I Bought car in 2020 nissan Sentra from this dealership and they gave me carfax aswell, last month i put my car on sale and I mentioned clean car record, my deal was done and next day he send me carfax and this car had accident from passenger side and it was a big claim, this dealership is garbage and lie to customer’s with fake carfax.

Geo and Dathan were incredible. No pressure and super helpful. They made this process super easy and as stress free as possible.

Perry and Jatin have been really helpful throughout our purchase of Nissan Sentra. Very respectful and would recommend both of them who his looking for a knowledgeable sales person. We got our car the next day after booking it. Very well explained the details of the car.

I came in to GO Nissan to look for a car
They ended up lying to me about the rates we spoke about over the phone. On top of that, they didn’t have the exact car I was looking for. They wouldn’t even take my car for trade in and they wouldn’t show me any of the options I wanted before even running my credit. Absolute discrimination. This dealership is so shady and will not help you with what you need. Will be going to a different Nissan dealership

I bought a Nissan from this dealership. I was told I would have my first service covered, which was a lie. I had to pay out of my own pocket. On top of that, the oil on the car wasn’t changed before the purchase so the car broke down on me because they had lied to me and said the oil was changed a week prior to it. I got stuck with a broken car about 3 weeks after I owned the car, with no help or return from the dealership. I had to go through a lawyer to get my money back and the car returned. They have over 100 law sues at the moment so it took forever to even get my case appealed. Will literally never come back here, this dealership is the biggest scam I’ve ever stepped foot into.

A friend referred me through John and Cliff and they were a pleasure to work with, very professional and makes the whole process fun and simple. I cant wait to service my vehicle here for the next couple years and the renovation is starting to look really good! Highly recommend!

Terrible Experience, ZERO product knowledge and interest to talk to us and give us more details. Date visited: Oct, 2,2021 @ around 5pm.
We are in a process of upgrading our second vehicle; hence we were visiting different brands to see what our options were. We were looking to explore more on Pathfinder, and our lease options. We walked into this dealership and girl (Mani Malhi) caught us at the door and took us to her desk, upon telling her that we were looking for Pathfinder and we needed more info about trim levels, prices and their major differences.she handed over a booklet and said all the information was in the book.my wife asked that, how many colors does this come in, the reply was to refer to the book. I asked about interest rates, she went and brought
interest rates written on the piece of paper and handed over to us. There was no drive to sell the car, we were there to buy a $50K+ product, the level of service that we came across was disappointing. I bought my Armada from Sherwood park Nissan, it was an excellent experience.so we decided to go back there. Its going to be a little drive for us but I'm sure its going to be worth it. Invest some time on Training her.

When I came in for service, they said they would have a loaner car ready for me as I had a meeting to get to. Not only did they not have a loaner, they said I would have free first service, which I PAID OUT OF MY OWN POCKET, and on top of all of that, they damaged my car during the service and refused to own up to it and repaint my bumper. I am taking this to court. Worst dealership ever. NEVER EVER come here. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND LIE TO YOU.

WE just purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue. We love it. Our sales person JP (John) was excellent.
Kyle assisted with the finishing touches to make our total experience top notch. I would recommend highly both the sales people.

I have ordered parts they said parts should be there in 4 days and they called me after 21 days parts here no follow up in between when part will be arriving and worst part is that they ripped you off taking payment advance and I request them to refund they said no!

Also what I found they are 15% expensive on part than other dealerships in Edmonton

The customer service experience at Go Nissan South was very well done. The Go Nissan South team was very accomodating and friendly. I was fortunate enough to be John Paul’s (JP) client whom i believe has got to be one of their top employees. JP had all the answers to questions regarding my decision of which vehicle to pick. John Paul’s customer service extends outside of work hours too for questions i missed asking while he was working. JP will make sure you are guided through the whole process so that you make the best possible decision. I would definitely recommend this location and especially John Paul for your vehicle purchase. I will never buy another vehicle from this location. Had nothing but issues when I picked up my vehicle. The deal was no GST for the vehicle but yet they added GST to my final bill of sale. It took weeks to get them to fix this issues.

When I reached out about the issue it took several days before the sales manager followed up. I explained the issue and he kept repeating that I still got a good price. He admitted he hadn’t even looked at my file and wanted to talk hypotheticals. I had to push that we talked actual numbers that were on my bill of sale. The sales manager was incredibly rude.

I had to follow up multiple times over weeks to finally get this solved. They ended up making a lump sum payment to my loan but my payments weren’t changed. I also had to follow up about the lump sum payment that was supposed to be completed. I spent hours of my own time to get them to correct their mistake.

I wish I had walked out and purchased a vehicle somewhere else.

On the 5th of November I went to this dealership (Go Nissan South) and met a agent named Ramesh.
Ramesh is a very nice guy and have a great customer service experience.
He offered me a nice used vehicle, I'm happy with my purchase, Ramesh drove my new vehicle back to my house and offered me some beers!
I absolutely love this dealership, wonderful guys and very friendly staffs.
Keep up the great job guys, especially for Ramesh who is knowledgeable and informative. If need another vehicle, I won't hesitate going back to Go Nissan South.

Worried about buying a used car? Intimidated by car lots? Well, at Go Nissan South you won't have anything to worry about with Riad's assistance! He assisted me through the process of buying my first car without the stereotypical salesman aggression or upselling. He's the man to talk to!

Mechanic Ron was awesome. He took some time to talk with me and he was very knowledgable. Everutime I go there I am not disappointed. Great service, even though they are remodeling the place, i dont care, its well worth it.

Worst service. I called a week ago for oil change appointment. They said just come walk in, but when i went there the guy said you need a appointment. I dropped my car at 10am. Waited 5 hours no response from them. Does that take 5-6 hour for just oil change? Waste of time.

Update: they are currently under construction and by my estimation have been for over a year. I do not recommend going there at all right now. The place is a zoo and I would not spend money for the type of service that you're going to get at this time.

I scheduled a test drive online. So easy. I was greeted by Lindsay, a great salesperson. The process was smooth and tailored to my requests. I got what I wanted and it wasn't painful at all.

We bought our Nissan Rogue from here about 2 years ago. It was a splendid experience. Everything was done smoothly and in quick time. Since then, we have taken out car for regular service and are never disappointed. Nice service, great people, car running fine. Nothing to complaint.

Kimberly did an amazing job helping me find my new vehcile after having the same car for almost 14 years. She is a sweet out going young lady, I am very amazed of how she handled everything by directing me and helping me find the best car that will suit all my needs. I definitely recommend her 100%. I was really disappointed with my experience with this dealership, including a complete lack of organization and communication amongst their team. I live closest to this dealership, but I have decided that I will actively seek out another dealership further away just so I can avoid dealing with their customer service team in the future.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give any less.

I dealt with John Blais and I found him to be rude and cocky throughout the process and even called me and got angry when I decided to buy from another dealership.

Watch your numbers when dealing with these guys! They add things in and tell you what a great deal you’re getting to scam you!

Poor customer service. Paid huge amount of money for extended warranty and when went for claim, nothing has been covered under warranty. Please don't waste money in buying extended warranties from finance department. They are ripped you off. At the end you will end up in paying from your pocket.

Do not buy a car here! Was sold a Kicks with zero AC refrigerant in it. Got it checked at the service department, they pressure tested it to see if their was a leak…. Found no leak simply was empty when it was bought. Because the car was a couple months past the warranty for the Freon liquid recharge [warranty is one year] the dealership refused to cover the charge although its clear it never had any Freon in it when it was bought. The vehicle has 6 thousand km on it and barely has been used absolutely pathetic to have this issue. Was charged $400 for a simple mistake on the pre purchase inspection. If your dead set on buying a Nissan avoid this place like the plague.

The most disappointing part of my experience was seeing the number of staff unmasked. As a nurse during this pandemic, I find it hurtful and offensive when people don't follow the simple mandates (and existing bylaw) to protect everyone. Disappointing that Go Auto as a corporation isn't stronger in their responsibility to protect their staff and customers (and follow existing bylaws).

We arrived to look at a used vehicle we had seen online. The car was in much poorer condition than we were expecting based on the photos. Windsheild had a significant rock smash, letters carved into the paint in two spots, etc. The sales person offered to show us a different vehicle in the price range we were looking for, but couldn't find it on the lot? Strange. He indicated he would call us later that day when he found it, but we never received a call.

We have since purchased a vehicle at another dealership.

Sales person was very friendly.
But if you come on hot summer day, make sure to bring your own drinks - no vending machine here and when you are really thirsty even mild sales pushes feels like major arm twisting.

What a great place to deal with, traded in my old truck and picked up a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to JP and Mazen for helping me get the ride I was looking for. Place is a mess due to renovations however that was not a factor with my rating, the service discussed on the phone was not in the system. Will update this further in the coming weeks after I review a few things with this vehicle.

Best Car shopping experience ever with Jonathan. Very knowledgeable and helpful, came in looking to upgrade and he was ready to help and listened to what I was looking for. Found the perfect car for all my needs and with the help from Matt in sales and Michael in finance I came under what I was expecting which is always a bonus. I had the pleasure of dealing with JP (Jon Paul). An amazing sales person very thorough and sensitive to your needs. Bought the car and needed a couple things fixed before I took possession. JP kept in constant contact with me letting me know each step of the way where my car was and what was done. Even when I made a request to have the car early do you take it on a trip out of town, he made everything happen including getting the repairs done before we had even thought possible. All the staff at go nissan are very down to earth and amazing people to deal with.

-5 star. They will only answer you when they think you are going to pay them. Try to cancel a monthly subscription that they said you can cancel anytime? No matter how many time you ask, they will ignore you like you aren't their customers at all. Not to mention this dealership quoted a much higher price compare to directly from Nissan Canada Finance in paying off my lease car early. Highly suspicious, they are just bunch of scammers using the company as a shield. AVOID this place

I came here looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget and they delivered that. JP went above and beyond in the service that he provided. He is very polite, professional, respectful and very communicative. He let me test drive a number of vehicles and even stayed after operating hours to help with finalizing everything. I really do appreciate that.
