Grassi Lakes Trail Head

Super beautiful view once you get to the top. I’d recommend you take the harder route when you go up and take the easy route when you come down. It can get supper busy on the weekends. Try to avoid the peak time if you can.

Amazing hike and even better views. The hike was a little steep, but well worth it. The lake was spectacular and the mountain views were terrific.

It was real pleasant, and if you drive past it to where the gravel road starts, you'll get to see another nice lake. Definitely instagram worthy.

Great trail for the whole family. Not too long or strenuous, so kids will enjoy it too.
Definitely take the 'more difficult' path up for better views.
There are some narrow steps near the end though, so probably not great with dogs or if you're not good with heights.
The lakes are amazing and if you head up a little bit more towards the climbers, the views are even better.

Nice trail, but I'm a little confused as to why and basic bear in the area sign was haphazardly put up when a brown bear is literally hanging out on the trail.

I love this hike. I found it easy, kid-friendly and short with beautiful views. There is the easiest and the difficult trail. We took the difficult trail as it is the one that has the amazing views. We took kids from 5 to 12 years old and it was fine but going in a slow peace. No wheelchair or stroller is recommended for this trail.

Took the easy path. Steady incline all the way up. Pretty views. Very picturesque and good for a photo op with family and friends.

Scenatic and beautiful place to visit, huge parking place but amenities at the base were not upto mark, on the whole it was adventurous.

Great hike! Easy gradual incline for kids. Hard trail was closed May 26th. Went at 930am and was not busy but got much busier as we were leaving.

Both the hard and easy trails are perfect. Definitely worth the effort to climb. The hard trail has way better views recommend taking the hard trail up and the easy one down.

Gets busy early and stays that way, so be prepared. Parking sucks too but definitely worth it. It's a steep walk, but pretty easy if you can manage the incline.

Great hike, recommend spikes for your shoes if you attempt in winter time. She got pretty icy towards the end of the day once it started to cool off. But well worth the 1 hour hike up for a stunning view

Great hike with little ones. My 2 and 4 year Olds did it no prob (well, 2 year old did ask to be carried part of it). Great views. Lots of spots to plonk down and play and snack.

Easy hike with beautiful views! Definitely loved it. It’s a small hike perfect for kids and dogs, not super busy and there is tons of room to picnic!

A decent incline on the trail. I am barely an amateur hiker and made it within an hour. There is also a more difficult trail to hike.
Absolutely stunning scenery when u get to the mini-lakes. Breathtaking views!

Beautiful Trail Head with astonishing scenery, very busy trail but the base is missing so many amenities like washrooms and garbage bin were already full, lot of parking space is available, on the whole it was a great experience.

Extremely busy and crowded - particularly on weekends with significant numbers of people, including many cars completely the road to the point that emergency vehicles cannot access the area. Better to visit an area with better access such as Lake Minnewanka, Johnson Lake, or another area.
