Very very disappointed by there service.
Please don’t go there and waste your hard earned money.it’s a scam!
My car was supposed to have a B service as mazda suggests.they suggested me the same. It is 99 point inspection which should be performed. But what they did was just a oil (which was bought by me) and filter change. And they did tyre rotation even my tires were brand new bought before 20 days.

After the mazda survey they called me and asked what was the problem with your service. I asked them do you have the policy to test drive and check the vehicle how it’s running. They said yes they do test it my driving it. But it was a lie they never check my car for 99 points.the kilometres in and out was the same… their invoice also says that and myself i also recorded my km before and after.it was same

They charged me 247 for doing nothing…
I have the proof of all what i am saying.

Stay away from this place, worst dealership to buy a used car, they have zero ethics and no morality, they have only one moto and that is maximum profit in any way, if you want peace of mind please go to some other dealership, I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta ST from them on last February for 22,000 $, and now I am stuck with that car, every two weeks I am spending all my money on it, by far I spend over 7500$ on the car for maintenance, they sell problematic cars with temporary adjustments, service department is also worst in there, about 3 months ago I went there with a transmission fluid leak which I had from the time I purchased the car but restarted heavily when I changed the transmission fluid and passenger side axle seal, and when they test drove the car the clutch went down, and they did a inspection and I changed slave cylinder, clutch, fly wheel, pressure plate for 3000 $ and it took a month to get the car back and the leak remained unfixed I went back again and they inspected and said it was because of the fault in new slave cylinder but they couldn’t give warranty on labour as it is not their fault, and once the parts came they called me again and said there is still leak and now I need a new transmission as the leak was coming internally and they couldn’t locate the leak, and they quoted 5000$ for that and 1200$ for putting back the new clutch and slave cylinder, then I went there with one of my friend who is a technician and he checked transmission and said there are no cracks and leak is coming from the hub seal, after all this repairs they still tries to fool me, after that they changed the seal and no leaks or issues related to transmission after that, if I haven’t went there with my friend and inspected it, then they would have made me change the transmission, and today I went there for selling my car and they are saying they can only give 11,000$ for this car after everything I done on this car, I bought it for 22000$ and spend over 7500$ on the last 8 months and the remaining loan is 18200$. Don’t trust anything they say, they have no ethics and the sales manager is very bad you will lose your temper if you talk to him when you go there for trade or selling your car. I have never written a negative review about anyone ever before, but this one I have to write so that no one else take bad decisions as I did.

Meh experience. From a sales perspective it was disappointing. Asked several times and several people for an appraisal on my vehicle and they did not complete one after having my vehicle for 7 hours.

Service was great, helpful advisor and a cool video inspection.

Had great experience with Sahil for a car purchase. The manager also showed initiative to get the deal done.

These guys also follow GoAuto Rewards rules for referrals etc.versus some other GoAuto related dealerships who won’t honor referrals.

I would definitely return here for auto needs.

They contacted me several times related to an online quote for a new car that I was looking for. They are just wasting your time and energy. They have paranoia that if they give you the break down of the price it is a confidential information. However, other dealerships are very informative and helpful and try their best to meet your requirements. I was wondering how they survived in this competitive market with this awkward policy.
Just go to Sundance or Landmark dealership. They are nice and helpful. Please do not waste your time with this amateur dealership. The worst dealership that I have ever seen. They give you wrong information over the phone just to bring you into the dealership. Not recommend at all.

We had a great experience with Go Mazda. The staff were quick to process so we didn't feel our time was being wasted with a dragged out process (as we've experienced elsewhere). They've checked in with us and been super helpful.

Although I ended up going with another car from a different dealership, Mazen was very helpful and the customer service was good. They keep calling me after already stating I was going with another car and won't leave me alone, so that's why not 5 stars.

Edit: came to get service done for an alignment and service was great. Vehicle was done quick, the advisors kept me up to date and kept communication.

Bought a Hyundai Sonata, came with summer tires on it and winter in the trunk and they wanted to charge me to put the winter tires on, also the listing price online was raised $900 after test driving it, I knew something shady was going on and called them out on it and told them I was going elsewhere so they lowered the price, nothing but a headache, would never shop here again!

Would not buy a vehicle from here again. There was a mix up with the car starter that was supposed to be installed in my Cx-5. My purchase contract states a two way (fob starter) but they installed the mobile app starter. When I discovered this shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle the sales manager talked me into keeping it saying it was a “superior product” and would “increase the value of my car”. I was super pregnant at the time and due anyday, so instead of insisting on getting it fixed I regrettably agreed to give it a try.

In reality it was a garbage app, super slow and glitchy so I rarely used it and let the app subscription expire because I lived in a condo with heated parking. I tried renewing the app this month as I now park outside and find that it’s been discontinued and my starter does not work anymore. I called in and Mazda Canada tells me they can’t do the upgrade for me that they did for everyone else with this starter installed because I wasn’t paying for the app (that I never wanted) and that the dealership didn’t code my vehicle properlyso I don’t qualify. (I’m guessing since I was supposed to have a fob starter all along)

Super disappointed I let the sales manager talk me out of fixing THEIR mistake because now I have no starter even though I paid for one and they won’t do ANYTHING.

I’ll also add that the sales guy increased my payment that we had already agreed and signed off on in the finance office. It was only like $1.50 per payment but it always rubbed me the wrong way that he snuck that in for basically no reason and guilted me into it. (he literally was like "I won't have any commission if you don't agree to this. ")

Just a bad experience and I cannot wait to buy a new vehicle from literally anywhere else when the time comes.

First of all he his one of the best salespersons I've ever met, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a very good experience getting a good vehicle. I acquired about a certain vehicle, booked an appointment and I received the best service throughout the whole process.
Not having a vehicle to go for my appointment almost made me cancel but Ramod went to the extent of sending a cab to and fro to ensure I could come for my appointment and also back home.
Ramod also made it a priority in getting me the best deal, he helped me exceptionally throughout the whole process which exceeded my expectations of the wonderful service I got, I really appreciate how I was treated and the awesome service I got. Thank you so much to Ramod!

Not only did he ask me what my 'must haves' were for the vehicle, he was able to deliver and provide me with all those 'must haves'. I also got a great deal on my trade-in and he also spent a good amount of time showing me how to use, and take advantage of all the gadgets in my brand new car!

I'm handicapped. Mobility issue. Right leg above knee amputation a year ago.

I approached GoMazda/Salman Mansuri to negotiate a deal on a SAAB 9-7X. Negotiated down to the level of fixing a price deal for 8 days for a deposit of $500.

In the end GoMazda wouldn't go for the deposit for me to find replacement pedal installation for my particular requirement.

The car was sold the next day.

Went in to view a 2015 Mazda CX-9. It was priced low so we asked the salesman if there were any issues (they said it was perfect). We wanted a third party inspection and they strongly tried to convince us against it. Turns out the car had a snapped ABS wire, a subframe shift and ebrake that wasn’t working. When I brought the inspection report back they tried telling me I was wrong and left me sitting for almost an hour before getting my deposit back. Would not recommend this dealership at all… that car was not safe and they were so shady hiding the damages

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Beware and stay away, especially if you are looking at a used vehicle at this location. Expect to be treated like s**t.

We were here to check out a vehicle and ready/willing to work out a deal. However, Frank at this location decided to please us with his unprofessional attitude/service. We were so turned off by it and decided to just step out and rather wait for the right vehicle. If you are looking for a pleasant and professional experience, I strongly suggest that you look somewhere else and stay away from this location.

On July 27, my son and I went to Go Mazda to purchase a car. We were met by Mr. Salman Mansuri who showed us the cars that were in our price range.
After selecting the car my son wanted Mr. Mansuri sat us down to discuss the purchase of the car. The RX8 came with a damaged fob. The fob is required to get into the car and is required to start the car, and is approximately $763.00 During our negotiation Mr Mansuri agreed to include a new fob in the deal. Mr. Mansuri also said that the car would be detailed and have a full tank of gas when we picked it up on July 30.
When we went to pick up the car we were given a spare key not the fob which we agreed to. When I asked about the fob Mr. Mansuri stated that we had agreed on a spare key and he stated the spare key was $763.00 when I questioned the value to the spare key he recanted the statement and said it was $350.00. I asked about the fob we requested and he suggested I go on Facebook or Amazon as we could get them for a couple hundred dollars. As it was apparent Go Mazda was not going to honor the agreement that we had come to and Mr Mansuri was talking in circles about our agreement we left. When we got home my son told me the car also only had less than a half tank of gas again not what we agreed to or paid for.
I will never go to Go Mazda or any other Go Auto group, they say one thing and deliver another. My son called Mr. Mansuri to inquire about the gas and had to leave a message Mr. Mansuri has yet to return his call. I would suggest to any future car shoppers that you take photocopies off items discussed during sales process at Go Mazda, as they do not honor what is discussed and agreed to.

Great experience buying a used red VW Beetle from Yat Ting Yeung. He's a very nice and detail-oriented employee; he answered all our questions patiently and showed us where all the controls were in the new car. Also gave us tips on how to touch up the paint chips on the car so that they look nice and smooth. Because we didn't eat lunch yet, he even went out to buy us McDonald's burgers. That's taking customer service to a whole new level! I feel like he's a kind and genuine guy. Prices are also negotiable; Yat Ting was patient and did not get annoyed with our price haggling, although it required like 6-7 talks with his manager. He speaks Cantonese and English fluently. I highly recommend Yat Ting for any Cantonese speaking and Chinese customers. Thanks for making my dream car a reality!

The team helped me out trading in my old car for a new one! The salesperson that helped me and the financial coordinator were super helpful with everything. They were very friendly and I felt like I was getting taken care of properly. My insurance was having issues so they even let me keep their dealer plates until I can figured out my insurance for registration. Great service

Great experience. Was not hassled by sales people to buy a vehicle or hassled to buy something more expensive. Got the vehicle I wanted and what worked best for me.

Only downside is that I was offered one price on the sales floor but while talking to finance they provided more information of extra coverage for warranty. This Increased my monthly cost but was worth the coverage. Would have been nice to know about this before going to the financing so I could have had more time to consider this extra monthly cost.

I purchased a vehicle through GoMazda a little less than a month ago.

I'll start with the test drive. First, I came to see the car in the evening after work, so it was dark out. The car was fairly clean on the outside, but not freshly washed. That plus the darkness made it a bit tough to inspect, but I tried to give it a good walk around with my cell phone flashlight. When I got in the car, I noticed a part in the back seat (maybe a seal from a door or the sunroof?). I also noticed the keyfob had a low battery warning, and the fuel door seemed to not be flush with the car.

When I got back to the dealership, I asked about the part in the backseat and was told there was no part there.well yes I just saw it. And then when I asked about the fuel door I was told "that's just the way it is". I went through what LOOKED like a pretty thorough inspection document, which had some confusing numbers for wear parts (tires and brakes were noted as "4". 4 what? Mm? When I asked about this I received some confusing answers, including it's a rating out of 8?).

I ended up buying the car, and the day I came to pick it up I found that there were quite a few scratches on the driver side window that weren't visible in the dark. No where on the inspection report was that noted. There were also some blue paint marks on the hood (it's a white car), and one of the rear wheel mud guards was missing. The key fob still had a low battery (despite me asking about this), and when I asked again about the part in the back seat I was again told there was no part (it had been removed by this time).

Oh, and the fuel door just need to be adjusted a bit which took me all of 10 min to do, and is a little disappointing that they wouldn't have offered that when I pointed it out.

The Good:
Relatively competitive pricing
Friendly sales staff

The Bad:
Inspection report conveniently leaves out damage which would otherwise obviously affect the car price
Sales people don't seem to have a good communication with inspection team and don't understand the inspection report.
Dismissive when it comes to concerns, and little effort into addressing these concerns with the vehicle

Overall - maybe not the worst place you can go if you find a crazy good deal there, but I'd suspect that 9/10 you can do better.

Brilliant service from Sahil. It would be five stars if not for the surprise insurance fee I did not need or ask for at the end. The moment I find a dealership that tells me what the car will cost - total - I will never go elsewhere.
But Sahil was absolutely fantastic. I'll look for him next time I need a car no matter where he works.

This is an unfortunate review as my initial experience was good, Henry Chow was friendly and very courteous. The unfortunate part is that I purchased a vehicle from Go Mazda and was told that everything on the car was in good working order except for the check engine light as that was due to an aftermarket exhaust. I've only driven the car three thousand Kilometers when a check a service light for the AWD system. I take it into a shop for a diagnostic and I've gotten 2 codes for the AWD system. I was told that if it was within the first month the GM would consider it but as it sits now its my problem.

Very convenient location with easy access to other businesses while waiting for your car to be serviced. You can make your appointments at gomazda.ca and can choose different options such as drop off, wait at the dealership or get a car loaner with dates as quick as next day. Standard customer service. Avery was polite and updates about the car were sent via text. You also get a link to see a video of a run down from your technician once they're done and the video I got was very clear, quick and to the point. Oil changes take about an hour and a half and they will top off your windshield fluid and wash your car too as a complimentary.

Went in to test drive a vehicle, the guy already thought he was gonna sit me down to start a deal process. Um no. Not sitting down when I havent test drove anything.
Upon origionally contacting I asked if it had been in an accident I was told no it wasn't. I decided to make a drive down to the dealership after I live 45 min away when I was free. The guy thought just because I went in person to see it he could try to sell it full price and say quote "but you need a vehicle, you drove so far just for this vehicle" no honey don't feel special im not in a rush for a vehicle and I drive 30+ min daily to all my appointments in the city. So what you think are signs for a solid sale actually aren't.
I also said to him that I wanted to see it in person because in person vs online are 2 very different things. I used to be a sales rep so that stuff doesn't work on me. Anyway I showed up guess what it has an accident on it!
You were just told on the phone the other day that I was not interested in anything if it was involved in a crash. Why you would say no and think if i go in person and find out then that I would be OK with it?
The trunk had a problem & couldn't be closed after my husband opened it, tire pressure sensors were going off etc.

He didn't even know how to work the car im the one that got everything working.

While I liked the model of the vehicle itself I was not feeling that specific one.

He thought he was so slick, I don't trust him and this dealership looked old and sketchy when I arrived.
This car has also been sitting there since November, has numerous servicing and replacements that were done & the accident on it that I was lied to about. All details that were not disclosed when I asked before going. He didn't even try to show me another vehicle. Clearly this one they are desperate to get rid of especially with all the problems.

If there was some honesty and transparency about the accident and how theres one listed but no details on it from dealing with it privately I wouldn't have a bad first impression of this dealership and could have decided to look at alternate vehicles there. However I will warn anyone not to use this dealership.

This is the first time I have been able to purchase a new car in over 10 years, the previous time I purchased a new car was also a Mazda. Since then I have had a few cars. I did my research; I knew exactly what I wanted. I test drove several other cars and decided the Mazda (CX-5) was the best. I made an appointment with a sales person requesting exactly what car and trim I wanted. I was very clear on what exactly I wanted included in the deal: car, winter tires w/ rims, winter mats, cargo tray, car starter.
Here are my issues:
1. All in all from the time I arrived to when deal was finalized took just over 4 hours. I had to leave in between to have lunch. I was made to sit in front of the Finance Manager while he filled the paper work. It is disgraceful and disrespectful to have a client sit and wait for this long at a dealership.
2. It would seem that from what you see online the price you see is the price you get, no added fees or costs, that unfortunately is not the case (not considering GST of course).
3. On several occasion the sales person requested me to put a deposit on my credit card, on all of these occasions this was before a deal was made or before I saw a bill of sale. At the very least I find this extremely odd. On all occasions I declined until a deal was reached and I signed a bill of sale.
3. At vehicle pick-up time not only did winter mats were not in the car, I was informed they were not part of the deal. Instead of saying, sorry that was a misunderstanding or miscommunication, the sales person went out to point they were not included. I would have had no problem paying half the price and dealer paying the other half, we all make mistakes, but the position the sales person took completely set me off as I had made it very clear while purchasing what I was requesting. It is not until I went to talk to a sales manager that the sales manager said, no problem we'll take care of it.
4. No cargo tray! Also at vehicle pick-up I was informed they didn't have cargo trays. If I would have been made aware of this, due to me needed one regularly to take my dog to the vet, I would have either waited for them to receive one (prior to me picking car up) or get a refund and source one from somewhere else. I have had the car for a week now and it is a huge inconvenience not having one, still no word from dealership.
All in all, I was SO looking forward to the new car, my experiences at this dealership soured the whole thing up. I would highly recommend Mazdas to anyone purchasing a new or used car. I would not recommend this dealership to do so.

Having bought from Henry Chow several times over the last decade. I can’t stress enough about having a dedicated salesman who stays in one place with quality service. Often you always see people come and go in this industry so quick. I recall buying my first Mazda and within a week the salesman was gone and went elsewhere. But Henry is a survivor surviving 4 ownerships and has been solid. Every year I feel he always says it’s his last but like a champion he’s still there and his service is 100% dead on. I can’t stop raving about service but I hope to be around to buy the last car Henry sells. Keep up the good work.

This Mazda dealership was really good in Covid safety and customer service experience. The dealership has a fantastic owner, Anton, who goes out of his way to provide top service to a customer through communication and is easily accessible to the layman when you need to approach him. He’s kind and very understanding in dealing with your issues and helps fulfill your goals when dealing with the purchase of a new car. Mazen is an excellent caring and honest salesman who goes the extra mile for the customer. Daniel and Andy in finance make it very easy to understand all the details when you do the paperwork. They put the fine print in layman’s terms so you get to know what you’re signing. Smiling and efficient is their way of getting the mundane paperwork done. Inspection of the car needs slight improvement (some dirt / soil on the car mats) but that’s minuscule compared to customer service that rates high in my book being a frontline worker in the hospital.

I bought a used vehicle with 30000km on it on October 14th 2020 on the 15th with just over 300km put on it, the vehicle started showing signs of engine failure. I brought it to my local ford technician and they say it needs either a short block or long block replacement. I called Mazda for help in the meantime while the repaire (hopefully under warranty) are being done and it has been nothing but dead ends and I've been tossed back and forth between sales and service managers, sales manager unwilling to help, service manager unable to help. Trying to get ahold of the general manager of the branch and after many calls I am still unable to contact him. This dealership has no sense of customer loyalty, once they have your money your position on their priority list is shuffled to the bottom of the pile. My new car is now in the shop for the next month and they will not even lift a finger to get me a rental to replace it. Please take caution if you plan to buy with them. Oh, and I called the day before to tell them I was seriously interested in the car and was from out of town and they couldn't even bother to clean the thing.

Elizabeth and her team went above and beyond my expectations. My alignment was done quick, and I was updated every step of the way. I was also informed on things to watch for in the future that did not need to be replaced/repaired right away. Such a rarity these days to have a honest, friendly, and professional place to take my car. Thank you.
