Excellent Service from all the staff members, especially Riley! I have gotten nearly all my clubs and customized from this store. Keep up the good work guys!

Nothing like 5+ staff standing around when you're in there with your friend and don't even get a hi/hello or asked if you need help finding anything.especially when your 2 of 4 customers in the store

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! A clean store with easy parking.
I was helped by the three gentlemen who were in today at around 5: 30 - they took their time to answer my questions. I appreciate the advice!

In store the team was great, but I called down asking if they had a specific ball so I wouldn't waste my time driving way out of my way to them, and they in fact did not have what I was looking for. Really annoying.

Looking to pick up a new putter, was in the store today for at least half an hour and no one came to see if I needed assistance until I was on my way out. There was a group of 5-6 employees standing around chatting. Will not be coming back.

Got short shipped on my online order. Went into the store for assistance and was given a contact point.

The online support was terrible, I was then told that the missing item was not a golftown issue and to file a police report. I supplied photos of the shipment and how an item was missing. They could not.

I would not recommend shopping online at golftown. You may not get your order and be out $$$$&&&&

No staff. No selection. Wandered around the store for 25 minutes. All I could find was a lady folding clothes who didn't even acknowledge me. I'll go buy new clubs somewhere else. May as well close for the season. Your employees are already checked out.

I went to all the Golf town stores in Calgary. This store is by far the best. Customer service seems to be their number 1 concern. They got my purchase and anything related to golf I will be back at this store. From the manager to the tech in the back. Totally impressed.

Low-functioning website. Staff member hung up during phone conversation. Had to visit store (Sunridge Calgary). Rude staff.

Best experience at a Golf Town ever! Went in to try out some clubs and John the assistant manager was an incredible help. Took the time to really find out what suited my needs. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Mike in the pro shop repair is awesome I came in with a broken driver shaft that needed to be replaced under warranty. He worked his magic and instead of waiting 4 weeks for a replacement I walked out with a new shaft that day. Thanks again Mike I really appreciate it. Highly recommend anyone with any club issues or service go see him

Had less than an ideal experience with a Senior Sales Manager (name starts with an G and ends with an E). We just spent over $5 k and we went back to purchase a Bushnell 5V the person (whom I also purchased my clubs from him) in the middle of a conversation just walked away and had a conversation with someone else. My wife felt so disrespected that she wanted to return everything. I called the store today to discuss and got one of the AM's who didn't ask for my name or phone number and said very unlike the person I will mention it to him when he is in next. He had to go, but said if you are ever in again, ask for me and I will sell you what you need.

I realize that it is tough getting engaged staff, but this is a symptom as you can see others there don't have much interest either.

Front counter girl was a great help.that's the only help in that store unfortunately. Techs too busy chatting by the club repair and hitting into the screen. I know what I want usually but a courtesy acknowledgement would be very professional.

Scott was awesome. I initially wanted to have clubs modified and was willing to spend some money, but he took the time to check my swing and try different lengths and helped to settle on leaving them the way they are.he then spent lots of time with me explaining and teaching about putters and technique.i ended up walking out with a new putter! I was quite pleased how he understood things at my casual level and did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable.would definitely buy from them again!

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend went to pick a bag for me and the guy who talked to was not helpful at all. He wasn’t even greeted when he arrived at the store and when he asked for the bag the guy just scoffed and said “not available” when the website showed “In stock” and he didn’t even bother searching for the bag. Will be going to another location or ordering online.

Just got Titlelist t100s iron set, and Scott Brodie who is GM has helped me out all the time. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and accurate what he does! Very very impressed about his customer service! Happy to met him, will definitely go to this store back!

Today I went to the store, got couple things, but I didn’t know whether I should get a rangefinder. Scott came to me, he was so patient, told me the different between rangefinder and gps watch, and answered other questions. He gave me very good advices. Thanks Scott!

Great staff and selection. Unfortunately you can't test clubs right now but I'm sure the sims will be back at some point. I shop there regularly.

I visited the store last Friday to search for a new putter. I had been referred to speak with Tim as he apparently knew his stuff. Walking into the store I was greeted by Scott who helped fetch Tim from the front desk for me. Him and I spent >30mins together going through a putter fitting. I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received by everyone, but most importantly Tim. I was asked questions about what was important to me, I was taught about the new and exciting innovations in the putter market and truly felt that I was being given the right club, specific to me. I recommend that if anyone is considering purchasing golf clubs or accessories in the Calgary area to go to Sunridge Golf Town and simply ask an employee for a hand - they're certain to take time and make sure you're well looked after.

They have a great sales staff, Bryan Jones! He helped me to find a best shaft & iron sets for my swing & condition! I've defnitely suggested my friend to visit Golftown and ask him for any tips and help!

️Great Variety of Golf Equipment and Accessories️

Over the past 15 years from 2020, there are fewer golf equipment retailers in Calgary who offer a wide assortment of golf equipment and accessories. Golftown has managed to continue with offering great variety along with extremely knowledgeable sales associates. The store is uncluttered and very well organized with reasonable regular pricing, and very good pricing when items go on sale.
Although I belong to a golf club, the variety of product, knowledge, service and pricing (sale and regular) is much better than at my golf club's proshop.

I called ahead to have some Tiger Woods golf balls put on hold and they put them to one side for me. The staff we're very helpful. The store was well stocked and had a great selection.

Extremely Happy with the customer service we experienced, and the products available in store. First walking in we had an idea in mind of what we wanted to purchase, we selected our items and asked to try them in the simulators. It was here we were helped by Tim F. He was extremely helpful from the very start, and provided us service that definitely went "above and beyond". He not only offered us advice on selecting the most correct items for us based on our skill level and budget. Tim also took time out of his day to spend with us helping to learn how to utilize our new purchases to gain the most from our upgrades. We both left with smiles on our faces and excitement for our round the next day.

The help from the sales people (including the sales manager) was very unhelpful unfortunetly.
I needed a complete new set, as I am a new golfer, and they didn't seem to care to help me find what I needed. So we left.

Greeted while entering with an offer to spray sanitizer on my hands.

Inside the store the staff quickly offered to assist me & I obtained the product desired.

Last place in calgary that I will ever shop. Salesman was very very rude. No help what so. Very unpleasant experience. South golf town a million times better.

Service here was awesome with friendly employees more than willing to take the necessary time to fit me (as a taller golfer) with the right size and feel of the clubs, including use of their golf simulators.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Maintaining good covid protocols and are accomodating for all. Although if you want to have any customization done it requires 3 days of quarantining before they will work on it

Great location, staff is always friendly. Only down fall is on some items they are low on stock or sold out. But if they are sold out they are more then happy to check another store to see if they have it. The staff will also call the other location to make sure they have it in stock and put it on hold for you. If all locations are sold out they will order it in for you.

Highly recommend buying clubs from here. Got helped by George who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to do a follow up call with me. Hopefully I shoot under a 100 now:)

Well organized.staff available and approached to see if we needed help. Well laid out. Sales items easy to find.

Great stock for golf supplies and wear (obviously it's Golf Town) but if you are looking for rain gear go elsewhere. They literally have about 4 items for men and women each and they are all crazy overpriced. Obviously you are getting designer quality but much better selection elsewhere. Everything else pretty great one stop shop!

I got a flyer in my mailbox for a sale but when I got there they said they don't stock that shirt at this store. Also the underwear advertised there was very little inventory at any store so I wonder why they even bothered but to get me into the store to buy something else. I called the one in the Northwest and they weren't even aware of the sale flyer or the sale price, were out of some styles and the ones they did have they just had small or double-XL.

Asked the guy at the front desk if he could tell me whether my buddy was picking up his clubs at this location or not and he wouldn't tell me. He said he couldn't give out information like that. Didn't need to know anything about the clubs or anything. Just wanted to know if this was the place he's picking them up. Extremely bad customer service.

Will never buy anything from this location. Is rather travel all the way to Beacon Hill just for the service

Great service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Found exactly what we were looking for and it made our day!

Staff is friendly and always asking if they can help. They have always had what I was looking for from clubs to teens to training aides.

The bald guy who demands to see receipts for the used clubs you just walked in the door with (to get fitted) ruins an otherwise awesome experience. What a ridiculous fellow. Golf Town really should sort him out because he's such an embarrassment to them. I've decided to get all my fitting done elsewhere, why bother dealing with his attitude? So many other amazing options in town. If I could give his attitude zero stars I would, no wonder this store is empty 90% of the time. The techs at this store are AWESOME though, such a shame we can't just come in a side door and deal with them directly without the bald guy's attitude. Other golf stores should send their managers here to learn how NOT to treat custom fitting customers.
