GOOSE Maintenance

I don’t often leave 5 star reviews but this one was easy. Solid customer service and I trust the team at Goose to do what’s best for me and my vehicle. I appreciate the time Tim took to call me and give me an honest take on my truck and his opinion on how to approach the repairs. Lisa also did a great job communicating with me while providing updates and follow up.

Customer service is always friendly and willing to help you out. Mechanics always put the extra detail into checking over your vehicle to make sure it’s tip top.

Waited 8 days for the truck to get in and stated what needed to be fixed to be told what needed to be fixed was indeed what I had said, zero communication. Left there with the truck not fixed feeling ripped off and the situation taken advantage of.

Great place I will come back to them for sure. I brought to gmc and they were trying to charge me my soul and a few cows. I'm happy I brought to goose. They found out the real problems with my truck. U guys are awesome

I had taken my truck to the Fort dealership in cold lake for a diagnosis was given a $12,500 quote for repairs. Goose did a second opinion and got my truck fixed and running like a top for $1100 definitely will be back

They did a full inspection and found many things that needed to be fixed. They did awesome work, they were very friendly, took pictures of all that needed to be fixed so I could see them. I recommend Goose Maintenance to everyone.

Did a great job repairing 4wd on my truck. Was diagnosed, repaired and had truck back same day as promised. Been going here for repairs and maint.on all of my vehicles, have never had an issue. Great staff, great service, great final product and an overall exceptional experience compared to local dealership service departments!

I had my headlights exchanged from halogens to LED. Overall, Goose Automotive was a great experience. They went above and beyond just my headlights, they did a full bumper to bumper inspection of my whole vehicle and took pictures of possible problems. The pictures were added to a report that they sent my via text message so that I could view the pictures…I haven’t seen this kind of service in a while! Awesome! Will definitely be back.

Service was great, Tim was fair. I have not run the truck other than to get it home. Time will tell.

GOOSE is such a locally trusted shop that myself and most of the people I know drive to Bonnyville instead of having the work done locally in Cold Lake at the dealership.
