Going on 1 year of a giant pool of water at the entrance of the bathroom sauna and shower, it's unavoidable. You will slip, your socks will get wet and I have no idea why it hasn't been fixed or anyone is accepting of this paying full membership fees. Not cool guys spend some money and get it fixed thanks

The evening female staff member made judgmental remarks and rude gestures towards me when I asked for her help.

I love this gym, and find it a great alternative to 130th (also a great gym, just gets packed.) McKenzie is less busy, always clean, equipment is always working or quickly fixed. Great RPM classes too. Happy with this gym for sure:)

I’ve been a member here for over 2 years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Unfortunately their cardio gear is not in good shape and rarely gets looked at. The entire first year 4 out of the 6 bikes had faulty bearings and rode terribly and 2 of the TVs were broken and never fixed. I suffered from a herniated disc and was out for a year only to return this month and have 2 bikes completely out of service and 2 of the others with faulty bearings! For the $1000 annually I spend for my wife and I I would expect Exercise gear that works! Do better!

Recently signed up for a Goodlife membership through my work. Brandon was quick, helpful, and made the process seamless! Gave me a tour through the gym, and answered all of my questions. Can't wait to get my first workout in!

Had a pleasure of dealing with brandon in the mckenzie towne location.
Was extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and did wverything from start to end to gwt me and my buddy enrolled and ahow us the entire gym around.
Highly recommended!

Started going to this gym about a month ago, has a great selection of equipment and the staff are super friendly! I met Brandon when I got started and he gave me a tour/general breakdown of the gym.

Brandon is the best, amazing customer service and he looks out for your best interest to achieve your gym goal and experience.

I'm really annoyed with the McKenzie Towne gym, obviously not my team name. Sales people are pushy. Don't get the hint you don't or can't afford a trainer. Wanting you to refer friends. Talks above the parent to the child signing up to get a trainer. Stop pushing sales like that you make people feel uncomfortable

Marc-Andre Alain (personal trainer) - simply, THE BEST! I can't say enough about this excellent human. He basically "healed" my lower back aches (along with physio of course) and increased my motivation to get my training and health in top order. His knowledge is superb, his energy and positivity is contagious and not a session went by that I didn't absolutely love and feel amazing thereafter. He is worth every dollar and I hope he never leaves this gym. God bless & much luv to Marc!

This is the place to start your workout. You can go to any location for working out, but you must start your membership with Goodlife Mckenzie. All staff including manger and assistant manager are super supportive.

My husband and I love coming to this gym. The facility is nice and clean, has a huge variety of equipment and everyone is super friendly, especially the front desk staff. Octav is so lovely and is so pleasant when greeting us every morning. Highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been going to this location for about 6 months. The staff is always friendly and responsive to any questions I have. There is always enough room and I never have to wait for machines or weights.
I recently had an experience where I (accidentally) locked my key in my locker - they went out of their way to resolve this issue for me. An employee ended up going to their other location to get a bolt cutter so I was on my way quite quickly considering the circumstance. Would recommend this gym to other new gym goers in the area.

Very good gym. Big problem with people staying on machines on their phones then leaving a sweaty mess. I suggest place cleaning solution right on machines. Also staff need to monitor the idlers on their phones

It has been a good experience overall at the gym. Make sure you speak up and communicate your expectations in regards to say personal training. The gym does get busy at times but if you skip the prime time 6-8 pm you will have no issues with getting equipment.

I've been going there since Dec 2017 and am still using the Personal Training services which for me is essential. It's an investment in me and my health and the differences mentally and physically continue to be significant. PT is not financially viable for lots of people, but there are incredible services and classes included in basic membership.

The staff are all very friendly, easy to talk to and willing to help whenever possible. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming as evidenced by the various age, gender and experience levels of the members.

Easy access, parking, walkable, wonderful community asset.

I absolutely love the JUMP child minding at this location! I go almost everyday and have been since my kids were tiny babies and I truly feel like the caregivers here have helped raised my kids! They are all fantastic! These ladies don’t just watch the kids they know them by name and they build a personal trusting relationship with them, my kids just love it! This gym and this location are so great for so many reasons, great atmosphere, great staff/trainers and such a postitive environment to workout in!

I would give them no stars. The big men that are employed in this place like to attack little women. The women management also condone this behavior on premises. Not a safe place for women. Disappointed.

The jump program at this gym is by far the best I've experienced. The ladies who work there are amazing. Highly recommended!

More like -4935 stars. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with the workers. The gym is small, overcrowded and not a good atmosphere. Don't waste your time signing up at this location. Avoid it! Go to YMCA! I've never had any issues with the gym especially because the management team are not a complete joke like the ones here!

Smaller than other goodlifes but still has the essentials and properly designed so it doesn't feel over crowded.

Their JUMP Program is phenomenal, I'm forced to come to the gym because the kids request going to JUMP!

Hard to find parking left this gym only did drops ins way to busy for me, i think the location is not the best. The staff are friendly and really nice but nothing to rave about

This is my favorite location of Goodlife. The staff are really nice and its always clean. I saw Brain for fascial stretch therapy and it's the best treatment I've ever had for pain relief.

Love the atmosphere of this gym, it's always clean. Most Goodlife's are really intimidating with loud obnoxious guys but not this one. I always feel comfortable here.
