I have had the pleasure of working with Graniteworx for the last 2 1/2yrs. The staff is amazing. Anytime I have had a question, or needed a quote quickly, they have replied in a timely manner and are super knowledgeable. If asked for budget friendly options that look like a different product, they have always been quick to reply and send slab pictures. When problems have come up they have addressed the issue and we have worked together to resolve the issue with a professional approach. I highly recommend working with them. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible customer service and very careless and destructive installers. I have never been so stressed out watching people work in my home. They were supposed to be here at 8 a.m. The time got changed three times and then they finally showed up at 4: 30 p.m. The measurements were off so they had to cut the countertops and buff in the house which created a dust storm they damaged my drywall they damaged my brand new kitchen cupboards I've been waiting forever for, they had to cut my sink which they did on my new wood deck with a grinder which makes Sparks and burned my deck so I had to stop them from doing that after they left I noticed one of the countertops was way too small and did not fit properly and another piece was put on so unlevel that I seen it just looking at it without a level on it they're supposed to be coming to replace the piece that was measured wrong at 8 a.m. But that got changed and they didnt get here till 11 am I can't wait for this to be over and done with I do not recommend this company at all this has been a horrible experience for me when it should have been fun and exciting to get my new kitchen finally finished if you have plans throughout the day you may as well cancel them if you're waiting on these guys to show up and be prepared to watch them like a hawk and take as many pictures as you possibly can because they're extremely careless and destructive
So they came with the new piece they didn't cut right and put in a new one that also is not measured right its too wide and the length is to short. I watched them measure and they didnt catch that at all.wow this is so horrible

We have dealt twice now with Graniteworx and both times have been extremely happy with their product and service. The quartz counters we ordered for both our kitchen and bathroom were just what we wanted. Also, the installation team were friendly, knowledgable and quick. Both jobs were done in no time. We would definitely recommend this company.

I had a granitworx in to do a counter for a kitchen I bought and installed from lowes, I ended up meeting tanille a little upset due to a slight error on lowes part and she was very friendly and reassuring that lowes would sort it out and just to hang on until I found out more etc. I definitely left their showroom better than I came in that's for sure. The fella came out and measured a day early to help me get my project finished fast as they could. The counter only took I think about 8 days to make which is impressive. The installers showed up pretty much exactly when they anticipated to and by the time they were done i was in awe. My biggest concern was a seam and where it would fall and it ended up exactly where i hoped it would be, but ontop of that it's almost impossible to spot the seam.i couldnt believe it even staring an inch away it's very very hard to find it, the installers did a excellent job I'll say that much. As it turns out a coworker used to work for graniteworx and he mentioned they are very attentive to detail when he worked there and it shows.

Completely unprofessional supplier. Do not use them for ANY project. Unprofessional service, poor communication and nasty sales person inTeneil. I was in store four weeks ago looking to replace two small countertops in one of several owned rental properties. Salesperson wasn't in, but a polite enough counter service person was able to take down all my countertop measurements, show me material in the showroom as well as remenents in the warehouse, which a couple of suitable peices were selected and took my contact information. I was informed the salesperson would be in later that day and respond back that afternoon or early next week. Several weeks later, ZERO response! I called to follow up, and the salesperson Teneil was rude, DID NOT APOLOGISE for not returning my call within reasonable time frame, DID NOT APOLOGISE for misplacing the countertop measurements and phone contact number. Did tell me that she will not sell me any remenents for money as instead they only give them to farmers! I asked if she wanted to provide their business service for a vacant rental ready to go for countertop replacement, she said did not! I plan to share this experience with as many other real estate professionals in my networking circle as possible, as this business obviously isn't in business to provide service TO ANYONE, unless you are a farmer.
