Absolute worst to deal with. Impossible to phone in, zero customer service. Feels like we are annoying to them when we go in.

Worst place I have ever dealt with. I called for a simple price on a batter charger. Because I did not want to give a company name and contact info they refused to tell me anything. Said I had to go to the website and they would not help me.

Was told this morning (Feb 14/2020) that they only sell to companies that have accounts with them.wasn't a problem in the past.

They have a new Call center system, Can not reach local store. Completely useless services by phone.

I dislike the call center system. Have to drive to the local store now to get service and order parts. I wouldnt deal there anymore if I could get my parts somewhere else.

Terrible customer service from Janelle. Called and ordered some hardware and was given an ETA, called to check on my order after the ETA and waited daaaays to get a straight answer out of her and when I called and got firm with her she admitted she hadn't even called the manufacturer to see if my order was shipped. Terrible customer and business relations, I honestly think she forgot to place my order. Will not waste my breath calling there again.
