The service department was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Right from checking my vehicle in for its service and it being done well before the requested time of having my vehicle back. All service staff had smiles and were kind especially with it being the first snow fall and cold day of the winter season!

I had a really great experience with this dealership, Paige in sales is very knowledgeable about VW products. Terri in finance was fantastic to work with as well. The after purchase service has been outstanding, I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a brand new 2022 Atlas in July. It is a great car, once I figured out the fancy things… until it became winter. I honestly would not recommend for our freezing winter temperatures. With no block heater, it never feels warm warm. How the wipers are placed so far down, hard to explain but almost under the hood, even when you clear out the snow and ice, it gathers back up as soon as you get driving. My other issue I have had, that actually makes me quite angry, was as soon as I drove off the lot in July, the brakes squeal. I live two hours away, so once I was home, I though, oh maybe because it’s so new they aren’t worn in or something (no, I’m not overly understanding of how cars work), but at about 2000kms and it’s still doing this I called service in Grande Prairie. I was then informed “oh, yes sorry, this is a problem that the atlas’s have, there’s a 50/50 chance the SUV will have this problem maybe it’ll stop at 5000kms (which still has not at 7000km) Well, I don’t know if it’s just me, but as I just spent a lot of money on my very first new new car, this is completely unacceptable to me! You spend that much money, the brakes should make you embarrassed every time you stop. I was told they could score them, which warranty doesn’t cover, and the cost was almost as much as new brakes (in all fairness, the brakes themselves stop, there is no issue with function). I do love driving the car in the summer, but had I known what I know now, and after never being offered much help from the dealership on a few things, I really don’t think that I would have purchased my Atlas

Found this dealership to be low stress environment with a staff that will work hard to find your vehicle that fits your budget. I didn't end up getting anything but just had to say Teri was fantastic to deal with. No pressure and super easy to talk to. Even though I decided to wait awhile she was still so nice and said she'll be there when I am ready!

I bought my tiguan from this dealership last year. I can't remember who sold me the tiguan but it was great service! Also great service from Daniel, in the service department! My engine light came on, I live in FSJ, and am broke from being sick and missing work. After I gave him the codes. He told me what was wrong, which saved me a trip to GP, more time off work, money, and a mental break down. My experience has been that they truly care about their customers.

I have been car shopping for over a year - I’ve had some terrible experiences at dealerships, some pretty consistent mediocre experiences, and then I found Paige at GP VW. Paige instantly made me feel comfortable - and made sure she knew exactly what specs I was looking for before any sales tactics or pressure to look at specific models. She let me know what was in stock - what was available to test drive and was extremely flexible with my crazy work schedule.
She was really accommodating of how high maintenance I can be and even stayed after hours twice to make sure I could look at every vehicle that I wanted to. She stuck with me when I waffled on what make I wanted and put my needs first. I will return to Paige for my next vehicle and would refer anyone in my network to purchase from her. I truly appreciate her friendly no pressure demeanour and that she was most interested in what would work best for me - not just about the sale. 5

Worst experience ever! The pressure for the left rear tire was showing low and a metal was coming out of my car, so I went to get that fixed. They looked at my car and let me know that the metal was not a part of my car and the tire pressure was okay, it was due to the heat. I drove back to Edmonton. The tire pressure kept showing low and later it was flat. The Volkswagen in Edmonton then let me know that there was a nail in the tire. Called the manager and let him know about the situation and did not hear back from him anymore.

Deniz has been excellent to work with to find the best vehicle for us. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car. We appreciated his attention to detail and patience as we were determining next steps. I felt well informed in making our purchase and prepared once we were handed the keys.

This review is addressed to Carol in the Service Dept.along with the mecanic (s) that worked on my 2007 Touareg that was paralysed because of an electrical issue. I was exposed to many VW's over the years, 2 that my parents owned, 1 from my sister and 5 personally. You can almost say that they are part of my DNA. This latest the Touareg is the most sofisticated and complicated that I have owned so far but I absolutely love it, it is a beautiful performer. As you can see I love my Volks'! Since I live in Tumbler Ridge, a guy has to try and solve his own problems with the help of friends, parts dealers, and forums online because to send to the dealer was an expensive tow of almost 1,000.00$. I told myself that this was out my leagues and sought the help of Grande Prairie VW. Since electrical problems are so very difficult to assess. I left a note describing what I had found and hoped the mecanic would at least investigate my findings. After looking at the basics they followed my direction and found it where I assumed it was and this resulted in a very small repair bill ($356.00). Since I own a set of triple squares, this gave me some latitude in helping the dealer with my electrical problem. I do thank Carole and the mecanic as to other issues and a detailed description of recommended repairs that should be followed up on in the futur, thank you very much. I thought I would give the girls and guys in the back a tip of my cap. To whomever shinned up my SUV, tks. Thanks again Carole.

From sales to service and finance, the whole team is amazing. Bought my first "new" vehicle here and I doubt I'll want to go anywhere else, Madison and Teri are the real MVP's, they didn't make me feel pressured or confused about anything at anytime, absolutely seamless!

Just purchased a new Atlas and Rachel was great to deal with. She answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she made sure to find out! I love that she took the time to show me all the features (even when I went back a couple days later she helped me out) and followed up to make sure I still loved my vehicle. This car buying experience has been 100x better than my last one!

I just bought from GP Volkswagen a 2020 Ford Edge, after a day shopping for a-car I finally found it. Naupreet Kaler, was a great help, she brought her manager out, they showed me pictures of Fords they had on the lot I looked at them and picked out my favourite. Test drove it and I loved it. I would give 6 stars if I could. I broke down outside Grand Prarie in my 2022 atlas cross sport. (Issue was a loose oil filter not installed by volkswagon but a 3rd party oil change facility. Yes I'm aware that was my first mistake haha). Got towed back to GP VW Sunday night and they had a new oil filter and oil topped up and test ran by noon and had me on my way. Also did a software update on my unit as well which was a recall so that was convenient. Very easy to work with and courteous. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW

I recently bought myself a new vehicle with a trade in from here. The whole experience was very easy and helpful. I got into contact with Shawn and he put me with Brad, someone who is very knowledgeable with VW, and Golf’s, which is what I got. Although I did tons of research he was still able to teach me many things about my new vehicle. They scheduled maintenance and introduced me to the service team. Michael dealt with all of the finances and he was great to get to know and was able to answer any questions/concerns I had. Highly recommend GP VW!

Bought our 2021 Volkswagen Atlas Cross sport and and had a relatively good sales experience. My issue was the service and warranty at this dealership is subpar to say the least. We had our cover for the gas tank snap off this winter in the cold weather because its held by tiny little plastic clips. Tried to get the Dealer to warranty the part or even help out a little and got nothing. $300 later for a plastic cover and paint dor a part that was poorly designed by the manufacturer and should be warranted by the dealer. Not impressed

Was just trying to drive through the parking lot on the way to the hyundai dealership when I was stopped by a salesman asking if I wanted to trade my brand new car in, he then proceeded to call Hyundai's "kinda S***ty" when I explained that I wasn't looking for another vehicle. I unfortunately didn't ask for the name of this salesman but that comment was uncalled for and desperate.

Terri and all the staff were great to deal with from start to finish. The purchase and pickup went smooth. I especially appreciated the patience they showed when going through all the technical features of the vehicle with me. I’m confidant I will be happy with this purchase for years to come.

I bought a 2021 atlas from Paige, she was very helpful. Listened to what I was looking for and got me into the suv that was perfect for me. Amazing customer service. And when I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire a week after knee surgery she was very helpful for getting help sent to me.
