Fun for the kids to run around. The hosts are a lot of fun to visit and pet. I think the zip lines are a favorite.

We enjoyed a lovely day at The Granary. However for the cost for four of us, most vendors being closed and the favourite playground closed for maintenance, it might be a generous gesture to waive the cost of the mini golf and offer this to guests free of charge.

Kids liked it. Fair bit of maintenance at the moment. My o ly real criticism is the zip line is a death trap. Could use a soft landing considering the kids are the ones using it.

We come here often and we were quite disappointed this last time! Lots of things not working, or under construction. They didn’t serve food, just ice cream. The place use to be very well maintained, but has definitely gone down hill in the last couple of years! There is still lots to do and see so don’t let that stop you!

We went for my daughter’s birthday and it was disappointing compared to our usual great time here. The lady working in the gift shop raised her voice at my daughter twice and doesn’t really seem to like children! Two of the mini golf holes were out of order, one zip line wasn’t working. The only lunch option was the bakery which was not bad but the pretzel was really just very stale bread. The kids still had a great time but these details were disappointing.

When the kids were young, they loved to go to their park every summer and fall. Now, we, the oldies, just loved to go there for the aquaponics, and we loved using their plant food for our veggie garden. This year, it looks like they are shutting it down as it is now a mills. The food stalls vary every year, and you would just miss the food that you used to go there to.

I absolutely loved going here with my family! We have a 3 and 1 yo. There were so many "parks" for the 3yo to explore that they couldn't get bored and the 1yo really loved just running around and some of the parks were good for his age group too. The goats were very friendly and patient with the children.
Outside food is allowed and I would recommend simply because it is expensive to eat there BUT the food was awesome and a very good variety, we loved it.
Highly recommend! We will be going again!

We had great time here. A little far from thd city but it worth it one for awhile. Organized, clean, many things to do. For me almost 10 times or more bigger than Butterfield NW. My girls were super excited whole day. More than one family join here, probably more fun!

Neat for school aged kids. Not much to do for the smaller ones.or for adults. Food and service was mediocre, but walking the grounds and spending a nice fall afternoon is still a must do at least once.

I don't know what one considers as "Garlic fest" but that was a joke. Drove 45 minutes to find nothing garlic at your so called garlic fest. Waste of time very disappointed.

We were a party of 8 with four adults and three children with one baby. Large crowds at all stations but still room for the kids to take part in the activities. Was very hot with only one place to get water as the stand was closed in the middle of all the stations. Bring lots of water if you go and expect lots of walking.
Zip lines were a big hit and there are many so the kids loved them.
Ant farm was great and the kids enjoyed all the slides. I think the slides through out the park were the biggest hit for the three boys.
Farm Animal area was also a big hit with lots of animals but only a few chances of petting the larger ones. Might have been because it was very hot, bring lots of water! There are many places to get out of the sun and sit which was nice but still hot.
We will be bringing our grand kids back again even though it is a three hour drive one way to get there!
Great day was had by all!

Had an amazing time here with the family. Great value for the multitude of structures and activities available to see and do.
They put a lot of resources into making it an amazing place to bring your kids.

Super great place for kids. Lots of information boards and activities. Great farmer's market and food court. Loved it. Would go again and have been recommending it to family and friends.

Lots of local companies, fresh fruit, veg, and local goods. Support local! Go get treats! Also has an awesome play area for the kids.

We visited here twice, in May and Aug. I regret I didn't purchase a season pass because this place is amazing and absolutely we'll visit here more than 3times a year. A lot of varieties, kids never get bored. Especially if you visit here weekend, you can enjoy the farmer's market. We had a hamburger which was great, my son doesn't like a lettuce but he enjoyed the lettuce inside the Burger. Entrance fee is reasonable, washroom is clean, staffs are friendly. It worths 1 hour driving (I really don't like driving)

Even better than I expected! Great playgrounds for all ages, and excellent quality. The good at the farmers market was fantastic too! Definitely worth the trip, and what a great value for the kids. Plenty to see and do, great way to spend the day.

This is a great place to visit if you have kids 3-10. It is a lot bigger than we imagined. We probably should have brought our wagon! We spent about 4 hours here and didn't get a chance to see everything as the kids were having too much fun playing on all the apparatuses. The food court was fantastic! Highly reccomend the chuck burger and fries! Soooo good. We will be back!

The kids loved the playgrounds and petting zoo, but the snack shacks and gift shop were crazy expensive. Still it was a worth-while outing for the family and I'd highly recommend it.

What a gem! First time out there and I was extremely impressed! Very clean, tons of stuff for the kids to do. The food options after were great! Five stars plus.

Great place to bring kids! Lots of different play structures and cute animals to see. Picnic areas for resting, a few washrooms available as well. Sanitizing stations throughout. You can also grab some food at the market! (the fresh pizza looked delicious although we didn't try it this time.) There is also a Farmer's Market with handmade goods, produce, ice cream, as well as a seperate gift shop. Definitely need a couple hours (or more) to get the full experience.

A whole day of family fun. Decent price for entry to park and the market is fantastic. Great variety of goods, unique vendors and finds.

Its fun and educational. My daughter loves it. But the lady in the gift shop where to get the passes is so rude. We arrived there almost 3pm and she suggested that we purchase a train ride, I asked what time it will close, she said 5 pm. At 4: 20 we were at the mini train station, the train is still there, there were still enough space for us but she did not let us ride the train and she said that was the last ride for the day. My daughter was so upset, to think that my daughter is so excited to ride the train. That lady ruined my daughter’s day! So disappointed!

Love this place. Great food, friendly people and fantastic gifts. Local beers, meats, cheese, jams, baked goods and even more. Terrific kids park too!

IF YOU’RE A BRIDE PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE!

Had a WEDDING reception end of August 2020 at Granary Road.

Posting this review after sending an email to Granary expressing my DISSATISFACTION of how the experience was through them and how they could improve to help future BRIDES but THEN CONTINUE TO HEAR THE SAME PROBLEMS THROUGH FRIENDS AND WEEDING PLANNING GROUPS.

Below is an email I sent to Granary Road after my wedding to explain my grievances. The opening to the email is below but the body is on screen shots is in the images as there is a character limit.

FYI- Stephanie = first planner, Brittany = third planner, and the second planner I have no clue who she was because she was not around long enough. This email was sent to events coordinator and Granary Road main email.

Looking back on our wedding day, it was truly beautiful and we are so thankful that we made it to that day, and happy that we could have our reception in the naturally beautiful setting of Granary Road! But to be honest, there were several let downs, challenges, and disappointments regarding the venue, both in the planning stages and even on the wedding day itself. I bring the following things to your attention so that perhaps, for future brides, the planning process can be made smoother and the venue even more accommodating, welcoming, and beautiful than it was for me.

Really fun for the kids - endless things to keep them busy. Love that there is big gazebos in all the play areas so the parents can sit while the kids play. The market was nice with lots of different food options.
I only wish there was a lesser fee for the parents. You do have to pay to quite literally watch your children play, as there is nothing in the park grounds for adults.
