After 3 bad experiences at Great clips 130th Ave SE, I finally found a good hairdresser Rita at Seton. She cut my hair just like my previous hairdresser Michelle of 9 years who was at 130th Ave (who quit) After meeting Rita, I introduced my fussy teen daughter who got her hair cut, but with Ali and she said that he was awesome as well. Now this is gonna be our forever location. Thank you Rita and Ali

Very rude, I had a couple questions and the manager was very rude. This is specifically for the seton location in Calgary. I understand if she was busy but if she wants to keep customers she needs to be more friendly when speaking to people customers or not.

My kids have been going here for years and I go in between my hair colourings.

The check-in with the app is accurate. They are extremely patient with my kiddos. Good service, kids hair cuts, and my hair trims.

I did a hair cut for my kid, their prices are reasonable and did a good job for a simple hair cut.

Had a hair cut done. The stylist didn’t know how to fade. She advised me to go to a barber shop instead. Not coming back again. Worse experience ever.

The best salon ‍️ I’ve ever got my hair cut ‍️ especially nice and easy zero to the scalp like bald. Especially my usually stylist Nita and Rita do an impressive job so does the other ones Yuliya and Courtney also do great. This is why I don’t go to other locations accept SETON the far the best location even though it’s not as expensive to ride a cab going here and back home to evergreen

Got a very good haircut today. I love their online booking system as you don't have to book days or weeks in advance. Excellent website so you can see the wait times at all locations and leave home or shop accordingly.

Went there on a Saturday with my 11 year old who got a trim and her cut was just as much as mine.secondly I asked for a shampoo for myself. Once the cut was done, the stylist said “let me grab a blow dryer and I’ll dry it for you”. I figured an extra fee was associated so I didn’t think to ask… however such fee was $30 and a bow dry was a “style”. The place was packed so I didn’t make a scene, but I called once I left to speak to a manger. No manger till Monday. Long story short finally spoke to a manager Wednesday and discovered the staff that worked lied to her about the event and they have zero intention to make it right… $100 bill for two haircuts at great clips, not worth it or what I should have paid at Great Clips. Won’t be going back. EVER

Hi, this was my first time today going, I was very pleased with the service. I forget the girl who cut my hair. She was very sweet. I will be coming back thank you again.

Took my child in for a haircut today, and she had 2.5 inches cut off, (which wasn't cut off that much) I styled her hair when we got home, and noticed there wasn't a single layer in her hair. I asked for layers to give her fine hair some "body". I also paid $24, not the $18 that's listed on the board under child hair cuts. If I'm being honest, I have boycotted this place for quite sometime because I dont find much is done during a cut and style, and it takes them 10 min to do it all, which seems way too quick. I will once again be choosing to go somewhere else. Not worth it. If I didn't have so much on my plate today, I would've made a stink about it in the salon, like I should have.

I did my haircut and asked to do the shortest based on their number. The person did my haircut very badly and after i reach home still the hair length is same as before haircut especially in the back top of my head. The person didn't know how to do the haircutting. I went here because Greatclips always give a good experience. I hope they will improve.

My husband gets a senior haircut. He is handicapped and treated so well. He enjoys his time spent at this store and is always more than satisfied

Took my 1 year old son here and he was miserable the entire hair cut but the hair dresser we had was so patient, quick and did a fantastic job on his cut! Was very happy with the experience

I always go to Great Clips for my haircuts. They are very reasonably priced & I love the "online" check-in.
The stylist (Mira) is very friendly & does an excellent haircut!

My sister and I went in to get our hair cut and our hairdressers totally ignored our requests. My sister had asked for a cut pixie cut and her hair dresser straight up said "No, I would never do that it wouldn't look good on you" making my sister loose all confidence in herself, instead her hair dresser gave her a weird short old lady haircut. And I asked for a simple long bob and for my bangs trimmed, shaped to frame my face and to be blended so that I can split my hair down the middle but my hair was BUTCHERED! I specifically asked not to give me straight bangs but that is what she did anyways, and not only did she do exactly what I asked her not to do but she also didn't even out my bang or the rest of my hair! I am so upset, I don't even want to leave my house anymore. So yeah. Don't go here, it's not worth it.

She didn't cut enough off my daughters hair. We asked for about an inch and a half and we got maybe half an inch.

I wanted my sides trimmed and my top trimmed less than half and inch and my hairdresser basically ignored my comments and cut at least 1.5 inches off the front and the top making it also very unequal. Now I must face the first month of school getting picked on and bullied by others with fresh fades and fresh cuts: (

We called to get my boyfriend in for a hair cut at 7pm. The girl on the phone said if he was there by 730 she could get him in. He showed up on time and was told by another girl that he needed to book online cause they were full now. Not one person sitting in the waiting room. No reason the girl at the front couldn't get him in for a quick cut.

Just moved into the area and was going today to get a haircut. After reading the reviews I will DEFINITELY not be taking a chance on this place. Better to check out other shops in or out of the community.

I can't even count the number of times I have had to go back to get things fixed. Saturday past was no exception. Hair was cut uneven in the back. One side was 1/2 inch longer than the other side. I guess I am the fool for going back there again and again. I have learned my lesson. They will have to pay me to go back there, and even then I probably still won't.

Absolute worst haircut of my life. Ruined my hair line so badly in a way that I didnt even know was possible. Never coming here again. And i suggest you dont either

The hairstylist was friendly and proficient, but clearly wanted me out quickly. She cut my hair dr y (my hair is straight, it should be cut wet), and missed a couple different sections. One was stuck behind my ear, but others were just random. I'm never going back to this location.

Booked online and got right in. Good service and good basic haircut. Nice and friendly stylists as well.

Decent place for a budget haircut. It’s a mixed bag of stylists and you don’t get to choose. I was lucky to get a good stylist this time…wasn’t so fortunate last time.

Wish I could give a negative review. I was there on March 30 and had a horrible experience. I did not got the hair cut I requested for. Hair dresser cut my hair very short and was blaming me for not using correct terminology, although I showed her the picture of the hair cut I wanted. On top of that she was pushing me to buy the hair products. I called customer service to complain and their promised to get a call back from the owner within 24 hrs, it’s been 3 days and never got a call. Will never recommend this place again.

Might just be the worst haircut of my life. I think it looked better before going in, lol. Took six, maybe seven minutes, 28 bucks with tip.

It was nice services. I am not given the 5 starts because there is a lady (the youngest when I have been there) that look at people with a very grumpy face haha looks like she is mad at everybody.

Asked for feathered and textured cut and go around ears.
Got very uneven chop job. One side is cut shorter then the other.
I guess you get what you pay for. Never going there again. Ultra cuts is alot better.

I came in the store and Rita was very inviting. She was very swift and accommodating when it comes to how I wanted my haircut to be done. She was patient and was very friendly. The price is also very affordable and the location was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

It was pretty good, although when you tell them to do something the hair stylist tend to mess it up a little bit, but the overall product was decent and the service was good, so overall good job!

Worst hair cut I have ever gotten ever, I've never cried so much in my life, do not go here, I had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Staff was super nice though, they just can not cut hair.

This was my second visit at this location, and my experiences were both OUTSTANDING! Megan was the super nice stylist that first cut my hair, and Mira was the second.
