My family doctor told me it would take 3 months to heal my shoulder and back, but through this physio clinic it only took a month. Amazing staff, very friendly, and really know what they’re doing.

I tore my calf muscle so badly playing sports I could not put any weight on my leg, let alone walk properly. I needed to get diagnosed quickly in case I had also torn my achilles (thankfully I did not). Hemal graciously fit me in for an assessment and accurately diagnosed and set a treatment plan and timeline. I was told two weeks to walk, and a 6-8 week recovery. I received ultrasound and tens, and I followed all of the exercises and found the timeline was very accurate. I’ve recommended others to the clinic who have the same experience and I will return whenever I may need support in the future. Five stars and thank you Hemal!

I am already feeling a little bit of relief from a long time pain that i'm having at my right shoulder and arm, considering that im only on my 2nd day of physio.

Very good experience during my pregnancy time with Pranjali as she is very knowledgeable physiotherapist her sessions were great and helpful for my normal delivery of the baby. I have been told by the doctor that there are high chances of C Section. Just 3 sessions she showed me the safe and easy exercises to help for normal delivery. Highly recommended.

The physio therapists here a knowledgeable and has helped me with my issue a number of times. However the management left a bad taste in my mouth with how they handled a claim reimbursement for just a small amount that they overcharged on. My insurance even stopped allowing me to direct bill and it has been well over a month now and I keep getting the run around from the office admin every time I call although I have provided all the letters and evidence from my insurers. I have now given up hope of ever getting reimbursed and will never use their service again. There are too many options, customers don't have to put up with bad service.

My dentist recommended physio for my TMJ issues. They have been so wonderful at this clinic. It’s my first experience with physio, so I didn’t really know what to expect. But they are very kind and gentle and the environment is very calming. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing TMJ issues!

My physiotherapist at this clinic Hemal Paneri did such an awesome job of fixing my shoulder pain which I had been experiencing for over a year. After going to a different clinic in the past I had given hope of it getting fixed. I am now pain free. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Great experience! I have been seeing Hemal for the last month for a SI injury. He has been great! Very knowledgeable, kind and takes time talking wth his patients. The office is extremely clean and all the staff are very gracious especially Yvonne at the front desk! She is super friendly and very welcoming!

Going to physiotherapist here after car accident that happened to me. Got a great consultation, care and service. Hemal Paneri is a magical physiotherapist. He took me after amazing Kathika Raju took some time off. Continuing to improve very well with him. Also, staff is excellent and welcome. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Not only are the front desk staff at Granville Physiotherapy welcoming, I would definitely recommend Hemal Paneri for treatments. After a long move, I sought help for constant sciatic pain. Excruciating at times, the pain radiated down my leg and into my calf. Every morning my heating pad was my best friend, but it wasn't getting any better! With Hemal's in-clinic treatments & manual manipulations as well as his recommended home exercise program, I was pain free in 5 weeks. I have had one slight flare up since completing physio which I was able to eliminate by doing only a couple of the exercises once. I have resumed normal activities, including walking for an hour at a time. Thank you to Hemal and all the staff!

Staff are all friendly and accomodating! Place is also relaxing. I came in with a back injury and my Physiotherapist, Hemal Paneri did a great job with the healing of my back. 10/10 would recommend!

I visited this place for a back pain that I had in in a while. Over a period of 2 weeks, my back is getting better and my mobility has improved a lot. I'm so happy with their service and my physiotherapist, Hemal Paneri is really taking care of me by giving me easy and doable exercises while I'm at home. Plus, they also have a special rate for students! I'm so glad I only have to pay 50% everytime. I highly recommend this place.

Granville Physiotherapy offers excellent and efficient treatment for MVA injuries. I have received weeks of treatment and I am gradually improving in health.

Hemal Paneri has been a great help in getting my shoulder back to normal.
While serving during a tennis match I threw my shoulder out. I thought some time off followed by strength conditioning on my own would do the trick. Unfortunately my shoulder was not getting any better and time was dragging on. Hemal was very thorough in his diagnosis and carefully put a recovery plan together - he was especially thoughtful in advising me to go slow as the muscles needed to heal. During the recovery he reminded me that the saying “No Pain No Gain” does not apply here - if the condition is not allowed to heal, incorrect rehabilitation attempts will fail and the problem will become chronic. Thanx Hemal. I highly recommend him and will come back for any future physio needs.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming with a very positive atmosphere. Hemal paneri (physiotherapist) handles my treatment on my wrist injury very well, he helped me with different techniques and exercises. He is very professional and it is very easy to communicate with him as he listens and helps me with my healing process. So far the treatment I have been getting is awesome. My symptoms got worst after being to that place. They use a lot of techniques like electrical stimulator rather than exercise. These devices are not the best treatment option.

I broke my leg in two spots and also my collarbone, when I first showed up to Granville Physiotherapy I was in very bad shape and thought the limp I developed was going to be forever. Within 3 weeks and only 6 appointments with the owner we corrected my limp. The team here is amazing and I owe it them for the prompt attention to my injuries.

Since starting physio I have also had the opportunity to have massage (therapeutic) with Daniel the massage therapist, right from my first session I felt a different kind of relief from pain, and discomfort! Ultimately I believe physio and massage work hand in hand with mine and my boys recovery! Daniel is knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate and excellent at what he does! My time at Grandville was top notch. The staff were friendly, always greeting, and extremely accommodating. I had hurt my wrist at work and with their direction I was able to get it back to where I can complete a full day of work. The ladies at the front were all very welcoming and always smiling. Physiotherapist Paneri was wonderful - He would always listen and answer any questions I had. Even after I was discharged, he still said his door is open if I have questions. I am very thankful that I picked this location for my rehabilitation. Thank you team Granville - you are all amazing!

Came in with knee pain. I had the pleasure of being treated by Hemal, who determined the cause of the issue, developed an exercise plan to strengthen my knee and a schedule of ramp up activities to return back to form. I was very happy with the professional/well thought out approach as well as the results. My knee is now pain free and I’m well on my way to resuming normal activities.

The ratings are deceiving. I DID NOT feel like I went to a 5stars physio. I went to this clinic for back pain. It felt like the physiotherapist lacked competence and confidence. She was as confused and unsure about my diagnosis as I was. I know we all have to start somewhere but I think it's only fair that the ratings reflect the actual quality of treatment provided.

Went here because been having problems with my knee. Had ACL and MCL surgery, and a couple of arthroscopic surgeries on my right knee. The knee developed some arthritis. Ive been to a few Physio Clinics, and this is by far the best I have been to. Hemal Paneri, physiotherapist from the clinic, is really good to work with. Very knowledgeable, and really feels like he takes his time to listen to your issues and tailors the program to address them. He really monitors your progress and adjusts the program as needed. Doesnt just give you a standard set of exercises, and lets you do it on your own, like I have had in the past. Now I feel like there is a chance to get back to all the physical activities I used to do. Overall really happy I came here.

I have an ongoing shoulder injury and I have been attending Granville Physio for awhile now. The staff are always cheerful and greeting at the door. The lobby is always clean, well kept, and orderly. Everyone of the staff is courteous and friendly. Paneri is very knowledgeable and cautious of your pain. He works with you to resolve what is hurting, rather than ouch any painful quick fixes. I highly recommend Granville Physio for all of your needs. They are also on the WCB board of approved centres.

I came here because of work-related injury in a health care setting. Satyajeet Dutta, my physiotherapist did a great job and assessed my affected area. He gave me exercises that helped me heal quickly. I address my concerns about my pain and Satyajeet always advise me what to do and it worked for me. He is knowledgeable, a good listener and dedicated about his work. Also, the treatments helped me with my pain management especially the IFC and the hot pack, which feels so good. The place looks clean and new. They are friendly, accommodating and I feel that they care about their patients. I'm grateful for this team's hard work and effort. I am a recreational athlete and play tennis 3 times a week, hence I am prone to injuring my shoulder very often. Every time I do, I go see Manas. He makes sure sure I am always in the game.
