Love that they have Hot Yoga and the Regimen classes! Its cheaper than Orange Theory and more options! Woot! Very nice and clean Gym! One of my favorites in the city!

Any idea when that machine is going to be fixed? It’s the only one you have and it’s been over a month. There are two other Abs exercise machines that are broken also but at least there is another one of each. Gotta keep my abs on point ya no.

Response to your Response: Is this that only way to have a machine fixed? You have had 3 Ab machines broken for over a month so are you saying the manager doesn't know about them or are you saying that the manager only care if someone complain in person?

Recently moved Gyms, was greeted at the front desk and helped with registration by Adam. He was super welcoming and personable. He gave me a whole breakdown of the gym fees without being pushy one way or the other. The gym layout is perfect and looks state of the art. Glad I chose this gym.

Love the women section and how spacious the gym is. I've been to many goodlifes and this is the only one with dismissive staff members. When you walk in, they do not look at you or respond to your greeting. Same thing when you leave. It's definitely more of a social club. Not a very friendly or welcoming environment, but it's a good place to work out.

One of the bests around! My main club was closed, went there at holidays and they were full operational! Friendly and professional staff, keep on guys!

Absolutely amazing team, first day at the gym the lady at the front desk was super nice, did the one time drop in with starting member ship and Brandan set me up and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had

This a repost, because I posted it in wrong location.
I went there for a free work out & a tour I booked online, my husband told me it was fun & wonderful there & I should sign up for a membership. I went there & I was excited in the beginning until I met with the person I was booked with & it ruined my whole day! I was not being welcomed, was not even given a seat like he did with the rest! I wish I never went there. He spoke to me in the worse manner possible he said to me to be honest & not waste his time if I was there for a free work out or I will register! I didn’t think of it in the beginning a lot until he put the signing pad for me & was like sign here after a moment of silence he said this is basically to behave yourself! WTH! No body needed to behave more than him! This is terrible, I brushed it off with a laugh thinking he might be joking but he kept his face away & straight to show how serious he is. I asked him about the stretching area & he just pointed it out, did not take me there nor explain anything to me about it. Took me to the massage room which was few steps away from the meeting area which was irrelevant I wasn’t interested in it at all & did not even ask him about the massage area! I was doing my best to stay calm & kind but I lost all interest I didn’t ask him much questions & I said to him I am not interested in anything else just to end that rude terrible tour.

Unbelievable experience I spoke over the phone with the general manager Brandon, he took so much time with me, answered all my questions made me feel like an old friend. Im heading there shortly to meet and discuss personal traing options

Recently moved over from Gold’s and have a couple items to call out. Although this is a beautiful gym and REGYMEN has made the switch worthwhile, Gold’s definitely has the better equipment. One other accommodation I miss was that Gold’s would provide every visitor with a microfiber towel and a spray bottle to wipe down equipment before/after working out. The communal spray bottle stations and paper towel option at GoodLife is wasteful and no where near as effective when it comes to cleaning equipment. I wish a better option was available.

New space is great. Staff is friendly and attentive, Paige was happy to help when I forgot my membership tag. Would recommend to others

They have a lot of equipment and luxury services here (their recovery room is amazing) - my ONLY complaint would be how busy it is but that’s life. It’s a good gym, staff are nice too.

Great gym but just the other day they had a hello fresh box exhibit set up. I just wanted to talk to guy and he scammed me of my money by signing up even though I was told I wouldn't get charged. Don't understand why Goodlife would allow scammers to setup in thier space

Great facility. Terrible place to go if you're a visitor. $27 for a "day pass" that doesn't even last 24 hours. Staff is not as welcoming as it used to be.

Top tier Calgary gym, I look forward to every workout. Is it perfect? No of course not, no gym is going to be perfect with the amount of people that use the equipment and space. Equipment gets used all day every day and shows slight signs of use, what do people expect. All the equipment works as intended, seat cushions and hand grips are in good shape, gym layout is as good as it’s going to get, locker room has plenty of space and the employees all seem happy to be there. I accidentally dropped my water bottle the other day and dumped basically the entire thing on the floor right in the main pathway. Went to the front counter, let her know what happened and she immediately went over and cleaned up the mess. No attitude, no hesitation. People that claim messes don’t get cleaned or wipes aren’t refilled promptly enough are part of the problem. Talk to someone at the front counter, be an adult not a child, and they will take care of things.

I’m happy to call this place my gym.

Although the gym itself is nice, the staff are horrible. No greeting you when you walk in, it’s almost like you’re walking into being judged as there will be 4+ staff at the desk and they either complete ignore you or just stare at you and goes the same for when you leave. I’ve been to many good life’s and I’ve never had this experience but I seem to get this daily at this gym. Someone needs to train the staff to smile.

Convenient location, sauna, tanning, tons of cardio machines, has never been "too busy" when I've gone.

Best location in the city, big lots of equipment to use. Never have to wait long for anything unless you go at 5pm (which is to be expected).
