Not the type to go out of my way to write a review but wanted to acknowledge Jeremy. He has always given amazing service in the Calgary store. He goes the extra mile to ensure you are well attended to and he makes the shopping experience a great one. Always happy to come back and support Gravity Pope.

Super dope store layout. Lots of great picks. A lot of people on here are complaining that the staff is not approaching them but as someone who enjoys roaming around stores unbothered I find this great. I feel so uncomfortable and rushed when staff approach me feeling like I have to buy something when I just wanna look around. Nothing was stopping me from walking up to them and asking a question if I had any. So yeah this store’s great. Unfortunately I find the prices to be absurd. I understand these seem to be local brands but over 10$ for a single pair of socks is crazy to me. I think a regular plain sweater was around 100$?

Condescending and obnoxious customer service staff. As others have previously mentioned.

Fantastic selection of shoes and boots. However, customer service is highly lacking. I came in and the employees were chatting behind the counter. An unwelcoming greeting was given and no direction to the men's sections was given. I was wondering in the wrong section before I found where I wanted to go. No one talked to me while I was looking at the men's boots section and I had to go to the cashier counter to get a size to try out. The associate that helped me didn't even try and solve my problem of finding a boot. I came in looking for a specific boot but I would have been open to trying similar pairs. I would have spent money but the service that I got was just not accommodating. I am very reluctant to recommend this place. You are probably better off ordering online elsewhere or looking at small work wear stores that carry the same boot. Better service.

Very unique (good) building. Multiple level’s with”themes” to each, and partnerships with other businesses (Cannibale Barbershop, Blackbyrd Myoozik) in the same building. Trendy spot to get clothing, shoes and much more.

I love the location and unique selection. I was in there a few days ago with my daughter and granddaughters. We bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter - waited forever for someone to greet us. When they finally came over and got us the pair of shoes - they immediately went back behind the counter and we were ignored. I then wanted to try on a pair of shoes - and same, it was obvious we were bothering them. Anyway, I did buy the shoes because I loved them. It was a very frustrating experience though and I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Your employees are hurting your business.

I recently went into gravity pope to find some doc martens, and although they did not have my size the sales girl Jacqueline was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me figure something else out. She was so friendly and sweet and I really enjoyed my time spent in the store and for sure will be returning! Thank you Jacqueline!

I used to love this store but it’s gone to hell in the last 9ish months. They hired a bunch of new staff and, with a couple exceptions, majority of them are not good sales people, super weird, and not relatable. On top of this they’re rude and ignore any customers they don’t want to help. Additionally, the manager is super patronizing and is always on of my least favourite people to deal with. I wish they would bring back the sales people that they had a year ago

I love the new Gravity Pope. Service is without peer and I love the space and the MUSIC. It's just an amazing urban shoestore, boutique, barbershop, and record store.

Beautiful space, always helpful staff, love to come in for all cute shoes (my husband has'nt found them all yet, L. O. L.)

A store that collects people's money, but when a customer reaches out to management, the team is loaded with excuses and does anything in their power to avoid speaking with a customer.

Awesome selection of street wear inspired clothing and footwear. There's also a killer barbershop inside now, it's the only place I'll get my hair cut.
