Golf Town

I buy gift cards for my hubby for Father’s Day; birthdays; Christmas; so he can spend money on himself for his golf needs!

Just spent 20 minutes at the west end location. Tried 3 different putters (I’m in the market for a new one). Not approached BY ANYONE. Then moved thru the store looking at clothes, shoes & gloves, not one person asked if I needed help or if I was looking for anything. Girl at the front counter occupied with something (like her phone) dismissed me with “have a nice day” as I left. Guess they’re not interested in selling anything.

Was shoe shopping.browsed through the shoe section for a while and had no help. Thankfully I was able to find a pair that I like.

Hunter and the team at Golf Town in the west end were extremely helpful and provided great advice in getting new gear. Helped me get fitted for new irons and driver/wood shafts at the beginning of the season. What a difference and it’s easy to swing in for tweaks and new balls when required.

Best experience I've ever had at a Golf Town location. Jason in the Pro Shop was a gem to deal with. 10/10, this store is the benchmark for quality in the Golf Town family. If you need anything golf related go here first, and you'll be happy you did.

Stopped by on the weekend intending to buy a new driver. Their associate approached me and I expressed that I needed help with determining my shaft speed. I mentioned their VR machine but he said that wouldn’t help with figuring out shaft stiffness. So I left. I’ll buy online, thanks for the help!

Big fan of the service in this store. A lot of friendly faces month after month. Big fan of Daniel who usually helps me out. Always finds what I need, does it quickly and with a great attitude. Appreciate his professionalism always. That is a good employee you guys have there! Thanks Daniel!
