One of the best Security companies that I've worked with. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Quick to response to any guard requirements even on short term notices. Would recommend 10/10.
Worked for the company for 3 weeks. Not a single person knows what they are doing or what is happening. The manager doesn't care about his employees and in my case left me without a rotation for 1 month and a week. They then filled my ROE wrong on purpose 3 months later. I would avoid this company with a 10ft poll.
Never had their services but their driving is atrocious and dangerous. Today one of their trucks nearly ended up hitting me and sending me into the ditch. She entered into the lane I was entering from a ON RAMP MERGE. Terrible
I paid a invoice to them then 4 months later they charged my Visa for that same invoice and refuse to send me back my money, They wont answer calls or emails. Theifs DO NOT TRUST!
This company would fire handfuls of workers rather than deal with the problems that plague this company like a disease. I do not recommend working in the dispatch office. I can't speak for the guard position as I didn't work it. I don't even need to go into detail. Just read the other 1* reviews and it'll paint a perfect picture for you. There's a reason the 5* reviews don't have any upvotes. Don't waste your time applying here. Good job but absolutely atrocious management. And the dispatch team "leader" is a complete joke.
Poor customer service at edmonton gps security office.i talk to lady ANITA at edmonton gps office.she don't know how to talk to customers.she need lots of customer service skills.i have read so many bad reviews about her.but nobody taking actions to correct it.if you guys have not heard my voice, i ll go to more higher authorities.
Not really sure what passes for communication with these guys. I kept getting harassed with phone calls, four calls in three days, asking for some guy. I explained to two different people that they had the wrong number, and kindly asked them to stop calling me. Lo and behold, the next day they called me again. I ended up blocking the number. Clearly someone failed to remove my phone number even after asking.
[ Edit ] I have screenshots to prove I have been called four times in three days. I have never had any association with this company, and there is no reason I should be getting called. Explaining the situation to the first person I talked to, she told me she would remove my number from the files. Not twenty-four hours later, I get another call. So really, this is nowhere near incorrect.
Its harrasement to work for gps.the lady Anita working at edmonton gps office.she don, t know how to talk to colleagues.i think she need to learn some manners.
