Service on getting a trailer cleaned sucks, Had my trailer there 4 times together cleaned came back same way. Had batteries put in and they to ok my good battery box straps and gave me junk.

TOOOOOO PUSHY At first these guys seemed alright. BUT if you decide to change your mind even after you did the application, look forward in receiving more text even after saying "no". they past a phone around the office with different employees, I've gotten 4 separate text from 4 separate sellers now saying the same old first line. Stop being pushy guys, respect peoples decisions. I get it its a marketing and sales tactics but enough is enough.
Ashley in the service department was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We travelled to Red Deer from Calgary to have our 2 year reapplication of our protection package, Dewinterize and have a TV mounted in our master bedroom and she was the best to deal with. Super accommodating and made sure to communicate with us at all times. I would highly recommend her to everyone. Also kudos to Chad when we.came back to pick up our trailer. He was also super nice and helpful. I wish GO RV was in Calgary with these exceptional employees!
I will give it 2 only because the one guy Rob I believe his name was we dealt with was great with explaining things and was awesome with my kids. But the finance guy lied to us. We asked if a credit check had been done and he literally said to us NO I didn’t wanna do that to you guys until some decisions were made. But had the credit check done anyways. Thought this would be the place for us to buy our first camper but think I’ll go else where now.

Complete garbage, Do not buy anything during winter months, they would NOT bring unit into the shop where it was warm so you could actually function test everything.water pump did NOT work hot water tank did NOT work! Solar setup that we purchased though them wasinstalled improper! The refrigerator door was super glued together and first time we took the unit out the door fell off the hinge, Tires have cracks in them when I brought up these issues the manager challenged me to a fight.

Honestly, regret purchasing our trailer from here. Multiple things started happening with our trailer right after we purchased, and this place couldn’t give less of a care to any of it. After they wash their hands of you and the trailer you take with you, they could care less. Hid some things from us while doing the walk through. Was told many times by the manager I would receive a call back and I never did, even after reaching out multiple times. To mention, their financing lady Dawn was a disaster to deal with, very rude. Manager and sales are very nice, until you leave. We travelled from Airdrie to Red Deer for this. Wouldn’t recommend.
Worked with Dave L for many years, amazing non pushy sales representative and service/delivery/manager, the man has been at the store pre GO Auto and is a delight to deal with.
The Sales department here was pretty good to deal with, the technician that did our walk through when we picked it up was great and showed us a lot of good things. The Problems arose when we started having issues with our trailer this spring and we had to start dealing with the Service department. The biggest issue being our HVAC system In our trailer. Brought the unit in because the furnace would run and bring the temperature of the unit up way higher then it was set on the thermostat. Turns out this is a common issue with the furrion system in this trailer and several other trailers. They had the trailer for 2 weeks and told me it needs a new thermostat which could take up to an additional two weeks to arrive, problem is this system doesn’t have a temperature sensor in the thermostat it uses a room sensor up in the roof so a new thermostat won’t solve this issue. I tried explaining this to the service writer and I was basically told that I am not a Journeyman RV tech and the person working on my trailer is so If he says it’s the thermostat then it has to be the thermostat and I should just wait 2 weeks. I plan on picking my unit up next week and bringing it to another dealer who is aware of this issue and knows how to fix it.

Shopping trailers with Andrea Holm was a lifetime journey, she actually told me some fact about trailers that excite me and she is 100% funny, spectacular, phenomenal and she got great business idea, I strongly recommend her as a specialist she is adorable.

We were on holidays and had a propane leak in our camper. They fit us in the same morning we contacted them. Great customer service as soon as we walked in the door. Very friendly and helpful with skilled technicians.
I recently purchased a new 2021Fuzion Impact 29V Toy Hauler from the GO RV Dealer in Red Deer, AB. My Salesperson was Andrea Holm and it was a very pleasant experience. She went out of her way to check for another available unit when she realized the one that was on the lot was Sold. Another one was located and transferred down to Red Deer. The whole process was smooth from dealing with Andrea to Finance with Sharise. I would highly recommend dealing with Andrea. Helped find what I needed and followed up after I took delivery to make sure everything was OK.
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a beautiful brand new 2021 Keystone Cougar RV through them. After it was all said and done, I was told I could not pick it up as it was in fact a model RV that was actually being used at the time by the Vice President of the company, and that the awning was broken. Signed the contract under the false impression it was new and at the dealer, but was deceived as it was actually used and broken. They refused to renegotiate and was told take it or leave it. Never go to them.
Dave was very personable and easy to talk to. He listened to what we wanted and got our camper ordered right away. Even after getting our camper he has been available for all of our questions and has been very helpful.
I went to browse trailers recently and was set up with Andrea Holm. She was exceptional! Very personable, funny, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her when you are looking for a trailer! She wasn’t pushy at all and made me feel like we were friends.
We did not end up purchasing a trailer from them due to financing issues and the low ball trade in offer for our trailer. However their customer service was great and we really appreciated the time Luis took with us in viewing the trailer we were interested in purchasing. We valued his time and he was very patient and understanding about my attention to detail and thouroughness. The prices on there trailers are very high however the selling price market is high right now everywhere.
Drove 2 hrs to get may adventure club propane and firewood and they had changed the hours with out any notification. After talking to a supervisor there they couldn't even be bothered to try and help me. Really leaves a bad taste after dealing with them since they were still uncle Ben's. Safe to say I will never make another purchase there again. I will only collect my adventure club until they find some way to screw me out of that too! FYI it was costumer appreciation week end!
Staff was friendly. We were considering buying a trailer. Changed our mind, however it had nothing to do with the salesman or the dealership. It appears that they still have a good inventory to chose from.
A question and a heads up for all to think about when purchasing an RV.you have 90 days to get your seals checked on your unit.we have a brand new 2019, purchased in the Spring of 2020. According to the office folks, the seals should be checked every Spring and Fall.after our fall check/winterize, they did a courtesy check on the RV and found that there was over $500.00 worth of work to be fixed on the seals.asking us to pay.would one not think that it was their responsibility? NOT COOL AND WON’T BE BACK.
Very happy with the experience. A fellow came on board our rv to give an estimate for a job. He wore a mask and along with the parts person in the store was pleasant, and very professional. Would go back for sure.
David Lemasurier Has excellent service. There was an issue with the all in one stereo after we got to our campsite. He was very kind and did everything he could to help rectify the situation. I highly recommend him for your your representative.
They damaged our trailer and gave us the run aroundnfor a year and a half about fixing it. Dont buy from here, once they have your money customer service goes down the drain

We approached them to trade our immaculate 2014 bumper pull for a fifth wheel, we were shown two, one with bunks that we specifically said we did not want or need bunks, the other was a unit that did not even have a table and in desperate need of repairs. It wasn’t until signing that we realized the trade wasn’t happening. (Even the sales lady was surprised.) As a result we now had two RVs and two payments. We were told by finance girl that lender insisted we have the tire and rim package plus the “appearance package” aka security pkg / glass etching. Total was $5296 plus interest. A year later we were trying to trade this RV in. I contacted the dealership as normally these aftermarket things are refunded at a pro-rated rate. I asked about this and was told “ it stays with the unit”. Hmm so every time you flip a unit and feed people this BS the finance dept. / dealership make a handsome commission (that’s why they push these things). I’ve only bought such BS pkgs twice in my many many years of owning vehicles, each time receiving a balance back. I also know dealerships do not like people to know this fact or give up the money. If they do this 10x a month it’s and added $53,000 or more in which a commission is earned or how many people have lost thousands being told the same line, trading in their units never seeing this money again I also contacted the lender and was advised it was not them that required this and a refund is up to the dealership. AMVIC has been contacted and a file opened. Looking at BBB complaints there has been a number of complaints regarding these aftermarket things.
Worst place ever. Liars and thieves Was tricked into giving a $500 deposit. All I want it was to get “ PRE APPROVED”, then, shop for an rv. I was Pre approved for a certain amount. Didn’t find anything we liked. Changed our mind and now they don’t want to refund the deposit. We haven’t agreed on any units, didn’t get my consent on anything. Didn’t sign anything either. They refuse to refund my money. I am now taking legal actions.
Our review after 1.5 years with the trailer. Initial sales was good and staff friendly. They werent pushy with trying to sell higher end models. Entry level models were priced well. Adventure club for the propane, wood and extras is great. Happy with the trailer but like anything it has things go wrong. After 2 months one tire had a slow leak, they just told us we probably drove over something. Even when we purchased alot of extended warranty as planning on keeping for the long haul. Took it to a tire shop and it was a piece of metal along the bead, couldnt have been from driving on anything. Paid to redo the tire anyhow. A year later a tire blew going down the hwy and the trailer leaned and rubbed through the undercarriage insulation and water lines. Once again the didnt want to do any warranty work and said I could bring it in for a quote. I ended up paying and fixing myself. Now I guess the adventure club is only valid on certain days. My wife drove from blackfalds on a Wednesday and was denied service as its not an eligible day. They wouldnt even make an exception once as we didnt know the rules changed. All in all, good sales and perks, but dont get extra warranty or expect much help after the sale. Good start but poor finnish.
Had my trailer in today to fix a tail light issue and after speaking with the service manager about a few other items I was very happy. The service manager was professional and ensured all my needs were met. I will definitely become a return customer with service like this!

This past week was our 2nd experience with go rv red deer. All I can say is the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Brian worked so hard to get me the unit that had everything on my wish list. JD kept sending me pics of different units until we had found the right one. Andrea and Karli completed all the paperwork for us, from start to finish. If you want things done right, you go to go rv red deer. They are simply the best.
