Great Canadian Oil Change

These guys have always helped me out if I needed anything even when I wasn’t coming in for a full service and they have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and their professional decorum.

Very bent on upselling, but accepting of each decline of their long list of items.

Safety, checks, and cross-check verifications are their doctrine.

I pulled up for an oil change 20 minutes before closing time and the guy walked up to me shaking his head and pointing at his watch. Then he offered me an old change but I told him no thanks.

The price for an oil change was definitely fair and not over priced, and the oil change didn’t take long! I was able to access a coupon from the webpage, was easy to redeem. I will be returning to this location for my next oil change! They communicated well and answered any of my questions. I appreciated the honesty from the store and the openness around prices.

They send a coupon and when you show up next time, the price of service is gone up! This is called tricking your customers.

They flushed my transmission fluid and didn't put anything back, then admitted fault and didn't want to pay for the damages. Don't waste your time on this place.

Took my in-laws' car for an oil change. I was clueless, but the staff were super friendly. The whole process was a breeze and I'm so grateful. Plus, the price was pretty reasonable. I'm definitely gonna be a regular here!

I've been coming here for a few years but today I learned they've been using the wrong oil all this time then there is an extra charge for my oil filter that never seemed to come up before.
Oil change took an hour because the guy in the pitt was lost.
If I can't trust them I can't go back.

This place is fantastic. Everyone is always so professional and friendly, walking me through the whole process. My car is always really well taken care of. Ryan especially took time to explain his recommendations for services and really went above and beyond. Always appreciate coming here!

Always great service, this is my go to place for oil changes. Can be very busy on weekends, try to go on the weekday evenings if possible.

Came in for an oil change and have to say I’m disappointed. They workers talked badly about my truck while acting as if I couldn’t hear them. Asked for the cheapest oil change because really don’t have money to spend a ton of cash on something I could do myself but I didn’t want to go through the hassle today. Big mistake it’s more worth doing it yourself than coming here. They don’t listen when you tell them to not check other things and I was told a price and I said ok and after they were done they had added another 90 dollars on top and I had told him he didn’t tell us before hand but at that point you have to pay cause they wait until they have drained the oil and than tell you the extra charges before they put new oil in. After they were done she slammed my hood down and wiped the hood with a dirty dry paper that leaves scratches towel. I didn’t get a sticker when my next oil change is. Employee had a ton of attitude and acted as if we couldn’t see or hear him. Unimpressed will definitely not be going back.

What a great service team on thanksgiving sunday! I called in the previous day to confirm a specific filter in stock and spoke w Justin - so professional and friendly. I come in the following day for service and I’m greeted by Justin, who just like his phone presence is a pleasure to interact with. I was on my way home to BC but if I’m ever needing an oil change in the Edmonton area I know exactly where I’m going. My main interactions were w Justin but the whole team were incredibly friendly and accommodating as the excellent service was being done.
