Bought a new trailer. Stopped by after 14 months since buying the trailer to ask if a trailer issue with the slider was covered by warranty. Just to look at the trailer, they charged me $190. Terrible service. Do not buy there!

Worst dealership I been to. Want to get ripped off go to this place. They say they give u ur deposit back and they do but take it Right back when they figure u seen it return. Plus they really don't try to get in what u want. Unless I have big money. For used make up miss piggy trailers just to get money from sales

Overall, the place was great and people were nice to deal with. However, once our purchase was sent to finance, our salesman seemed to go out of his way to not have anything more to do with us, blowing off any concerns for someone else to deal with. At one point, he even hung up on me as I was addressing a concern over the phone. Worst experience with a salesman, ever!

Justin in finance, the ladies in parts, and the gentleman who helped with our orientation, all went above and beyond to help us in any way we asked.

Unfortunately, due to the last interaction with the salesman, Brad, I will never buy here again, nor would I recommend anyone else to. It was because of the helpfulness of the others mentioned, that i was generous with 3 stars.

Right from when I put my truck in park I was greeted with a smile. The transactions I did were actually pleasant. Being that I'm 16 hours north of them I was worried about questions & concerns but once I knew whom to talk to I was put at ease, thanx Brad Bittner.

Had a good experience with the sales rep JP. I keep watching their site to see if they have an RV that suites our need and is in a good price range. Will keep checking.

Excellent place for stock. The adventure club sales pitch and is great if you're unemployed and able to get there 10am to 5pm.

Went to Go RV (Leduc location) to look at a few trailers today. We spoke with Brad, he took his time to address and question or concerns. He taught us a lot about trailers. Super upfront and personable! Definitely enjoyed speaking to him and customer service was amazing!

Spoke with stephan (in finance) was an awesome, funny conversation the who time. He took his time to tell us about all the backend products. Worked with us. All-in-all a great experience. We left feeling great about our purchase.

Went shopping for an RV, kinda felt like a used car sales environment. I'm not sure if I would go back to Go RV Leduc.but never say never

Very disappointed place to look for a used trailer, they have many DIRTY uncleaned used trailers for sale, was a terrible experience looking at those, why cant you clean or at least pick the garbage out of your used line up.will NEVER go back to GoRV because of that, they're more interested in getting you to a desk as well and dont seem to like to give you any time to browse.all around unsatisfying experience. 1/2 star if that

I had a great experience buying my travel trailer from Brandon, he was easy to work with and did not pressure me at all. He worked with me to get a reasonable deal on the unit, and was clear throughout the whole process.

We have purchased several new RV’s over the past year; part in parcel to multiple family members.

Riley was awesome, attentive and he had tons of patience while we were trying to make up our mind from unit to unit! Not pushy, made it a fun experience for all of us! Definitely the sales rep you wanna talk to while you’re shopping for your new camper!

Dealing with our sales guy James was amazing! He was the most honest and genuine out of all the ones we talked to. When we got the trailer the slide didn’t come out even though it did at orientation, and we wanted to take it out that weekend. The team at go rv was able to get us our trailer fixed and good to go after 2 days. Impressive service that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The only thing I didn’t like was how they negotiated with monthly payments, rather than how much the trailer actually cost. When we’ve previously signed with someone else who only negotiated with the actual price of the trailer. Nevertheless we love our trailer, and we can’t wait to enjoy it. Thanks James!

My husband and I recently purchased a camper at the RV Wars event from Brandon with Go Auto RV. We had an excellent experience with Brandon. He is very knowledgeable, has a great personality, and ensured all of our needs were met. We picked up our camper later at the dealership and were provided an information session about it from Chico. He was also wonderful, taught us everything we needed to know, and ensured to tell us we could give him a call if we had any further questions.

I looked into GO RV for a replacement trailer from our previus trailer that was stollen.so i did the paper work for a trailer to give the insurance an idea of how much it would cost. GO insisted that i give the 1000 deposit for a unit, that i told them it would have to go through insurance and i did not know the logistics of the pay out etc.once the claim was settled (4 months later) and infact the insurer did not give enough to put towards a new trailer i decided i didnt want a trailer at this time (JANUARY). Summer would be a better time, also i am ging through a divorce a recent divorce and explained now is not the time to buy a trailer. A man named brandon was not understandable at all, and you could tell all they want is commission and a quick deal. They refused to give the deposit back.and in the contract it said ''non refundable if approved''. I never even went through the financing process.they did not offer me partial deposit back.

I do not recomend this company.when i buy my trailer it will not be from this dealership.

Go RV Leduc made it easy and simple to buy the camper we wanted.as we were coming from out of town there was a little confusion on payment as we did not realize that the payment for the camper and the payment for some accessories we wanted should be made separately so we only brought one payment for everything but the dealership was able to work out internally how to manage the situation so we got all the accessories we wanted at the same time and we were on our way. What a difference having a real camper made - we absolutely love our camper and give thanks to Go RV Leduc for making it easy and affordable for us!

I went and pickup the Adventure Club kit on the last day of the season and also bought a portable firefit…the gentleman at the parts area is awesome great customer service.

Today is Thanksgiving. In addition to thanking everyone who helped me in Canada, I also want to thank Go RV. Thank you for allowing me to learn all the lessons of buying RV Trailer. I made our first purchase of RV trailer at Go RV. Here is my experience to share with all buyers. How did our purchase of a $20,000 trailer turn into a loan of $40,000. The trailer we were misled to sell was scrapped in less than 3 hours on the highway. Then I was shirked when I asked for help from GO RV service, and then we encountered service discrimination later. It's incredible here in Alberta, Canada. I hope our experience will make more outdoor people who buy RV Trailer for the first time more aware of choosing a sales company carefully. All the evidence that we were deceived to sell is uploaded in photos, and I hope the industry associations can see it. If my report is false, I am willing to bear all responsibilities.

We dealt with sales associate Shab, our experience was very enjoyable, professional and genuine. We will definitely bring our business to Go RV in the future.

Go RV Leduc is my go to place for parts and service. I find the staff knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have a good relationship with the service staff, they are exceptionally patient and honest with me and my wild hair ideas for updating my trailer. Whether it's regular service, a detail, or wanting to change my stairs and odd accessories, I know I can count on them to give me the pros and cons to whatever scheme I have seen on the internet and the best way to go about it. Unfortunately, I have narrow windows to get my trailer to and from yet they've always made drop off, service updates and pick up easy and accommodating. Kirsten, Tammy, and the rest of the parts and service employees at Go RV are always my go to and because of them I make the call, or the drive to my favourite RV staff.

Dealing with Jeremy at gorv Leduc has been a good experience thus far, has made things very easy and hasn’t been too pushy like typical salesmen. I’ve stopped dealing with two other dealerships before even looking at what I’m interested in because of pushy salesmen

I had a great experience dealing with Brandon. I was looking for a certain unit and had talk with many other dealers who didn’t have a lot of help to offer. Talked with Brandon about and he said he did not have the unit in stock but he could have it in a few months.
The unit showed up early and was above expectations.

Amanda at Go RV in Leduc is the BEST! If you are looking for a trailer go see her. She was amazing to deal with and if you do have any issues with your trailer she will help you get everything resolved even when it is not her department.

We just purchased a 2021 Keystone Cougar 25RES. We shopped around quite a bit and worked with a number of sales people from a variety of different RV Sales places. We decided to go with Go RV Leduc in the end, partly because we liked working with Amanda, our sales rep, even though the floor plan we decided on was found at a couple of places we looked at.

We are cautious and, honestly, skeptical and untrusting of sales teams for big ticket items. Amanda likely sensed this. She was very knowledgeable about the RVs we looked at and asked others of she was uncertain of the answer to our copious questions, instead of making something up. She didn't push us, either, but she touched base with us an appropriate amount to see where we were at, if we had questions, etc. She was very patient with our multiple visits to Go RV Leduc. She was also very helpful with the sale of our older RV, even though this was not something she was required to do.

During the purchasing of the RV, we worked with Amanda and Justin, from the Financing department. Justin was helpful. Again, we were quite needy and required a lot of time and, I am sure, patience from Justin, with our multiple questions and requests. Again, we are very cautious consumers, so I don't believe we made his job very easy or comfortable but he handled everything professional and respectfully.

When we picked up our RV, a very kind and knowledgeable fellow (whose name I cannot remember) walked us through. Having lived full time in his RV, he was a wealth of advice and information as he taught us about our new Fifth Wheel.

Having bought our 5th Wheel at Go Auto, we qualify for the Adventure Club. We have utilized our benefits, such as the weekly free RV Toilet Paper, toilet chemical, Propane and firewood. The fellow who runs the Adventure Club is also very friendly, kind and helpful, even when our questions are not in his area.

So far, we have been very impressed with the Go Auto Leduc team. Next up.the Service team. If they are as good as the rest of the Go Auto Leduc team, we will be exceptionally happy customers!

Sales person Brandon was excellent, he was very attentive but not pushy. He always very patient, answered all my questions. He always answered my text, emails and calls immediately. He also followed up after we purchased and picked up the trailer. I would give Brandon a 5 star review.

I was not impressed by the rest of the purchasing experience at Go RV, 3 star at best, its feels like they just don't care. There were a few concerning issue along the way, but my biggest disappointment was when I had an issue with the trailer deliver and I spoke to the manager about it who aggressively told me he would give me my deposit back and sell the trailer to someone else for more than I would have paid for it.

I have a few minor issues with with the trailer so I called Brandon who immediately made a call to service department. The service department call me back within a day and they were excellent, answered all my questions and the parts have been ordered.

Brandon is excellent and I have hope that the service department will be as well.

Bought a new Cougar Half Ton trailer in 2018. Used the slide four times before it completely broke. GoRV took four months to repair it. No communication on when it will be finished, no communication at all unless you drive out there. Nice staff that sold me what I thought was a good product. Less than six months later it’s pretty much a disaster. Maybe if you get a trailer with no defects things are better. Heaven help you if you get one with problems that need fixing. GoRV is all about the sale. After they’ve made it; they don’t want to know you.

2 employees said they would get someone yo guide me through the yard. Perfered me not to wonder on my own. Then no one came to help. Lot of employees socializing with each other at the front.

We are so impressed with the service department at Go RV Leduc. They were able to squeeze us in during the busy pre-May Long Weekend rush to fix a plumbing issue on our basically brand new trailer. We expected a diagnosis and to have to re-book for the actual repair weeks later. However, in a single day they had fixed the issue and we had a perfect trailer to start the camping season. Such a relief!
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, efficient and happy - from the service manager on the phone when we booked, to the front line staff, to the young man in the Adventure Club truck.
It seems rare these days to have exceptional service, and it deserves recognition. Thank you!

We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for. Amanda was phenomenal, she got to know us, showed us features she thought we might enjoy. There were a couple of issues that needed attention when we did our walk through, but Brandon and the rest of the staff handled everything for us with a smile!

I had recently gone to a RV show to check out a travel trailer and ended up buying it, all due to two individuals, Thejus Swamy (VP) and Amanda (Sales Associate). As a first time buyer, the process was made seamless with their help and knowledge about RVs. Both were extremely kind, and I am very glad to have met both of them and to have bought my first RV from them.

From the moment I entered go RV Brandon and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. Answering all questions I had and put me at ease.

Not only did I leave with the unit I came in for they really listened to my wants and needs and insured I was making the right choice.

Found a trailer on Kijiji and got in touch with Brandon. He made a video of the interior for me and I was impressed. He knew we would be coming from Calgary the following weekend and checked in twice prior to see if we were still interested. Spent about an hour and left having bought the trailer under our terms. Went back up a week later to pick it up, only to find new tires, new propane tanks and a new battery had been installed, even though we bought it as-is. We plan to go back in a few years and trade up.

Booked an appointment to go look at some trailers and was greeted by Wayne Mcnelly when I went in. I was treated well and all my questions were answered, they made sure my Tacoma was able to tow the trailer without any issues through the mountains. I even got life time supply of wood and propane with my Pioneer and I think that’s a great value. Over all customer service by Wayne McNelly and the managers who helped with with the financing I would say I had a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Wayne and Go Rv out by the Yellowhead trail

They went above my expectations with the repairs and I was very pleased on the next level customer service I received. I can't say enough great things about the Service department. I was early for my winterization and not only did they get me in before my appointment, they had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. We had a great experience with Go RV this August. We dealt with Amanda and Brad when we were looking for a trailer. They kept us up to date on the sales they were having and when trailers that fit our style came in. We ended up getting an amazing deal on the exact trailer we had wanted for years. I wanted to wait awhile to write a review to see if their customer service would change once the papers were signed, and it hasn't changed in the slightest! We had a few issues with the trailer after taking it out for a couple of camping trips. After calling them about the issues, they told us to bring it in and not only fixed the issues we had found, but fixed some smaller issues that we hadn't noticed. I would highly recommend checking these guys out!
