Clean, well equipped, good add-on services, nice space and staff is efficient.
Yes, it could be pricey but is fair for what you get.
Having the main entrance to the mall blocked during weekends isn’t practical but is not on the gym.

Stopped in this gym for the first time with my girlfriend after unsuccessfully trying to find a day drop-in at other gyms in Edmonton, this gym has friendly staff, welcoming members and most machines you could think of. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality gym, can't wait to visit in the future!

Great gym to come to especially after 5, when they validate parking I love the classes and the instructors. It is a nice clean gym with extra amenities

Not a bad gym but awkward layout and no air conditioning. It's like working out in a sauna when it's even remotely warm outside.

Craft boxing was awesome and the coaches were really great. Thanks for the 3 drop-in passes!

If I could give these guys 10/5, I wouldn't hesitate! Anyone who doesn't give 5/5 is out of their minds. This is the single best GoodLife I've been to, and the best in Canada.

Great gym although it's going the way of the brewery district location. Dirty underwear in the same shower stall for days in a row, lotion dispensers empty for a week. These things pile up, please don't allow it to turn into a dirty place like a few other locations. Also the tvs are off half the time which tells me employees don't even do a walk through a checking on things.

Had a great experience this weekend for the opening of the new downtown GoodLife gym and what experience it was. I really enjoyed the layout with having areas separated which gives you a sense of a more private setting. At the end my workout I hit up the recovery room with the massage chairs to the right, and it honestly beats going to get a massage. I will for sure go use the recovery room after a hard days work, and I cannot wait for the craft boxing to open up and experience that. Thank you to the GoodLife Opening Crew and Commerce Place Team on opening a club of this standard for Edmonton.

Good vibes at this gym. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. The recovery room is the coolest thing ever. Only downside is that the layout is kinda small but it doesn’t really effect my workouts too much. Still a 5/5 stars.

The recovery room is the only good thing about this gym. The gym feels very scattered and where there is machines clumped together. The walls upstairs are already peeling off when this gym hasn’t beeen open for too long

Excellent gym. I have been waiting for this location to open up for awhile. Been to almost all the GoodLife gyms in the city and I would say this is the best. I was skeptical at first as it was right downtown but was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and clean the facility is. Also was introduced to GoodLife by Eddie when he used to work at Tamarack and was happy to hear he moved here. Eddie always went above and beyond to help me out, answered any questions and was always friendly and accommodating. There is also lots of brand new gym equipment. I especially love all the platforms they have. To top it off, all other staff are all also very friendly. Highly recommend this gym!

I would give 5 star if the punching bags were open anytime instead it's only for classes

Great, clean new facility! All the equipment is brand new. They got bumpers, platforms, bench machines, incline/decline bench and everything anyone bodybuilding/ powerlifting would need. The recovery room is also super cool! Staff are overly nice. Switched here from YMCA day 1

I like this location, very close to the bus stop. All new equipment, the Recovery Room is awesome! I love the massage chairs & they have friendly helpful staff members.

This was an amazing experience! I loved it so much and I was helped and the most wonderful receptionist Sym! She was so sweet and helped me out with everything I needed! She was truly one the kindest soul I’ve ever met! Can’t wait to go back!

I dont understand why people say zoen is the best reception，all my qiestion is not been answered his body language is way over being profession，maybe he only like help his own racial？Idknt I am not feeling helped at all.and hate his rolling eyes when speaking feeling mean

So far it looks amazing! I walked in today and it's got a lot of premium features. 2 floors, recovery room and coloured glass on the platforms. It's really giving the southpark location a run for it's money. There is 2 hour free parking on weekdays and weekends I believe are free for most of the day. Will update my review tomorrow after my workout.

Update: I've been working out here for the last week now. I like it a lot better than other of the locations in Edmonton. I won't be going back to SouthPark. That gym is falling apart. What I like about this location is the 2 floors, it keeps everything spread out. The machines are all brand new. They have a hip thrust machine which eliminates the need to setup. The bench press stations are upstairs in the corner away from everything else. The stretching area has really cool mats; very comfortable. In addition there is the turf zone. Change room is huge, and very spacious. The free weights area is a bit tight, that's my only complaint. The power racks have deadlift mats on the side, so no need for set up or cleanup. For me, this location is worth the drive or train ride to Central station.

Very organized and clean environment. The recovery room is lifeeeeeee plus one your employee’s Raissa is so accommodating and sweet. Love it 10/10

Beautiful facility, maybe slightly cramped for the free weights, but overall this gym has everything you would want. Helpful and friendly staff as well.
