Got nothing but the best to say for these guys, every staff I’ve met is kind and genuinely loves reptiles

I find the prices of feeders are good, and they're good quality. However, as an animal lover I felt the conditions of a few animals were alarming. One beautiful large albino python had something going on with their mouth, including a large black mark and growths on their whole face. The water dishes were mostly all dirty or improper, old feces, stuck sheds, very skinny snakes, etc.: (

From start to finish Steve was able to go through every part of owning & handling a ball python. A wonderful professional to deal with, I will be only going here for any of my reptile needs moving forward! Thanks Steve!

Great prices on food and bedding for our snake. Really nice people behind the counter. Helpful and able to awnser all questions I had. Wish I had knew about this place previously. I will be going to them for all our pet snakes needs.

And to be honest, if you just have an interest in reptiles, this is a great place to come and see them, better than the calgary zoo, cause you can get closer to them, and they may if your nice pull one or two out for you.
They have tank supplies, advice for custom designed tanks, and a reference for a company that makes custom tanks.
They also have a selection or preserved bones, preserved reptiles.
And are very good with their expertise in the reptile/spider field.
I highly suggest just popping in for a visit. And looking around the store.

Just went back to Got Reptiles for the third time with my boyfriend and he chose a beautiful lesser cinnamon ball python which was absolutely stunning. We wouldn’t go anywhere else to get supplies or reptiles. Best prices on supplies and best selection of healthy reptiles! Thank you guys!

Got hung up on when I asked a question about bulk orders and wouldn't respond to my email regarding the same thing. Ordering online and paying expensive shipping instead.

Great place if you want to see a wide variety of reptiles. A lot more than what you'll find at petland. Very friendly staff. Tanks all looked well maintained animals all looked healthy. And to top it off the dog was an absolute delight.

Got Reptiles is a really cool pet store! The owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A perfect store for anyone looking to feed their scale babies and anyone looking for a new pet. Huge variety of gorgeous snakes and lizards. Great supply of super worms, crickets, horns worms, frozen mice/rats and live mice as well. Good prices. Highly recommended.

Miss this business being right besides the house but I would have moved to. Its just now being so much further from home walking there is not a realistic option. Still try and support Steve as much as we can he has a huge selection of always changing critters and you never know what other new items steve has brought in as he is all about supporting his fellow local small business and at the sane time giving his customers exceptional service high quality products at amazingly low prices. Honestly with how manny business have had to close in this pandemic i am surprise but very grateful Got Reptiles is still here and open.

Purchased two bearded dragons after my 8 year old beards passed away. I’ve had many and always had success but the beardies that I purchased were undersized and not well fed, they refused too eat small crickets so we fed via Syringe and they still weren’t growing they passed away after two months and we were told that “that is completely your fault. We will not be able too help. ”

I visited this shop because an exotic pet shop suggested I get a heat emitter here. I got some great advice about the heat emitter as well as some feeding tips as well. Afterwards I visited the animals and couldn’t believe the gorgeous and vast selection of reptiles. Wow! I recommend checking out the giant snake! I will definitely be coming back.

Just got my frist albino corn snake from them and had the best expereince getting information and best prices ive seen while looking round definitely recommend!

Hands down the best reptile shop to visit, the owner js very friendly and knowledgeable and cares a lot about his animals and customers, will recommend to everyone.

Really great store. I just bought my first snake from Got Reptiles after having visited some other stores. The guy working was extremely helpful and answered all of ny (probably dumb/common) questions thoroughly and respectfully. I never felt like I was wasting his time by asking some more basic questions about reptiles and their set ups. Will go here for all my snake's, and future reptiles' needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone
