Extremely disappointed with this company. Placed an order over a week ago and when I go to inquire about not receiving the items on the ship date, I am informed that stock ran out a few days ago and I won’t be getting my order, wow! This makes no sense as the items were in stock when I placed the order, received confirmation of my order, and no notification from the company at all. This is the worst service from a company and so extremely disappointing when it involves safety items for my family. I will never order from your company ever again and plan to inform as many people as I can, as you give people false hope and you should be disgusted that you run a business this way

Very bad online services went into west end location to be told they cant sell me anything, will not visit again, its 2019 there are other options

Very unorganized, sales has zero knowledge of parts and stock. Also poor communication towards customers. Would not recommend dealing with this branch.
