I always have such a lovely experience coming here! I love Erin, and her other coworker was great. Made my day much better, especially with midterm stress. Keep up the good work!

Wow! What amazing service. I am new to the campus and TFDL building and thought to grab a quick coffee. I was served by such warm and accommodating baristas. The quality of the coffee is the best I’ve tried on campus (and Calgary ;) so far! This Good earth experience made me realize that this is how I want to start my day. New morning routine!

Good Earth was an absolutely fabulous caterer for an event I organized at U of Calgary about Chinese Canadian author Winnifred Eaton Reeve. Coffee, hot water, and mini-cupcakes arrived when they said they would every day. The vats disappeared every day when they said they would. The gluten-free food that we ordered really WAS gluten-free (and tasty!) The coffee was delicious, which one cannot say is the case at most conferences! Thank you, Elisa. We are grateful for your help and support!

Elisa and her team are amazing. We recently used Good Earth for an in house event and the service was impeccable, coffee was fresh and hot, they did a great job and meeting all our our needs. Thank you.:)

Best earl grey lattes on campus and the staff at tfdl is always super friendly. Special shout-out to Yumi, she always makes my day and is the sweetest:)

Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing owner. Both Good Earths around U of C are my go-to's for the best of service and eats.

They said they "weren't allowed" to give me a cup of water (?). I'm not gonna blame the staff on that one, but the franchise itself. That's just bizarre, and none of the water fountains work in the library, making this even weirder and more annoying that it would be otherwise.

Other than that, it's a Good Earth. Service is good, coffee and food is mediocre and overpriced, so exactly what you'd expect.

The service was pretty quick and friendly. It is also located in the library, so it was super convenient to grab food from here! I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a great cup of coffee!

Lifesaving coffeehouse that is also open on weekends! The fresh, hot coffee during study sessios in the library are a MUST.

The latte art here is the best on campus. Delicious treats pair very well with the wide selection of hot and cold beverages.

Seems like the new management is getting this coffee shop back on track. They always provide consistently good coffee, have been going there regularly for the past month now. Great customer service. Love the breakfast bacon paninis there as well!

Delicious teas, crispy from outside and moist from inside croissant - my absolute favourite! Also, I enjoy the breakfast bacon panini!

Costumer service seems to be drastically improved in last few weeks! Keep it up, love this place!

Only caffe you can go in the library.they open everyday, even during weekends!
the fact that most of the franchise coffee shop on campus close during weekends except for the one in the residence makes you come visit there.and also they have good coffee beans too

Really bad customer service. I ordered a lager chia latte for $5. When I went back to the counter and explained that it didn't taste like chai, just milk, and requested a tea bag, I was told it would be $3 more! No offer to remake it. The cup was still full. With all the other coffee places on campus, I won't go back here.

My favourite place to study with my favourite coffe house. Amazing service! Staff are quick, friendly, and funny.

Bad service and bad food. Replace it with a better coffee place! One that doesn't sell overpriced, unsalted food and medicore coffee.
