The sales staff is so professional and friendly and they made me feel at ease immediately. They were in touch from start to finish and the whole process was an absolute breeze. I

Granite Gallery has installed countertops in 2 of my homes - 12 years apart - and each experience has been great from service to quality of installation. I just had a recent conversation with Carly - she was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs - they're lucky to have her on their team! I will not go elsewhere for my countertop needs and have referred several people over the years.

Extremely unprofessional company. I have had two (2) follow-up emails from the Granite Gallery about outstanding payment because each time I square up with them, in their words, "they entered the wrong amount in their debit machine". I got granite countertops installed in April, 2022, and I am still dealing with "outstanding payments" almost 8 months later.

They addressed the issue and are replacing the Granite free of cost. Thanks Granite Gallery for the replacement. Much appreciated

When they installed our granite, they broke a sculpture of ours, damaging our table and flooring. It is now a year later from when they damaged our property and they still have not paid us what we are owed. They were very responsive when we owed them money, but they have been completely unresponsive when they have owed us money. I am still trying to get my money from them. Have not even received an apology from them for the inconvenience they have caused. Next step is a complaint to consumer affairs. Will not be using them again. Stay away!
Edit - after seeing this review Granite Gallery finally reached out to me and provided me with the money they owed me and they asked that I either remove or edit my review.

I have been trying to schedule a quick appointment for over two weeks just so they can drill a 1/2" hole as so I can install a water filter tap. They have repeatedly told me that they would call me back and never once have. They have taken my information multiple times including credit card information and have also forgotten my order for product and services several times, even after emailing it directly to them. Finally they said that they will be able to send someone this Thursday but would not give me a time frame, only to say that they will call within 1 hour prior to arrival. Maybe I would have been better off with a bigger order, or perhaps elsewhere.

Granite Gallery has provided the countertops for a couple of renovations I've completed and the quality of the work is always superior and at a fair price. I've used other suppliers in the past (mainly due to price) and it was a mistake. This is mainly because the quality of the product was nowhere near what Granite Gallery provided. Specifically, if you have a white countertop.

My contact at Granite Gallery that I regularly work with is Stephanie Deng. She always provides a fair price and works with you on solving any issues you may have - finding the right colour, suggestions for finish, sourcing something specific, etc. In addition, they always have such fair pricing for the plumbing that goes along with the countertops - bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, etc.

The installation is professionally completed and I'm always happy with the finished result. Overall great value from a service-oriented company that clearly deserves the success they have. I'd highly recommend working with them for your granite/quartz needs!

We worked with Granite gallery through a new home build. We were very pleased with our consultant and the service we received. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with all of our questions, concerns, and going through all of the various options!

Worst experience so far, receptionist very rude, not helpful or polite. Worker don't come on time at house for appointment. Not reliable.

The granite in our house was installed by Granite Gallery so when I wanted a professional sealing done I wanted them to do it and contacted them. Contacted as in emailed, phoned and went to their showroom in person. Each time I was assured that they would phone as soon as possible after talking to the relevant department, but I'm still waiting on that.
I've decided to go with another company now.one whose owner responded very promptly.

My family has been a customer of Granite Gallery for over 10 years, and we first bought from them when my parents renovated our home before selling it. Now, my partner and I decided to do a big kitchen project and my family recommended Granite Gallery. From start to finish we received such amazing service and advice from the staff here, and they even arranged a crane operator to lift the slabs to our condo unit which is on the third floor (which the elevator cannot accommodate). Amazing quality at an affordable cost. Hard to beat, highly recommended. Throughout this entire renovation process we've had to deal with a lot of people, and not all of them were helpful or even competent, thus it was so refreshing to work with Granite Gallery who made the process painless.

Love their product, great look at a great price. Then after install my daughter broke a plate on it & left a really noticeable scratch. Was devastated! This company was able to repair & cannot even see where it was. Would totally recommend them both for product/install and repairs.

We have been dealing with them for over a year now for our kitchen lsland counter that's was cracked since prepossesion and they were supposed to replace it for free and replace the other kitchen counters to have something tjat would somewhat match as per their "warrenty".
They said they would so we booked an appointment to go check the choices we had. That alone took over 6 months to book. We go there and they show us a few 3/4 inch slabs. We found one that's perfect with a premium.understandable. Now they say they never had 3/4 in that slab and wants us to pay more plus they also said in person they would change our other counters for no extra cost as long as it stays in the basic 3/4 inch. We did. Got a quote as we had more then one we liked. That took over a month to get and had to chase after to do so. Quotes were wrong. They were asking for way more $$ then what they had said and wasn't replacing the other counters for free.

It's now been over 5 months from this last contact and they do not want to replace our counter anymore for free. Saying it's not a default as it's how the stone is made. So if we want to replace our counter that's almost cracked in half we have to cover full cost of granite as well as labor!

So now we are stuck with a cracked granite counter and a sink we wanted to replace the old one and basically they are telling us to F-OFF!

Really not impressed. Bunch of liars and terrible customer service! Which btw they never would return calls or emails if they knew it was us, but calling and saying ur a new customer looking for a remodeling then it takes like 2mins for them to be on the phone with you.

Don't trust them or make sure what you agree on there it's either in writing or even recorded for your sake.
