We delt with Erika. She wasn’t very experienced kept passing us off to a manager. The Jeep we bought needed another 2K worth of work done to it just after the 30 day warranty Took it to a Jeep dealer. We were informed that if they in fact had done an inspection and diagnostic then, then they erased the DTT’s and codes 448 km on the jeep and this happened. I won’t shop here again and I would suggest a 3rd party inspect any used vehicle this lot is selling. Or expect to pay more shortly after purchase

I would not recommend this dealership. I was attempting to buy a vehicle and the salesperson was obnoxious, intimidating, rude and dishonest. Then he had the Sales Mgr call me and he gave me different information than the salesperson I was attempting to deal with. I have since purchased another vehicle elsewhere and was happy to finally deal with normal and Professional people.

Buying my daughter’s dream car was not only made possible by Sam, Imran and Eric but they made it a such a wonderful experience. We couldn’t say enough “thank you” most especially to Sam for being such a warm, knowledgeable and very accommodating salesperson. Answered all our questions, enlightened and explained to us well some things about our car. He even went test driving it with us to make sure it runs smoothly. That was greatly appreciated! THEY LIED TO MY BUDDY ABOUT A VEHICLE BEING AWD AND THE NEXT DAY, REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND UNLESS HE ACCEPTED -$1500 LESS THAN WHAT HE PAID.

I accompanied my friend as he was looking for a used SUV for his wife. We specified the vehicle MUST be AWD. That and not white were her only requirements pretty much. They showed him an SUV that was a little high in kms but otherwise perfect. He went and picked it up a couple days later after getting some work done that they had agreed on and the following morning left to drive it home to Fort Mac. Which is when he realized it was in fact front wheel drive only. The salesman lied to me when I asked if it was AWD when he first pulled it up on his computer, and then lied to my buddy about it again during the pre-test drive walkaround. We made it clear several times no AWD would be a deal breaker.

He phoned them when he got home to Fort McMurray and spent several hours arguing with them about it. They finally told him they would take it back, but -$1500 what he paid. Never ever buy a car here.

Amazing customer service from Sam, came in on a Saturday and purchased and drove a vehicle home same day. Great overall experience even with the dealership under renovations

Bunch of snakes. When I bought my car 3 years ago, remote start was a key feature that I was specifically looking for. They told me one of the key selling feature of the Chevrolet Trax I bought was the basic plan which allowed remote start using the car's app and would be free indefinitely and that only additional features like roadside assistance would cost money. Now my service has been cut and I'm told by Chevrolet if I want the remote start feature it's $15/month and that the dealership should not have made a false promise to me like that. I based my entire purchase decision on a lie. Don't trust these people who will say anything to you to sell you a car.

If could I give them no stars I would. My parents bought a second hand car over month ago and already had to buy tires. Not only that, when the air conditioner wasn't working and my step dad brought the car in he was told there was over $3000.00 + problems with car that need to be fixed. When he called the financial officer Owen that sold him the car all he has been getting is the run around. If you want to go to a place to get a second hand car that will cost you money out of pocket and the run around, this is your place

Sam was a fantastic associate. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of town, and Sam took a detailed video of the vehicle, promptly answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable. I never felt any “sales pressure” from him either, which was much appreciated.

Got a sweet Jeep from this location today. Shopped around and this vehicle was a great price, definitely priced to sell. Robby (salesman) was extremely helpful and down to earth. Their salespeople are on a per vehicle sold commission not on the value of the vehicle, so their goal is to make sure that you're in the vehicle you want NOT in the most expensive vehicle. Owen the financial manager is a super awesome guy, likewise with Robby, just great people who made the buying experience much better. I've only ever gone to a dealership twice and bought a vehicle once, both experiences left me with a bit of a sour taste towards purchasing vehicles from dealerships. I'm happy to say that this location, specifically the staff, have helped change my perspective.
Hope to deal with this dealership in the future both for it's friendly staff & it's great deals.
**Update: It's been about 2 months now since buying. Seems the jeep had issues one week after buying so fixed them, then had more issues a month down the road. I think these guys just cleared the error codes and had hoped they didnt go off during the test drives.not cool.

Extremely unprofessional people… one of the salesman made a deal with us then pulled the deal the following day after not even contacting us about the situation. Once again extremely disappointed that this is the service their customers are provided with…. Don’t give them your business!

They didnt want to do business.sales manager pushed me out the door didnt take me seriously. Didnt like my resonable offers. We went in 3 times to deal with Kal the sales person. Then the General manager Ray Sinclair tries to pawn that we were never there, even though he sent me an email asking why they couldn't earn our business. Trying to take credit for a vehicle I bought at a different dealership. There are much better nissan dealers in town.these guys are all lies.

Bought a nissan rogue 2017, at the end of June, heater doesn't work so I brought her in to have her fix, find out there is close to 4,000 work to be done, they don't phone back, trying since July to return the vehicle, don't buy here.stay away

Came in to purchase a new vehicle for my growing family. Arsh was professional and never used high pressure sale tactics to force us into a vehicle. We ended up getting a used 2019 vehicle and Vasilis was wonderful with finance to sit down and explain all the costs associated with our new vehicle. Would recommend this dealership and especially Arsh.

Chelsea and the techs bent over backwards for us to get us back on the road from Alaska to Texas. It was a Saturday and they didn’t need to go above and beyond to get us taken care of, but they did anyways. Nobody has ever helped us like they did.

Do not buy anything or do any business with this dealership they're unprofessional and will try to rip you off, had the worst experience here and never had any of these problems at other dealerships.

We are not coming back to get the next vehicle at this location again. So as our friend that is present and witnessed the initial transaction. This is the second time that after final sale promised is not met- unfortunately I signed the thing that says everything promised is met because I was told i am getting it the next day.

We needed an express oil change for our road trip across Canada. Service to get the appointment was quick and effective, service for oil change and tires was extremely good, explanations about our car, recommendations and a video inspection link send to us!

Very slow, pushy, and not customer friendly. Also just quite rude. Although my salesperson was nice enough the over all experience was not great.

Just trade a new 2021 Nissan Roque from Nav at this location, the experience was amazing! He was very knowledgeable & helpful, he kept me informed and answered every question i had. John ran through all the financing options and did a great job. These guys were top notch! Entire staff actually here are friendly. I’ve never before dealt with a dealership that refuses to take certified funds as payment. I was all set to purchase a van when I was informed that unless I finance they won’t sell it to me.

The patience that Arsh, Kal, Eric have is unmatched I wish I could leave more stars because their service was top notch there’s times where I felt like all hope is lost but they were patient they stood by me and helped me get the best deal possible. They made sure I was always taken care of. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them any day. If you’re struggling or stuck in a horrible deal they will pull every string and will show that you’re a priority. They make your needs a priority and their service doesn’t stop even after you got the car it continues even after. Amazing people!

Was thr for 2.5 hrs sales man show vehicle quickly and after test drive he went to manager for figures and put us standby quite long time to wait for manager to upfront figures. Lastly when waiting a long another salesman came and ask he has figures and manager found busy.
Found waiting and waiting my self with my kids and wife in car.
They should be quick to provide feedback.

Clean dealership and friendly, but for one thing they won’t accept cash and make you go through financing. I also put in an email inquiry and got a phone call within five minutes. I didn’t put my number for contact. They said they looked me up. Made me feel slightly uncomfortable at the moment. We would of possibly gone with a vehicle here but the strict only financing made us go elsewhere.

Go Nissan North has been completely amazing! I had issues with my car (covered by warranty) but there was just far too much! So what did they do? Kal, David and Owen bent over backwards helping me get into a new car! I appreciate all they have done for me!

We purchased our new midnight edition murano here and love it! All the staff were awesome to deal with especially our salesperson Samira and our finance person Eric. Highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a car from go Nissan, I’ve had a very great experience with them. Especially with the salesperson Kal, very friendly service and makes sure you are getting the best of the best.

This is long but worth the read!
So I do sales for a living, not cars but sales just the same. In my life the worst experiences have been car salesman trying to ‘sell’ me. Playing the game and using the tactics to close that deal ‘right now’! I can’t stand it, I have to hold back because I really want to teach them sales is more than speaking the script your manager gave you. It’s about reading you customers body language, actually listening to what they are saying, and addressing their concerns.
I have to say, you can tell Vincent hasn’t been doing this for twenty years, but hopefully he will be. I have to change my vehicle ever three years so I’ve bought a lot of them (and never a Nissan). This by far was not only the best experience I had buying a new car but I actually enjoyed it. I showed frustration when we started to go down the same usually sales pitch path, and Vincent backed off. He asked me what he could do to make the experience better and he listened. He even made me laugh a couple of times which just doesn’t happen in these situations.
There really was no pressure or hassle, it was the easiest time I ever had buying a car in a dealership, and the pricing was more than fair. When can you leave a dealership feeling like you got the better end of the deal? Well I definitely did, they wanted to earn my business and they showed it.
Now, the next day, a real tough day for me, and I can’t make it to the dealership in time to license my new ride and move on with my weekend plans. How can this get any better. Vincent and Kal drive my car and the required paperwork across the city and meet me at the registry 10 minutes before it closed (an hour after the dealership closed, on a Friday). Who does that? These guys and this dealership are amazing.
If you are in the need of a new car, you need to give these guys a real chance. Ask for Vincent by name, and tell him you heard he would look after you, because he will.

Go Nissan North was very professional accommodating and lovely to deal with! I advise you go see Kal, he knows his product and was wonderful to deal with. The management team (Vincent in particular) is very helpful and accommodating! Definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car!

I had taken my 2016 Nissan frontier in to have the 4 wheel drive system inspected as it was not disengaging. I dealt with Danny in service who was very helpful for the most part. They had come up with a repair for the concern, but it was only temporary. When i had brought up that the issue was still occurring Danny was receptive and I explained to her via email my concern. Her Service manager had called me and he was about as helpful as a hole in the head and pretty much blew me off and said there was nothing else they could do. I was attempting to find a win/win with them, but they were pretty much saying it was Nissan Canada call, but yet they were not willing to provide me any of the supporting documentation to support this claim. I had another local repair company Kal Tire do an external audit on the issue that Nissan was claiming and their results/findings were in opposition. Even after having this third party audit complete, Nissan refused to reopen the file as Nissan has already submitted their findings even though their technician used some barn yard method of measuring the tires.

All ive driven is Nissan, this is the dealership i chose to take all my nissans, i plan to buy a new frontier when they are released and i will not be buying it or taking any of my vehicles going forward to this location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Sat for hours trying to negotiate a price on a used car.the manager played the classic " got to talk to my manager " game 4 times.better look else where if you hope to negotiate a deal from their list price.

Very disappointed with today’s service. Came in for a scheduled oil change and tire valve stem check and was first in for the day. Service advisor was rude and didn’t care for my concerns. I mentioned that I had the time to wait for my service, but did need to be gone by a certain time. My timeframe between appointments was 3.5 hours and she said there was no guarantee that they’d be completed by then. How? When I booked the appointment I had mentioned I had another appt at a certain time and was told it was no issues and that I’d be out well before then. There was no notes of this on my file. Not to mention when I talked with the service desk how it was going with my vehicle they said they couldn’t help me and I needed to talk to my advisor. I then said I did not want to because she was rude to me and that I should not have to deal with that. They didn’t care. Then when it came to my valve stem and my extended warranty they said it was not covered surprise surprise and they can never find the coverage in my file. (Always an issue). The quote for the repair was 2.5x the amount to repair than what a normal tire shop would charge. When I told my advisor that she looked at me like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. All in all just bad service and regretting purchasing my vehicle from them and the additional coverage.

They’re nice enough, but be very specific when you need a 3rd party inspection for a used vehicle; they have absolutely no compunction about selling vehicles that have deposits on them if your mechanic is booked due to Covid and Christmas. They’re very nice when they offer you the chance to find you another vehicle.
