I noticed some cracks while changing my air filter on the air box to throttle body hose of my 2012 civic.after removing it I see that it is after market Dormer made in china. Looked on amazon to see the cost. Then phone Gp Honda and the original heavy built part was less than the Dormer. Not sure who put on the dormer. (Bought car second hand) But would not recommend buying this critical part from them. Three open cracks on the flex ribs allowing dirt to go directly unfiltered into the engine.

I bought my boat from these guys and have had good service over the years. I went to book it in to get winterized as I have every year, August 2023 and was told they did no longer do it because they no longer have qualified personal to do it. I said I was disappointed since I purchased the boat there and asked who I should go to now. They said they didn't know and to try Red Line Power Craft. I was again disappointed that they had not followed up with Red Line or anyone else to send their customers to. Be aware that when you make a purchase the service may not be there for you after the fact. Good luck getting your boat winterized before winter hits in Grande Prairie.

I had my car booked in at 7: 30am for an oil change/maintenance, when I called to book I was told it would be done by 8: 30am. On the day of when I hadn’t received a call that it was finished by 8: 45am I called and was told that their tech doesn’t start work until 8: 30am so there was no way for my car to be done at 8: 30. I was told a call centre handles their calls/appointment bookings so I understand that it must have been a miscommunication on their end, but it was still very frustrating as I had planned to only be about 20 mins late for work but ended up being an hour and a half late since my car wasn’t finished until 9: 30am. Everyone I’ve dealt with in person at the dealership is super great, but this was still a pretty irritating situation.

Manager tells me one thing part’s tells me another and owner doesn’t stand by what they said. 3 lies in 2 hrs and wouldn’t give me parts under warranty poorest people ever go to any other place they don’t stand by their product

The folks at GP Powersports handled an unexpected situation with professionalism and class, Carrie was able to get a finance deal together that was digestible and the experience has been great. Will be using GP Powersports as my go to Arctic Cat dealership moving forward. Well done GP Honda and Powersports.

IDrove 5 hrs to buy a new dirt bike and boat motor and got prices, made a deal on dirt bike. Called him back to make a deposit and complete the sale, they decided to try and gouge me for another 1100.00$. A total waste of time and fuel. They don't care about their coustomers only try to rip you off! Bob P

Just bought a 2021 Honda Ridgeline, and they were really good. Sydney was my Salesperson and absolutely no complaints. Service department was good and accommodating as well.

Recently went for an oil change expecting to pay what was advertise but ended up paying too much.false advertisement I may say just always having a way to rip people off. If I can turn back the time I wouldn’t trade in my old vehicle in this dealership.

This Grande Prairie Honda Dealership looks awesome after the renovation. Was impress with their top notch refreshment bars. The people there are always super friendly & will actually go an extra mile for you. I love my Honda HRV.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, and a complete embarrassment of an establishment. Bought two saddle bags and a motorcycle end of March and have to be on top of them with calling me back when they say they will and then having the audacity to make it seem like I’m unreasonable to check in where my $800+ saddle bags are. Apparently it’s too difficult to send an email or text these days, right. Zero accountability with Dwayne and Joey. Oh, and Joey before you start spinning it around I’m gonna tell everyone how it really is. It’s astonishing how you’ve managed to become a manager because you’re incredibly useless and a extremely pathetic excuse of a sales “professional”. You can’t cut it as anything remotely reliable and you shouldn’t even keep trying since you’re clearly horrible at it. I know you probably won’t be able to read this since you have trouble understanding how to communicate, but hopefully someone will read this and help explain to you how utterly incompetent you truly are.

I made a substantial down payment, but could not take my Certified Used CR-V home until repair work was completed. I needed to arrange a ride after work was done (as I was not trading in my old Odyssey). They said it would be ready Friday; wonderful news when I communicated that I'd be there Saturday. Upon my arrival I was made to wait for hours while they created my paperwork and had the car detailed as I sat waiting. I was not impressed with this as I needed to get back to work a few hours away. Reviewing paperwork at home I found an error. I expected better.

GP Honda was actually able to find a very specific vehicle I wanted in the data base so props to them. There staff was very friendly and had no problems answering any of my questions. The vehicle I had purchased was cleaned and detailed to the point where the vehicle had that new car smell.

Calling to get parts is a joke. Wait on hold for a long time just to be hung up on. Then call back and still not able to talk to someone. Go in there and everyone is standing around talking. Would not recommend

Power sport service department is disappointing to say it as polite as possible. The manager has zero customer service skills & must’ve been placed on the job thru a temp agency from Ontario (nothing against ppl from Ontario but they usually are clueless know it alls in my experience). Find anyone else, even a backyard mechanic, to repair yr toys. Or have to deal with a $5k bill & a disappointed teenager that doesn’t have a quad to ride anymore (after it took them 4months to ‘get all parts’ but picked up the quad on way worse condition than when it was dropped off.or something similar, as this was my experience last summer.

We worked with Nick over the telephone to learn a little more about the Honda Ridgeline advertised at GP Honda. He made us a video of the truck and then presented our offer to Chris, sales manager. One conversation later we had agreed on a very fair price.
We live in Edmonton so the no hassle treatment was a hugely appreciated. GP Honda offered to deliver us the truck but in the end we drove to Grande Prairie and took possession.
The truck was detailed, the business office was ready for us, Nick went through the vehicle and we were headed back to Edmonton.
We enjoyed working with Grande Prairie Honda for three reasons. They were honest and forthright over the telephone, attentive to all my questions and then fully prepared for the delivery of the vehicle.

Well I would not even rate one star, but I could not find a way to leave a review otherwise. I have a recall on my airbag on my honda car. I tried to get it in 2 weeks ago when I had to make a trip to gp anyways (I live 2 and a half hours away), but they said they would have to order parts. If a dealership knows there is a recall of something that serious, I would think that they should have that part in stock especially when they are the only dealer around in northern Alberta. Ok, fine. I made an appointment for today and it was at 11 am. I had to get held back half an hour on the highway due to a huge house being moved down the road. Yet, I still made it on time. (I walked in the door at 10: 55 am). I checked in and was told that the service department was running behind and that they might get to it this afternoon. I said I need to know if it can get done or not today because I don't live here. I was told they will get it in this afternoon. It is now 1: 30 pm and my car is getting worked on. I can find a better way to waste my time and money for sure. If I can make my appointment on time, so should thos dealership. I am not impressed at all and will never come back here again. I will also tell all I know of my experience.

Also, a couple of years ago I brought my boat here to get diagnosed and repaired. They spent two weeks on it and finally found the problem. In the mean time, they replaced my motor trim assembly which cost me thousands of dollars. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the system that was in the boat either. They did not contact me when they did this either. The boat would not run properly, and the trim on ANY boat would have nothing to do with how the motor runs.

I will drive the extra 2 hours to go to Edmonton in the future from my home to get any work done. They will never get my business again.

Update: Just had my first detailing from owning this vehicle that Abe sold me 2 years ago, I gotta tell you. I AM SO AMAZED Kalie did a STELLAR job I couldn't believe my eyes under the seats have never been so clean! Amazing job thank you so much!
I booked through Justin and he was so awesome to deal with! Super sweet i strongly recommend anyone who's looking for car help/detailing do it you guys. I am blown away: D felt like a rock star with my super clean ship!:)

Abe went above and beyond to get me into the ram rebel I wanted! Would definitely recommend him!

Called for 4 days trying to get ahold of parts. My name and number were taken down for them to call me back. Everyday they took my name and number and couldnt get back to me day after day forgetting that I called. The excuse was understaffed as a result of the pandemic. I then hung up the phone on the 4th day and drove to the store and to no surprise there was no one in the store and nothing going on in the parts department. Ghost town in there, but there are unable to take any phone calls due to them being busy and understaffed. In reality just lazy and no one there seems to care. This is why everyone takes the 40 min trip to beverlodge to go to guadins honda. The grande praire honda is a complete joke if you want any kind of service or anything to do with atv/dirt bikes go to beverlodge. This place isnt worth it

Bought a 2016 Honda Civic with the money I had saved up ever since I was 10 years old. (I recently turned 18 and this was the first major purchase I had ever made.) Seemed like a great dealership wasn’t worried about any problems and felt like I could trust the place. Later found out about an oil dilution problem common in the same engine as my civic. I was not notified of this very serious issue and when I tried taking the car back only a week later after finding out about this problem, they offered me 70 percent of what I paid a week ago for it. Almost 50 percent of what the car was originally listed for. Hansen ford offered me another 2 grand more Than Honda and you would think they would be able to work something out considering they where the ones who sold me the car in the first place but I guess not. I really regret going to Honda at all. This has caused me nothing but stress for the last 4 months. And will likely cost me a good portion of my life savings considering that the oil wreaks of gasoline. I actually was told at my last oil change that the dealership would send away my oil to be tested but I have not heard from them in a month and I am almost certain they just threw away the oil. Just a precautionary tale to anyone considering buying from this dealership. My mother has had a wonderful experience over at Sean Sargent Toyota and I myself wish I would have purchased an already more reliable Toyota from a more reliable dealership. The actual salesperson I bought the car from, Bernardo, was a pleasant guy nothing against him. I do believe that he tried his best to work something out for me, But the dealership obviously really only cares about one thing and that’s money, not their customers.

Update: I wanted to leave a separate review but was unable so I'm modifying my original. Hopefully that doesn't mess with the algorithm.

My husband and I managed to lose the key for our tire locks and Candy, Linda, and Noelle were so quick to order replacements and squeeze us in to bust off the old ones. Noelle went above and beyond doing the lock replacement herself and didn't even miss a beat telling me her work was on the house. Really grateful for the service team at GP Honda. Will always recommend.

Went in just to see what was available in our price range. Abe Giesbrecht aka "Honest Abe" approached us and happily answered all of our questions. He found us a vehicle that met all of our needs (and then some.) We we're approved and out the door with our beautiful new Cr-v touring edition within 3 hours. Becky Mann in the finance office went above and beyond to get us the best bang for our buck and the manager, Luke, was also very amiable. Both my husband and I are thrilled. We had been previous Honda customers but at Ramsey's Honda in Cape Breton. Grande Prairie Honda exceeded our expectations and made purchasing a vehicle painless.

When my 2012 Honda Pilot has a problem I bring it to Grande Prairie Honda each time. But for the last two times I have been disappointed. First I brought my car in for brake rotors and pads replacement but after the repair I found a scraping or rattling noise coming from under the dashboard. I brought the car back but they couldn't find the problem, instead they made some vague suggestions. The second time, I brought my car in for engine emission check light on but I already run the scanning and found it was a P3400 code. They fixed the problem but then my remote starter stopped working. They didn't know how to fix it and sent me to a remote start specialist where I paid from my pocket. I expected at least that they told me after the emission check problem I will need to reprogram my remote start but no, they didn't know that either. Really disappointed.

The buying experience was value based, pleasurable & expedient. Parker was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and the opposite of pushy. I would buy there again guaranteed. I was also told that after I made the purchase, I would get a discount on parts, etc, and when I went in to the parts department a few days later, they, without "knowing" I had just made a significant purchase, were absolutely excellent to deal with, and honoured the before promised discount without any hassle. One of the best retail experiences I have had in years.

Great start, rocky ride, happy ending. I purchased my 2016 Arctic Cat Mudpro 700 Ltd here. Joey was awesome to deal with and beat everyone's price from here to Edmonton. Good guy, but still owes me an owners manual. I'm gonna have to charge him a large dark roast triple triple for the wait.lol.

My machine had an issue from the factory that was not caught by their tech when I brought it in a few times to solve. It resulted in a broken axel, a burnt out clutch belt and lots of riding time lost. All this with less then 200 kms on the machine. To be fair, it is hard to find an internal issue and machines do break. But had my complaints been properly addressed, I believe a better diagnostic could of been performed and my machine repaired faster. It was all covered under Arctic Cat warranty. So big plus there.

Feeling robbed of riding time, I contacted the owner Myles Longphee. He took care of me right away. He renewed my confidence in my machine. Brought value back into my purchase. And closed the gap between customer and customer service. Myles truly backs up his product and values his customers. He went above and beyond for me. I run a local ATV club and Myles understood how important it was for me to be out with the group riding. I look forward to this upcoming riding season and future business with Grande Prairie Power Sports. I will be back.

Oh, and thanks for the Sens hat)
