Great Canadian Oil Change

The upper level Technician was very polite, & professional, and helpful, checked tire pressures, and fluid levels.
The service was done in 20 minutes and he changed the windshield wipers. I would recommend this business.

These guys are the best. After all the cold weather I developed an oil leak but because I couldn't get my car in for service for a week, I was worried about my oil levels. I went to 2nd Ave.shop and they topped up my oil and no charge. They were so polite and didn't make me feel like I was imposing on them. Always been treated so good at this business.

I had been away for a few months. I had put in fresh oil before we went away. When we came back, 7 months later, the people at GCOC oils have taken advantage of me, as seems the norm today, but instead told me everything was fine and sent me on my way. Excellent service. I went there a few weeks ago but they sent me away because oil change wasn't necessary yet.

Pulled up for an oil change today and had the pleasure of dealing with Wayde. While some of the lower reviews have blasted them for air filter not being that bad off, I was please that mine was actually checked, because it was dark brown everywhere when I saw it, and it clearly needed to be replaced. He was fast, thorough, exceptionally polite, and professional. Communication between him and the team working on my car was frequent and efficient. I was in and out in no time.

I recently had my wipers replaced. Unfortunately my rear wiper arm was damaged as a direct result of the -50 cold weather. Brandon and his team replaced the arm at no cost to me and gave me a complimentary oil change. Always outstanding service here! Highly recommend for honest reliable service.

Attempted to get my oil changed. Drove up, another car was entering the bay when I arrived. The gentleman aiding the car saw me. I waited for quite some time for someone to come out (as they normally do in places like this) and no one came. As I drove off, I saw a group of workers watch me as I drove off. Can’t say it’s a place I’ll return with such a lack of service like that.

This week my husband had an accident and I need a tire repair. I was ready to pay for it and they fix it for free. I would love to thank Scott and the boys. It been a really bad week and they made it alot better. I know it doesn't seem like much to a lot of people but it sure made a bad week a little better. Thanks again.

Brandon was super great. He was funny, welcoming and easy to talk to. I got my oil change done which was fast and they even got me in on short notice right before closing. Brandan was also great, he took extra time explaining all of my questions and giving me advice. I am not a car person at all, but the confidence these guys had given me was terrific. Brandon and Brandan had no problem answering all my questions and even pointing out some of things I didn’t know to ask about! There was another gentleman there, I didn’t quite catch his name, also friendly and willing to add advice. Great team of guys and Great service! Thank you guys for being so awesome. I had a excellent experience with great Canadian oil change today! They changed my oil with oil and a filter that I had purchased my self! I saved some money so that was awesome! They also had me out very fast, it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had! Often times I dread going to oil change places due to the fact that because I am female, sometimes the workers feel that they can take advantage of me by telling me things need to be replaced, when I know it is fine, but great Canadian did not make me feel this way at all! I will be going to great Canadian from now on! Thanks guys! You’re awesome!

I cannot begin to explain how thankful we are for Brandon and his team. We were stranded hours away from home and they made sure we were safe and good to go before leaving their shop. The men were all amazing and I have nothing but great things to say. They made sure to offer refreshments and double checked that we were good to go (both mentally and physically) before allowing us to leave their shop. We are now safely back on the road headed home.great work, good workmanship and amazing service! 10/10 recommend!

I know you try to up sell product's like air filters and other things for your vehicle, but please show your people how to check a air filter! I just relaced my air filter two weeks ago and when he checked mine he went and got a new one and said see the difference mine had a few bugs in it and still very white? He did not even look though it in the light, WOW not impressed!

My mother and sister went there to get an oil change, and yes we’re indigenous people (I have to make that clear) when they got there no one came out there to greet them or anything they parked there for 5 minutes and it wasn’t even busy. Then another vehicle pulled up and yes it was a white lady soon as she came the employees came out right away to greet her and made her feel welcome while my mom and sister still sat there waiting for someone to come and talk with them. That’s very poor service! We definitely won’t be going there anymore and we will make sure none of the indigenous people go there too.
