We shopped around for an affordable vet with good reviews to neuter our pup. We found Granada and we’re so impressed with the care.
From that first appointment to our dear sweet dog’s final breath, Dr Lawrence and the team at Granada have been amazing. They are so caring, so helpful, and when it came time to make impossible decisions they were so compassionate and understanding. I will recommend them as long as they are in business. Excellent staff and veterinarians.

I’ve brought my German Shepherd a few times and have nothing but great things to say! The ladies at the front are so so nice and friendly as well as him and I both love Dr. Kirby. He usually has the worst times being at the vet (we have been to a few others) and not trusting the vet or even letting them touch him but he trusts her! She is so knowledgeable in her work. As well as passionate and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone:)

I took my little Oreo to get neutered last week, and the vets were extremely friendly! The receptionist got me a quick appointment despite the short notice, and they took great care of him from 7: 30am-5pm! I called maybe 4 or 5 times while he was there, and they were insanely patient, sweet and willing to check in on him whenever I asked. The surgery was cheap, but included INCREDIBLE care and perks. He is doing more than well now, and is a very happy guy now! Oreo and I will certainly be returning for any appointments in the future.

My cat was being watched by my brother in law (whom had changed food without me knowing and basically stoped caring for the cat). When I got him back he looked severely neglected and really matted. I felt extremely overwhelmed by his state. I called this vet clinic and explained the situation, they were completely non judgmental and got him in right away. Due to his age and him being a little extra grouchy they were able to sedate him and clear off his mats, vaccinate him and really take excellent care of him. They helped me find the right food fit for him and come up with an additional care plan to help get him as healthy as he could and take care of some additional health concerns. The vet was great and called me twice with detailed updates during his drop off/ pick up visit. Honestly super caring, super clean clinic. Would recommend!

I moved to Sherwood Park from B. C.in August, 2022. My dog, Basil, a Westie/Maltese cross, is 10 years old and needed veterinary care soon after we arrived. It happened that a local groomer recommended Granada to me and I feel very fortunate to have taken their good advice. The ladies that work in reception are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The techs, too, have also looked after my boy with good care. I feel that the clinic is well run and clean. I am very happy and comfortable with the vets that have treated Basil; Drs Lawrence and Kudla, and both have provided calm and tender treatment and have communicated with me with professionalism and compassion. I know Basil is in good hands any time I have taken him to the clinic.

The receptionist was very friendly and the vet was great. Took our pup for his rabies shor and was in and out in no time.

I can not say enough good things about this clinic the staff are amazing! We needed urgent care for our cat on super short notice & they were so accommodating. They went above & beyond & we received a very reasonable bill at the end of it! Definitely recommend! They’ve gained a lifelong customer.

This was Gizmo’s first time needing any kind of surgery. He had a broken tooth that was removed. The Veterinarian’s are great! Compassionate, understanding and informative. I had anxiety waiting for the call from Vet. So relieved when she called and told me he was doing great. The front staff are welcoming and kind as well. Highly recommend.

My dog had an ear infection and was very uncomfortable so i booked with
Granada Veterinary Clinic. Because of traffic I was 15 minutes late I apologized as soon as I arrived and was willing to wait as long as it took. The lady a the front counter told me she had canceled the appointment and i would have to book next week? They claim to be caring and compassionate. This dog was sick and in pain not to mention I am a customer and paid $400 on two separate occasions. Again I take responsibility for being fifteen minutes late but was shocked by how Daisy and I were treated. Rude, disrespectful and with no compassion for the pet.

If I could give this Vet Clinic 0 stars I would.
The receptionist was rude and had no compassion for a sick dog.
She should not be a front line worker when it comes to animal care!
We had an appointment for our dog that was suffering with a bad ear infection and had already waited two days to see our family vet at this clinic.
We were 15 minutes late and were prepared to wait for the vet to see Daisy. She abruptly turned us away and told us to leave and said "the appointment has been cancelled. "
I called later to talk to the vet personally and was put on hold and told "unfortunately the vet cannot see her unless you board the dog at an additional charge. "
I was shocked; only because I had taken both my pets to this vet before and thought I had a good relationship with the vet; although on this visit I was unable to get beyond the 'gatekeeper. '
The vet clinic owner really needs to take ownership of their front line staff as she has definitely lost our business.
Thankfully we were able to make an appointment with the Greenbank Veterinary Clinic for later in the day.

We have been going to Granada for many years and have always had amazing care for our cats.

This veterinary clinic treated me and my young pup with care and fully explained all paperwork related to her surgery. I find all staff friendly and helpful and have referred acquaintances to this clinic.

We have two boxers (our babies) who are always in the best hands when they’re at Granada. Starting from the front end, Jenn is the sweetest and always a pleasure to deal with any questions or concerns and Jared Lawrence is the best of the best! He’s performed a few surgery’s on our pups and he always does an amazing job. He’s extremely honest and is an incredible vet. We always trust him with our dogs no matter what the situation. If you want top notch care for your animals, go to Granada!

Brought our new fur baby in for her second shots, staff was very friendly upon check in and the veterinarian was extremely kind to both the puppy and myself. The cost was way less than I was expecting for a check up and immunization, and they even clipped the puppy nails as a courtesy. I’m glad I found a perfect vet within walking distance from my home, and puppy is too!

Dr Lawrence is one of the kindest and compassionate vets I have ever met. The rest of the staff has been fantastic over the past decade I have been taking my pets there. 110% recommend

Been bringing my dogs here for many years. Sadly the vets seem to have changed greatly and it feels like more push for meds (which are pricey) and less insightful vets than what I experienced the first 11 years of bringing my pupper there. IDK, I am still deciding if worth staying or finding a new vet closer to home now.

I really like the vet and the staff are pleasant but it is impossible to get a same day or even next day appointment for urgent matters which is frustrating

The staff are soooooo friendly. I have to bring my cat in every few months for bloodwork and they always take amazing care of her. The staff are always willing to answer questions when I call and are good at returning phone calls. I'm glad I chose them to be my vet. They've done an amazing job at keeping my girl happy and healthy!

I recently switched veterinarians and I am extremely happy I did. Dr Lawrence is so kind and caring and I am very happy with the care my three dogs have received. I was given bad news about my beloved pup and Dr Lawrence was so sympathetic to my feelings and shows how he truly cares about your pets and not the bill being rung up at the front.

Love the care and attention that Dr Lawrence takes with Ruby. He doesn't just rush through to get to the next patient. He actually cares about the causes of her problems and takes time to figure it out.like she is his own pet Very personal.not business like. Everyone here is great!

I was quite pleased with our visits with Dr. Lawrence. He gave me all the options for our dog and explained everything very well. I was pleased that after my dogs surgery that I was able to get the analysis results emailed to me efficiently. I have visited many vets with my animals and will definitely be returning to see Dr. Lawrence

Took my cat to see Dr. Soles. She was gentle, patient and knowledgeable. Diagnosed him with a urinary track infection and didn’t put him through any unnecessary and traumatic tests. I found her to be very genuine and she talked with me, rather than down to me. Prices were reasonable and she even found me a cheaper alternative to his special urinary food without me even asking. So many vets make you feel inferior especially when you aren’t willing to pay top dollar for their expensive premium food. I really liked her down to earth approach. Love how she treats my animals (I now bring my dog to her too!). Highly recommend Dr. Soles.

Can't say enough good things about Granada, and Dr. Jared Lawrence. We've been taking our pets to Granada for many years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. A few years ago our golden was diagnosed with cancer, and we had quite the roller coaster ride with her, but Dr. Lawrence was extremely sensitive and helpful throughout. Although she has since passed, we she was able to live out the rest of her life in the best way possible. We now have a new pup, and kittens, who see them, and the rest of my family takes their pets to them as well. Highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies!

The best vet service by far. We took our 6 month old puppy to Granada for his neuter, microchip, and tattoo and we were very pleased with the service. The lady was very professional and welcoming when we came in to drop him off. She explained the procedure in detail and reassured us on any questions. The in and out process was very personable and they took their time to make sure he was comfortable in which we enjoyed that a lot, since the last vet clinic just got him in and out as quick as they could. The prices are also very reasonable for their services offered. He even got a complimentary nail trim. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking for somewhere to take their fur babies. This is the most amazing Vet clinic. They are caring and helpful when your pet is in distress. Dr. Lawrence even has a sense of humor which is nice, when your worried about your pet. Nothing but great things to say about this Clinic!

Great vet. Took the time to explain everything clearly and showed genuine concern. The staff are very friendly and considerate.

We always had no problem with this clinic. We took our new pet lab dog to them for usual visits. The last one was neutering. The cone of flimsy plastic cracked in one day.from previous procedures cones were more thicker plastic so we mentioned this. They wanted to charge for a second come anyhow. We left message for vet/owner.he never called.we bought another but eventually called back and got the vet.he said do you know how busy I am? We just explained that we hoped that the cone would last for the week needed. He said to take it up with the manufacturer. I think we will just take out dog to another vet who has better customer service skills

Our dog needed to be fixed and I wanted the best price with the best care and I do believe we got that at Granada. Hank already had a clinic we'd see but obviously they weren't impressing me so I looked around. They were so informative and caring plus the price was lower than most clinics in Sherwood Park. I would reccomend them and we will definitely go back.

I have been looking for a new vet for a while and I’ve been having no luck with other vets I visited, they were either extremely rude or didn’t have time to talk to me. Then I entered Granada Vets. Wow what a first experience. Upon my initial visit to check them out, the receptionist was so pleasant and super helpful and made me feel very welcome. She was very knowledgeable and I felt at home with them.
I had my first visit with my two kitties on September 6 and we had a great experience; Dr. Jared Lawrence was hilarious throughout the whole appointment and the other staff members were also so friendly and very helpful.
Thank you for being kind and caring to my fur-baby’s.
