Golf Town

Elvis… what can I say? I booked my fitting for a complete new set of clubs and within a short time with Elvis and a few pointers my slice was reduced by about 80% and I somehow added about 20 yards to my driver. His knowledge and friendly demeanour and above all else his honesty helped me select the best clubs for my current golf game. Elvis is alive and well at the Sherwood Park Golf Town location. Thanks Elvis!

Kevin over at the Sherwood Park location helped me find the right shaft for my Driver and made sure it felt good and I was happy. Very fast turn around time. He even taught me how to adjust the head of my driver to suit my particular swing. A great experience overall. Great customer service!

Went in today to have my favorite putter grip changed, they didn’t have any of the same, but Kevin was extremely helpful and checked online and other stores for me tracking one down at another store. Shout out to Kevin and his awesome customer service! Thanks.

Had the tight size shoes we were looking for in stock. Didn't get much help from the staff

Not very friendly staff. Needed some grips done and a couple other goodies, but would rather bring my money to someone that's willing to help.

Try a different golf town.

The man that helped me was Kevin from Sherwood park golf town, he was very nice and let me take a couple swings with each club I was looking to purchase.he showed me each little thing about the club I was purchasing and it helped me a lot, if your every at Sherwood park golf town ask for Kevin.

Went to Sherwood Park Golf Town to look at a new driver. Elvis was the golf associate I dealt with. He set me up with a better stance where I could hit a ball farther and with a draw. His knowledge of club equipment I got the perfect driver for my swing. For anyone who is looking for a new driver go see Elvis. He works on Sunday afternoons.

Just moved to Edmonton and this Golf Town had the worst service out of all that I have been to. The person in the back was supposed to put my grips on for me but wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was there with my clubs on the counter after making eye contact with me multiple times. We ended up walking out because they wouldn’t take us seriously. Don’t waste your time, choose a different golf town, these guys do not care about customer service or helping people leave happy.

Stopped in to get a new driver and a set of clubs for my wife and had a great experience here. I'm a very casual golfer so Reece showed me a few clubs, set me up to hit a few balls, and even gave me some good tips on my swing. Thanks for the help Reece!

Went in on Fathers Day to pick up a new set of irons and a driver. Typically I don’t get much help in the store and it’s an average to less than ideal outing. This time I was lucky enough to be helped by Simon who made the entire process a really great experience. He helped me chose my perfect set up, had a ton of knowledge and recommendations and just made the entire process enjoyable. The iron set I wanted I had to order online and I would have ordered the driver or checked elsewhere if it weren’t for him. He was running all over the place setting up clubs for me and made sure I got a chance to try everything I was interested in before making a decision. Not once did I feel rushed or like a bother. He seemed to thoroughly enjoy helping me. Great employee, and great guy overall! Excited to try out my new Taylormade irons and Callaway driver! Thanks Simon!

I was in last Saturday and I just had to say it was amazing service. From the time I walked into the time I left I found the staff very helpful to find everything I was looking for. The store was clean and well organized and I will definitely be back to that location again!

We bought a set of golf clubs online for my son. Despite being for kids height 46” to 53”, and my son being 46”, they were MUCH TOO LONG, with the driver going above his chin. We went to return them and were told we had to wait for a manger. Fifteen minutes later, while waiting with my infant son, we were still waiting for this manager to make time for us. I am writing this as I still wait for this manager to assist me. Don’t be lok me, don’t waste your time on this store or this manager.

Recently I broke my G410 drive on the top of the club. Went to Sherwood Park golf town and spoke with Jackson in back. He took my information and said they would contact me about possible replacement. About a week later received call about my Drive been outside warranty window, but they were sending the drive back to Ping. Received another call that Ping was going to warranty drive plus receive upgrade to a newer G425. Now just need to go and pick up new driver. I would like to thank Jackson for all his work in getting my driver replaced.

I went in to buy golf balls for prizes. The display was filled with empty boxes and said ask for assistance. The where 2 young people at the front desk and no one else except the person working in the club 0shop. I left the store and drove to the south side store where I was immediatly helped when I entered store, upon which I bought$500 worth of merchandise.

Erick in the fitting department is a beauty. He was able to regrip my clubs in record time because I forgot to get it done earlier.
The whole staff is great!

Customer service is horrible. The staff lack any knowledge of what they have in stock. Wanted to have new shafts put on my son's golf clubs. Waited 30 minutes and had absolutely no answer if they could put new shafts on. Don't recommend them for service at all. Heading to DeBoer's instead.

Customer service is truly dead. Was in the store for 30 minutes staring at shoes and not one sales associate even bothered to ask me if I needed help with anything. Local businesses complain that people buy only online and it's this kind of service that causes it. If I go to a store it's most likely cause I need help choosing or have questions about products.
