I was lured to this company with the expectation of a great work culture and work-life balance that was second to none. It turned out to be a giant pile of rubbish!
There is no work/life balance. You will be expected to perform regardless of the number of hours or days involved or number of days out of town. The balance is that the principals and associates make the money and the techs do all the work. The culture is more akin to a cult.
Management is aloof, elitist and unapproachable.
I do not recommend working for or doing business with this company.

I was in the office with set hours so I didnt run into the same problems field staff had as per the other comments in the reviews. Management and co workers were great. It was difficult to get ahead but there is room for growth and opportunities.
