If I could rate this place at zero stars I would do that. Bought a used vehicle from them and stated very clear I wanted aftermarket warranty which they then sold me. After not even a month the transmission started acting up so I then took it to the dealership brand of the car where they said it needed a transmission and a clutch when the MFA vehicle inspection I had received said it was all ok. Then tried to get it covered with he warranty I purchased when they said it would not be covered due to the aftermarket parts on the car that a purchased from them nothing had been changed it was the exact same car they sold me. Numerous times I contacted the salesman who just said there is nothing I can do. This place is a scam

Honestly worst experience ever! Just recently purchased a 2022 Laramie from here, and would never recommend nor purchase anymore vehicles from this dealership. For start, they gave me a price on my trade in, brought my trade in on the value they quoted me, signed the papers while waiting on the new truck. Then a couple days before picking up the new truck, they called to come resign some papers. In which they already had my trade in, they decided to drop my value on the trade 3000$ after all the papers were signed and the deal was made. Also they had a promotion going for people that purchased a new vehicle gets to pick a gift valued at 300-450$ from Nov 25-30, we bought truck on the 29th and no one informed us on the promotion, until we noticed it on Facebook. When we called about it they said sorry all the gifts are gone, so why post a promotional when you can’t hold up to your advertising. So needless I’m a very loyal dodge person, but will be taking my service and purchases else where from now on!

Just another dealership with zero integrity. Would never trust any of the used vehicles that these clowns have on their lot. And the finance manager I was stuck dealing with was either the dumbest human being I ever met, or a compulsive liar. Very disappointed, we have been waiting 7 months since the purchase of our truck for our second key. When we purchased our truck we were told the previous owner was sending it and we would have it within a couple weeks or so. Now it’s “sorry bud I’m still waiting for stuff too”. I’ve spoken with the sales manager and all was done was the sales associate called me and did nothing. Now today, my kid locked my ONLY set of keys in the truck and I have to pay to have it unlocked.

This is my 3rd truck I have purchased from this dealership and I am a forever customer. I have always had a great experience. I just purchased a 2020 dodge:) I browsed online for 2 days looking to see what they had. There were so many great trucks. I hit the chat on the website and mitch helped me out and set everything up for me at the dealership. I was working in the bush at the time and had very little service and he worked with me and made everything go so smooth he definitely was a huge part of me getting this truck everything went so smooth. When I got to the dealership the truck was there parked right in front and I had an amazing salesman Jordan he’s not like your typical greasy salesman he’s a honest straight forward guy there was no bull with this guy everything was straight forward and I respect that over all a great experience everyone there that I encountered were top notch great people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a vehicle 10 years ago. Their finance person said to me "if you were smart" when he disagreed with my decision on financing. The salesman was also very “uninterested” and didn’t do a very thorough job demonstrating the vehicle. I wanted the truck so I bought it but every day since then I wish I would have walked away. I ordered accessories and was told they would be installed but when I went to pick my truck, after waiting for over ½ hour in their showroom they told me the one accessory wasn’t there. I live over 2 hours away and had to make a second trip to have the accessory installed and wasn’t even given a courtesy vehicle. Yes this was 10 years ago and the reason I’m writing this now is because they continue to harass me and contact me to come in and buy another vehicle. I sold this truck three years ago and couldn't be happier with my FORD! I told them about my awful experience and have told them numerous times I would not deal with them again. I have also asked them NUMEROUS times to stop contacting me but they continue to try and sell me something. Every time they get a new sales person it seems like they drag out old lists and start spamming people. In 2021 I sent a very detailed letter telling them in no uncertain terms that I did not want to be contacted ever again. And a few weeks ago I received yet another text from a new sales person wanting to sell me a vehicle. They are worse than telemarketers and I’m hoping this last ditch effort of leaving them reviews will get them to STOP contacting me! I will be reporting them for harassments as I have asked firmly numerous times for them to remove me from their contact lists. I will NEVER deal with them again and suggest you don't!

Not the best experience with them. Bought my car from them a few years ago used. Had to block them from calling me because they would not stop calling for "peace of mind inspections" even when I asked to not be called. Finally took my vehicle in and they quoted me $8000 in repairs. Funny how they couldn't find any of those issues on the inspection they did when they sold me the car not to long previous. Needless to say I payed for the quote and took my vehicle somewhere else.

Took my 18 year old son in to buy his first car. 1 week before we bought an older 2014 jeep and they gave us gap insurance. My son bought a 2017 car and they didn't offer him gap coverage and I had no idea that they didn't give it to him. Well he is only 18 and was in a car accident and now he is totally effed. Son wants to kill himself and this has been a nightmare to deal with. If you shop here please make sure they give you GAP INSURANCE especially when you're a new driver! My husband has bought many cars and trucks from there and we will never go back!

Before buying/looking into a vehicle from here do your research before buying a per owned vehicle here, I checked car fax before buying my car from Gp Chrysler and you would assume that any decent human being would declare any issues or body damage on vehicle but sales people aren't know for their decency lol so go on car fax request a report (for free) and use a secondary/fake email when looking into anything with them they will spam so many emails

Love the service people were great from out of town and they got me in right away to look at my truck before I headed a long trip home they fixed my truck got me in right away found problems fixed it for me I think there service department is great especially Kevin don't know his last name but he was great

I recently went to the Quick Lube bay for an oil change. Once I entered the bay the Service tech was efficient and started the paperwork. After 20 minutes the technician handed me my paperwork to sign, told me my tire tread reading and I was on my way. I was, nor did I see and oil brands, not asked what I wanted for oil. I was not shown the dipstick, shown my filter, lights, signal lights nor break lights were checked. The tech mentioned to another worker that he was by himself for quite awhile and had to do all the work himself. When heading home I met a semi and the gust of wind indicated my hood was open. I stopped and checked and the one hook on my Jeep was not latched. This could have been an accident. Me as a client get the poor service because of the poor management once again. I swore I would never step foot in this dealership again from previous questionable service but I thought I would try again but once again very disappointed. Never ever again.

Nothing but great service from GP Chrysler! Last March CJ helped me get into my used SUV and he was great, not pushy and gave his honest opinion. It recently needed a little work so I had brought it into the service department. Kevin was so helpful, made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Everyone at GP Chrysler is so welcoming and helpful. Won’t go anywhere else!

When I get my certified vehicle the wiper was damaged after a couple of days engine light was turned on. I book an appointment and when asked for a diagnose they charged for both engine light diagnose and wiper blade replacement.when I go and find their manager he change the bill to wiper replacement only. Just 20km the wiper will damaged by itself and the engine problem starts. Be careful about these guys.

Was interested in a beauty used Harley that the dealership has. Spoke to whoever answers the messages for the dealer, and they were absolutely clueless! Asked for them to have an actual salesperson get in touch with me, which they did, but they got someone from the wrong dealer to contact me. I feel if this level of incompetance is happening before even talking to a salesperson, that it wouldn't be a smooth transaction!

I was excited to go back and buy a vehicle after I sell my truck, they ran a credit check on both my dad and I when we haven’t even confirmed with them that we were buying. Now I’m getting emails that I’m booked in for an appointment when I haven’t even called back. Pretty disappointed that both our credit scores got checked when we never gave permission, and now they are just randomly booking me in without even talking to me first.:/

I don't understand the negative rap. I have purchased new and used vehicles from 4 different dealers in GP. These guys have always been the best to deal with. Just picked up my second truck from them and couldn't be happier with the service. Will, Brent, Brad, and Jordan got it all done in an hour. Yet, I didn't feel rushed. I'm not even a Dodge guy, in fact, I bought a truck that I felt wasn't as good as the Tundra. BUT.after my dealings with Toyota, looks like I'll be in one for a while. Ever since I bought my new pickup in 2008 I’ve been a customer of GP Chrysler and continue to use them through my business. Service is usually pretty good and I really like dealing with Tony in the service department. He always goes above and beyond to get us taken care of. The only thing negative I have to say is the pricing on new vehicles. Often when buying new pickups they aren’t the cheapest but they always have matched competitor pricing for me, but it usually takes the footwork of multiple quotes before getting this deal even though we’ve purchased multiple units from them.

I found the experience at grand prarie chrysler so welcoming and professional. I had a certain idea of what I wanted in the jeep and they were able to find one and bring it in and make the experience so easy and painless considering I was coming in from out of town. The salesmen there are great and will go above and beyond. I dealt with Jordon and Tem.

We were looking for a good reliable used vehicle, but didn't want to deal with the pushy salesmen. The staff listened to what we said we wanted. They provided options that fit our budget and delivered more than we asked for. I would recommend this place to any and all of my friends and family without reservation

While the sales associates are friendly and courteous, the service department leaves alot to be desired. If you purchase a vehicle here you better have a spare as even the most basic of repairs take days if not weeks. Constant upselling, zero accountability, and even less customer appreciation. Purchased a 2015 power wagon and it has been in their shop for over 4 weeks in the last 18 months, only 140,000 kms on the truck.

Typical dealership, if you dont know anything about mechanics I'd avoid this place as they'll take advantage of your ignorance and over charge you. Shop around and compare prices before committing

I have purchased a few vehicles now from Grande Prairie Chyrsler from Dale Scotton. Hands down the best Sales Person to work with. Listens to what you want and works his hardest to meet your goals.

We bought a car in 2014 on the terms that we would only owe for a 5 year loan. 5 years later, as we go to pay the final payment in full we find out that our 5 year term is ONLY for the dedicated interest rate, not the entirety of the loan itself. We went 5 years being told, and signed a contract in full belief that it would not exceed that said 5 years, but instead they tricked us into a 7 year term without our full understanding, knowledge, or even consent. We also agreed to a service package that afterwards we realized that the package expired when our engine warranty was up so the only way we could use all the oil changes we had was to do them extremely early which was never mentioned by anyone (half of every recommended service cycle) which is unnecessary and a huge waste of money. We had several issues when they were doing my services, such as forgetting to put screws back in my air box, over tightening the air box resulting in it being cracked and that it was normal for my car to go threw liters of coolant because it is just working the air out of the cooling system because its a "new car" at 50,000 kms.
This dealership will do anything and everything to manipulate and lie to get the most money they can out of you and take full advantage of hiding the truth and making false promises. In fairness, we signed the contract but that was based on the understanding and trust that we had with our salesman at the time who instead made false promises and refused to take the time to explain the negative affects that we would have in the future. I am frustrated that it took 5 years for the truth to come out even after several conversations threw out the years with salesman, mechanics and even the loan company. I am thoroughly disappointed in the entire company and process.

I just traded in my Ram truck and got myself into a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite, I have been dealing with GP Chrysler for many years and I can not say enough wonderful things about my experiences. With this trade in particular, I was looking for a change and wanted to get out of a truck and into something different, Ryan Sawchuk took the time help me make an informed decision, ensuring I ended up in something I really wanted, from walking through snow in the blistering wind to pull those I wanted to try to pulling out specifics for me to compare. The whole experience was great, from the test drives, to the dealing with Alli Hindman finance department, to picking up my new ride. Ryan and Alli were helpful, cheerful and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I will definitely be back to this dealership and plan to deal with both Ryan and Alli. They had everything done and ready for me when I got there, I was in the dealership for maybe 15 minutes. Paul G. In finance was superb to deal with and my salesman Jordan was to the point offered me the best deal first. I was so impressed will deffinently deal with them again.

Review on the service department. Always some kind of suprise charge on my bill whenever getting warranty work done always have to fight to get it fixed. Always trying to get the last dollar out of you. Last time I have my truck in to the service dept. Too bad because the sales team rocks.

My previous service appoint at GP Chrysler was very disappointing. I've had work done here before when I had transmission issues on my 2017 Jeep wrangler, My vehicle would slip out of reverse due to a popular transmission defect, This issue took approximately 2 and a half months to fix due to not having all the proper parts when the vehicle was dissembled. I was as kind and polite as I could be, patiently awaiting my vehicle's return, I intended on making GP Chrysler my "go to garage", So After my transmission appointment I had a Out Of Province inspection preformed to get my vehicle switched to Alberta and ensure everything was in good condition. Approximately 1500km later I loose my front differential to a pinion seal leak, when i pulled over after hearing the binding and grinding noises I noticed it leaking and immediately got a friend of mine to drive me to a local auto parts store to purchase some oil to fill the diff and limp my vehicle to GP Chrysler. I made my appointment to have it inspected and this is where it went downhill. I was charged 200$ for an inspection where the vehicle was put on the ramp and bairly looked at, not inspected, no drain plugs were removed, no diff covers removed to ensure what the issue was, and then promptly blamed for the issue. I was told that i smacked the front differential housing and that caused the differential to leak out. What the tech was seeing was a little overflow from where I refilled the diff in a effort to get it back to the shop. I know for certain that is not the case, I even offered to drive the vehicle around the block a few times and prove to them that it wasn't leaking from the area they assumed, which i was denied the opportunity of doing. I got in touch with the service manager (When i asked to speak to the manager they had took my vehicle without me knowing and put it back on the ramp to take out the drain plug and do what should have been done in the first place) who repeatedly tried to twist the truth and convince me that it was my fault when I know it wasn't, He told me that differentials take on dirt and water (even when functioning properly) if you use them in such conditions, he told me I need a much more vigorous maintenance schedule if i'm going to off-road (I just had a full inspection 1500km ago)
In an effort to resolve the issue I contacted Chrysler Canada and had them take both sides of the story, The service manager told Chrysler that the differential was ran "bone dry" (which is not the case, I added 750ml into a deferential that should take 1.5l), He also told them that there was mud and water in my differential. (It couldn't possibly enter the housing through the area they specified, as there is no leak), and that all damages were caused by me. To ensure I was not mistaken myself I brought my Jeep to another mechanic who told me it was impossible that any of the minor dings in my differential could cause the leak and that if it did all the oil would of drained out. I was given a quote of 3000$ to rebuild my front axle (the quote includes a steering stabilizer that I did damage) to rebuild something that the wasn't functioning properly in the first place. Seals are covered under a manufactures warranty and considering i just had a inspection done I cant see why they can deny me this service, I did my part to ensure my vehicle was up to standards and it frustrates me to be treated this way. I'm Afraid i cannot recommend this dealership to anyone when there is this much trouble in getting something done, and done right.

Brought Jeep in for a sunroof leak. They fixed the leak but broke an interior quarter panel. Brought it back to be fixed once the part was in and was told to come pick it up when done. When we picked it up the quarter panel wasn't put back properly and there was grease on the inside and out of the vehicle where the quarter panel was worked on. This is a consistency with GP Chrysler. Vehicle always comes back dirty and most of the time not completed. Multiple other horror stories but don't want to type all day. Stay away from the service dept if you care for your vehicle like we do. An embarrassment of a dealership for the people of Grande Prairie.

Not impressed to say the least, purchased my vehicle from here back in 2014, without going into elaborate detail, things were overlooked, quality has lacked on a great deal of aspects (paint protection, "bedliner", and a few too many more). But I have to say that the most souring portion has come from the service end of things, for example front and rear differential fluid change, quoted at around the $500 mark? !? ! When literally anywhere else, warranty approved establishments nonetheless, are literally a fifth of the cost quoted by GP Chrysler. Suffice to say that it'd take damn near a miracle for me to go back there, whether to buy a vehicle or just having one serviced. I don't think my business will be returning.
