Well I hope I don't need that again my back had knotted severely from a car accident, all I needed was electro therapy, the reason I picked this place and they couldn't do that right in 4 session. Removed them myself and am now I Constant pain for a few months.

Everything was great. I don’t like that they didn’t have a person physically in the building as a receptionist but the gentleman who worked the reception did a great job despite not physically being in the building.

Avi is unquestionably the very best physiotherapist I’ve ever had. Excellent communicator, very skilled with his craft, great results. I’d recommend anyone to this facility.

All I wanted was to have my shoulders looked at but I can’t even get past some tv personality at entrance I even asked for papers to fill out. Kinda sad!

I feel rejuvenated after each visit. There's a perfect balance of relaxation and therapy. Highly recommended!

The little things they do here make a big difference. From the warm greeting at the door to the expertise of the staff, everything is spot on.

Was there today for a massage would not go back for another massage is very soft massage did not feel like massage at all also you got a person watching you on a screen on a computer so I’m not sure where this person is located or where else he is watching maybe the room where the massage is? Not sure but is definitely weird and also I’m not sure they RMT neither definitely not goin back

Staff are very professional, always kind and very friendly. They are very concerned about everyone’s personal well-being and they want to help everyone they can. Even though I haven’t dealt with each of the staff personally, when I hear conversations with other patients you know they are truly wanting to help each and every person they meet.

I went in for craniosacral therapy. I phoned ahead to make sure they do it they said they did I showed up to my appointment. They lied to me wasted my time. Because they didn’t offer what I needed even tho they told me they did. Do not recommend

I had such a great experience at GP Physiotherapy and massage. The laser treatment on my leg worked so well! The staff are pleasant and efficient and every space is very clean.

Got appointment right away, they listen to whatever you are going through like pain and ask the right questions and work with you, your doctor, and WCB.

Rob is the best. He's friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. It was so nice to be able to stand up straight afterwards! He really does like his job and helping to make the pain go away.

Avi is a physiotherapist who works here, and he has made my right knee so much better that no only has it not locked up in months? My left knee tends to get more sore these days haha, so he's going to be working on that knee now plus my lower back.

Luckily my work benefits cover the majority of the bill too so I definitely plan on many more visits and try to get all my muscle pains dealt with

So happy to finally have a diagnosis of symptoms I have suffered from since childhood. Pleasant staff and overall experience with Physiotherapy. My assessment was thorough and I have been to multiple Rheumatologists and Physiotherapists in Toronto. Just grateful for the knowledge, experience and attention to the details with my complex symptoms. I wasn’t rushed through my symptoms and the therapist didn’t jump around from room to room. Very pleased with the cleanliness and COVID virtual front desk operator. Very cool!

I was in massage therapy session yesterday with Robert Hinson, found out that its not worth your money to get your massage with him, it was like he barely touch your skin.its not what therapy you can called. I got one hour massage and it felt me nothing, it just like no massage was done. He knows that I need therapy not mild rubbing.the worst massage experience I ever have.this would be the last. I cant afford to get a massage again with him.

They are friendly and have all kinds of treatments, from acupuncture, massage, dry needling, physio, laser treatment also good for psoriasis and eczema and a few other treatments. Seem to care about getting you better for good or even to just help permanent injuries.

I called to book an appointment for a therapeutic massage as I have a bone disease and had had a fall. I am in constant pain and was looking for some relief. The receptionist did not seem very interested in helping me and then asked of she could call me back in a few minutes (said she needed to check if they direct billed to my insurance company). That was yesterday. I feel that she blew me off.

****Interestingly enough they called me back shortly after I posted this review and left a voicemail. Why would I bother to call them back? I've already scheduled an appointment with another clinic who went out of their way to fit me in asap due to the nature of my pain and bone issues.

Khyati is amazing! She is very very thorough, kind, caring, and respectful. She makes sure your comfortable at all times. Explains the exercises you need to do at home and makes sure you understand and also sends a link that has each exercise with a video! I feel confident that I am going to get my back and body back to where it needs to be! I highly recommend Grande Prairie Physiotherapy and massage! They are all so friendly there!

Not impressed at their sanitation abilities.
I've gone a few times now and finally had to write a review. Each time I've gone -
The beds are dirty - Like an old leather vehicle seat that badly needs vacuuming. Dirt, crumbs, dust, hair, dander and whatever else is in the creases. It's like they don't even get wiped down.
How hard is it to run a wet wipe down these creases of the table I'm laying down on or putting my face on? Obviously too hard to do between clients, too hard to do between days and even too hard to do between weeks!
Plus there are piles of dirt and hair I can see on the base of the massage table when I lay on my stomach.
Especially at a time of heightened hygiene practices, this place is bad even if there was not a pandemic going on.
My therapist was quite pleasant. So there's that.

Was very happy to get squeezed in, and the work on my back and shoulder helped alleviate my pain immensely. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the service here as well as the massage I did receive this was the first time I left a place feeling relaxed and that the muscles that needed to be worked on where worked on properly. I feel much better than when I arrived and highly recommended this place for deep tissue massages.

Avi helped me so much with my chronic headaches. I don't have to take as many painkillers and did not have to start daily prescription preventative migraine medication. He cares about my pain and wellbeing and gave me practical suggestions to do at home to help with treatment. He is very knowledgeable.

Went in for my first massage last week and was pleasantly surprised. I felt welcome, and that my concerns were heard and addressed.

Will be booking another appointment immediately!

Well I could barely bend over a touch my knees and have just ignored the pain in my back, my wife went here for her sciatic and they helped her out, no issues. My assessment went good, he was thorough with his assessment, he explained what was the issue was and how he would like to treat my issue. I've only gone to 2 appointments and I can almost bend over and touch mid shins. Friendly staff, very gentle allways makes sure your comfortable and know what he is doing, knows what he is doing and how to get the job done. I highly recommend going here if you have lower back pain that you've ignored for a long time. I cant wait for my next few appointments so that I can touch my toes which I have not done in 20 plus years.

Best Physio in Grande Prairie! They take their time to determine your injury, and then do a great job of explaining what's going on so it's easy to understand.

It really gives me confidence in the treatment they decide to proceed with, knowing that both physiotherapist and me are both working with the same information.

I've been to this clinic for a few injuries, and with their care, I've been able to fully recover and get back to my normal activities.

I've referred a number of friends and coworkers here, and they have all been very happy with the service they've received. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for treatment.

One of the best so far i have tried in Grande Prairie. Decided to try it based on reviews and im not disappointed. Been impressed with the admin staff, and that most plans can be direct billed. They have a fantastic physiotherapist team, very personable and professional.

I have received physiotherapy at Grande Prairie Physiotherapy & Massage.
Their laser therapy was magical and helped to reduce my pain during the first few visits.
Their staff are extremely professional and talented. Time and care goes into tailoring a plan to meet your personal needs and training goals. After each session they email you with the exercises discussed. Bonus, they submit directly to your insurance provider on your behalf.

This is a ultimate professional physiotherapy clinic and there is nothing I would change about this health care facility!

These folks are great. I've been dealing with chronic lower back pain for around 8 months, during this time I've seen 3 different physiotherapists, none of which have been able to help me anywhere. I'm still on the mend, but since I started working with them I've gone from being unable to sit for more than 15 minutes and struggling to sleep more than 3 hours at a time, to being able to do full days at the office and sleeping all through the night without any trouble at all. It's not an exaggeration to say it's been a life changing improvement. I'm more confident that I'll get back to 100% than I've ever been before, I look forward to my physiotherapy sessions and would strongly recommend anyone to Grande Prairie Physiotherapy & Massage.

I went into this place for physio after my surgery at first I found it great but as my treatment went on. I couldn't keep up with some of the things asked and the guy I had seemed to be short with me and I felt a little uncomfortable and didn't feel like coming back would be a great idea. I was only asked for a certain amount of treatments advised by my doctor & told me If I needed more than he advised and I was still in pain that I would need another surgery and further diagnosis. I felt like the physiotherapists just wanted me to keep coming in even though I told him exactly what my doctors advised. I just felt like they didn't listen to what I told them & getting the snarky comments like it was my fault really pushed me to never want to go back there again!

Both my physio and massage therapist were great when I needed physio after slipping a disc in my back while pregnant. My physio made sure that he tailored the physio to help me with my back pain. He was also really good at accommodating my elder son when I had to bring him to appointments with me.

I come here for my massages! Love that they offer appointments after 5pm and I really enjoy Yee as she's super friendly!

My physiotherapist was very nice and helpful in explaining about my injury, how to fix it and how long it will take to get fully healed.
