-theft’ fee. As a consumer if you tell them you WILL NOT pay any fees and they say you have to - this is a crime.

We walked away from a good vehicle at a good price because the sales manager Claudia Neag refused to sell us a vehicle without their anti-theft fee. A formal complaint has been filed with AMVIC regarding the matter.

During our visit they tried to engage us in a bidding war. They held our credit card hostage preventing us to leave. They lied to us about a customer putting a deposit on a vehicle and then admitted to it. They made my wife extremely anxious during the negotiations. Cheesy sales lines and closing questions from the 80s.

Every GoAuto; they don’t care about people, they care only about their bottom line. Buying a car shouldn’t be difficult, it should be exciting. Thankfully I’ve never bought from GoAuto but every interaction I’ve ever had has been totally and completely negative.

My partner and I went here at the suggestion of a friend and are glad we did!

We originally talked with Brandon and were happy with how upfront and easy to talk to he was. After test driving other brands, we decided to come back the next day and wound up working with Karim. Karim was lots of fun to work with and easygoing. He was open about costs associated with the vehicle and didn't pressure us into anything. Both Brandon and Karim were great to work with and made the process an easy one.

Prashan (our finance person) was also great and broke things down for us. I usually am one to avoid Go Auto but Go Kia is great and I recommend them!

Went in for oil change and they have a simple checklist and my concern is that they checked. It was good example tires and tire pressure and my tire pressure all the way around was 20 psi if that and they said it was all good. How do you gain trust in a dealership if they falsify the documentation!

I went into Kia with no real intentions of actually leaving with a vehicle today. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Easy to talk to no pressure or obligations. He made us feel comfortable & was great to deal with. Justin and the team met my every need. I am extremely happy to leave that building knowing I bought a vehicle that I’m going to love.

I will still give a review even thought I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them. I was looking for an EV6 GT-line package 2 and I understand the high demand for these vehicles but I did not want to pay for the extra packages they forced on to buy the car. In the end, I did end up buying it else where where I got what I was willing to pay (MSRP).

However by saying that, the experience was pleasant, Brandon Wright was a pleasure to deal with, he booked a time for us to test drive the EV6, showed us all the features and amazing attitude and answered all our questions.

So I highly recommended asking for Brandon, it's just unfortunately the Sales Manager did not agree to the price and I had to purchase the vehicle else where.

I also recommend their Part department as they again, very friendly and pricing is great on parts. I purchased my tires from them for my Audi S5 and will go again for any parts related to my Kia EV6.

I had a 10: 30 a.m. Appointment for a simple #1 service (oil change and visual inspection). This service took almost 2 and a half hours. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. Staff that looked after me were very friendly, but this service should not take that long. Next simple oil change will be done at a drive through where it takes 20 min.to a half hour.

Horrifying Experience at Go Kia Dealership, Edmonton - Ford Edge 2015

I wish I could rate this dealership lower than one star, but unfortunately, that's the minimum. My harrowing ordeal began ten months ago when I needed parts for my Ford Edge 2015 Since then, it's been a nightmare; the parts haven't arrived, and the staff's incompetence is breathtaking.

The service manager (Raj Atoor) and sales office (Isabel Anderson) are a disaster - they wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. And don't get me started on their responsiveness! It's like talking to a black hole. No concern for the customer's plight.

The managers - from general sales (Eugenio Iafolla) to finance (Prashan Pakeerathan) - seem to specialize in neglecting customers' problems. Once they sold the car, they washed their hands of any responsibility, leaving me in the lurch. The sheer lack of empathy and consideration is mind-boggling.

To top it all off, this dealership's treatment has been nothing short of mental harassment. The stress, frustration, and anxiety caused by their incompetence and indifference have been beyond measure. Avoid this place like the plague unless you're in the market for mental torture and zero accountability.

Not only did he provide excellent service and help me find the perfect car, but he also surprised me with a cute fluffy toy as a delightful bonus. Great customer service and a personal touch—I highly recommend Brandon and the team at Go Kia South!

Avoid this dealer. They falsify records and misrepresent sales. I bought a "new car" from them but it turned out to be a demo model that had over 1,000km on it.at time of pickup I discovered this and was told take it or wait 3-6 months for another vehicle. On the sales contract they wrote it had less than 50km

As well they sold an extended warranty they also misrepresented. There are severe limitations on extended warranties. Tow to nearest dealership? Yes, however the max they cover is $100 of that cost then you pay the rest.

I contacted Kia roadside assistance, which just ended up hanging up on me instead of meeting contract requirements of arranging tow of my stranded vehicle 200km from nearest dealership.they expect you to make arrangements when contract clearly states otherwise.

Dont buy any extended warranty.
Kia Canada is absolutely useless in dealing with dealers.
You can file a complaint but it does nothing as Kia Canada loves to emphasize that dealers are independent and Kia Canada has no control over what the dealer does or doesnt do or say.
If the dealer tries to scam you Kia Canada will not get involved.

On September 22,2023 my boyfriend brought my car in because when we changed from my winter tires to my summer tires we were advised there were bulges on the brand new winters that I had, so we brought the tires/car in to have the photos taken and for Kia to submit my warranty claim for me. It's November 7,2023 today and we've tried to contact Nick multiple times, we've left voicemails each time, including this morning when I called and we have yet to receive a call back. I gave them some grace at first because I know KIA vehicles had things recalled on them so I had assumed they were busier than usual but we're almost at two months of waiting now and to not hear back with any sort of update is completely ridiculous. At this point i'm convinced he didn't even submit the warranty claim that we went in and paid for him to do. I will be posting on all of my social media apps about the poor communication and service we've received and advising everyone I know not to use this dealership. Now I will have to go to another dealership and pay to have them do the exact same job you guys were supposed to do. Completely unethical and unprofessional.

Karen has been helping me with the car trade-in and the purchase. She patiently answered all of my questions and really thought about my situation in my shoes. The whole experience was beyond my expectations and thank you for making my dream come true!
