It's a quality product. But, when you need a milk alternative due to allergies, the price jacks up to $8 for a tiny cup.

Total ripoff. Just not worth it. Oh, and the traffic jams and parking situation at Chinook is basically the hunger games. Who has the time for such nonsense?

Service is very helpful and friendly. Must try the cinnamon eggnog! Very delicious

I love this place, its very welcoming and staff are respectful and kind. The coffee is always fresh, never cold. I definitely recommend coming here. The vanilla iced frappe is one of my favourites!

Bathroom here was dirtier than a hole in the ground. You need a key to access, yet it appears as if no one ever checks or cleans it. I've litteraly been in another country where the bathroom was a hole in the ground, and it was cleaner. I can't even imagine how dirty your equipment and behind the line must be.

Impeccable customer service from the barista on duty. The drink was ready in seconds. Everyone was pleasant and personable. Their chocolate muffins and twists are also on point. Definitely coming back to talk to amazing staff and enjoy good coffee.
