Gold Dust Jewellery

I took sterling silver rings in to ask about making one custom family ring. Dishonest Owner said yes can do. Showed a pic of plain wide band and 4 bithstones. I went to pick up completely different design & scratches all over the band. I took it to another Jewelry store they said can't fix, Should Not melt down silver. I Don't wear my family ring $330 for JUNK, Buyer Beware!
