Love Nissan. I've never had a bad experience. Little hiccups every now and again but I love how understanding and kind everyone is there. Even the shuttle drivers. So awesome!

They did the work that I needed done which apparently took them 1 hour. At $170hr. The wife paid and brought home the receipt. What I can not fathom is in that apparent hour it took them to do a 10 min job. That they looked over the entire vehicle and made suggestions what we need to replace.
Their inspection would have taken an hour alone that I didn't ask for. The guy that originally answered the phone told me it would take 30 min. I felt that was legit. Their suggestions would cost $4000 on a newly purchased $6000 dollar vehicle. It's used. I'm sure things could be replaced. I'll do it when their broken but I certainly am not getting Nissan to replace those items.

We didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here but Chelsea was a delight to work with! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard on your behalf! You can't go wrong reaching out to her!

After I finally decided to take the plunge and get a new (new to me!) SUV…. I had checked vehicles out at a couple of dealerships, but they didn’t even come close to the exceptional service & efforts that I received when I chose to go Grande Prairie Nissan! My first contact was with Sales Mgr. Steve, he was professional & friendly and he made me feel comfortable & confident in his efforts to get me the best vehicle & deal that would meet my needs & wants in a compact SUV. He found me an even better vehicle than I had first considered, but still in my price range. He was really great! Then I also had help from Salesperson A. J, she was also so easy to talk to & terrific to deal with. And last, but definitely not least, was Jesse, the finance guy! He really went above & beyond for me, and it was so appreciated.
