Great Clips

Friendly. However, one barber did not listen to customer's request/instruction, cut too short. Have to wear hat for a month. Need more skill training.

NOT “Great Clips”! I went into this location to get a trim. I told the person who cut my hair that I wanted to grow my hair out after dealing with a cancer diagnosis, surgery, chemo therapy and the loss of all my hair in the last year. She did not listen to me and butchered my hair. I will not use this location again. When I tried to pay for the haircut, I told her that I didn’t like what she did to my hair and that she didn’t listen to me. She went on arguing that what she did was ok so I left…

I have short hair so it’s easy to cut. But every time I get my hair cut, no matter which salon I will get home and see how uneven the cut it so have to cut myself after. I just wish they would check it before they finish it. Very poor haircuts, but if you don’t want to spend a fortune on other salons it’s good value…

I'll never take my daughter back for a bang trim. One specific woman there completely botched a side of my daughters bangs after I told her not to go above her eyebrow. Then blamed it on my daughter moving.never had issues at beaners. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing TBH.

Online, you can find a location near you. Make an appointment online.check in when you arrive. Very easy. I had my hair washed and conditioned, cut, and dried. Fabulous!

Unfortunately the dressers are not familiar with lengths or increments. Every time I go in and request quarter of an inch and I show with my fingers precisely I still get my hair cut off completely. I've asked a magnitude of times to keep my length long and each time is mutilated. It seems to be an on going problem from the reviews. I suggest telling the staff to leave the length longer and ask the client to further cut if required. My hair has been ruined four different occurrences. I will not be considering this location again nor will I recommend ever.

Absolutely awful!

So, I went in for a haircut and an Indian lady ruined my hair. The haircut was lopsided. One curtain bang was extremely shorter than the other one. My hair looks extremely awful from the back too! Not only she ended up cutting extra inches of my hair but cut my hair in a way it looks zigzag from the back! While cutting my hair, she started asking PERSONAL QUESTIONS like " why aren't you married yet" "When are you having kids" and blah blah! I felt like I was being HARASSED! Which was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Like do I even know you? Is that how you talk to your customers"? Upon asking her name she didn't provide her name. I tried giving her feedback in a polite way but she started arguing so I just left after paying.

I made an effort to go again and personally talk to the manager. I asked her name and said her name is "Roop" I don't know if she provided the right name but anyways, I gave her feedback and she seemed to not care at all. She did not apologize even once and with a straight face she told me she would give me a coupon. I told her I'm not trying to get a coupon or get a deal. Her reply to me was, "I cannot do anything". Her demeanor was really unprofessional! Like, Can you apologize for once? People do mistakes but can you not own it? I don't know what type of staff they hire. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Standard Haircut. Stylist was not a Journeyman but she did a good job. I would go back to see her again. '
There are a couple stylists at this shop that are really good.also some are not.

What a mess of a haircut. When I tried to get her to fix it she kept saying im not done yet and I cut it my way. She will never get chance to cut it her way again.

Asked for 1 on sides with 6 on top. The employee shaved my head with what looks like a 1 and 2 on top.

Hair dresser I had probably can't count. They also smelled strong of food (curry). First time I have not tipped a hair dresser.

I'm never going back to a Great Clips. Price was 26$. I could of just bought a razor and shaved my own head.

Don't go here unless you want your hair cut way too short without being asked. The lady who butchered my hair, (her name starts with a D) gave me a horrible bowl cut when I only asked for my long gair to be trimmed to a shoulder length. Please do not get your hair styled from her. I could have saved myself the money and cut my own hair badly at home.

Had the weirdest encounter ever. Went there on Sunday to get shampoo and blow dry and I was told that they don’t blow dry on weekends… like are your for real? I was told it’s a company’s policy. So, what does company do? Take away their hair dryers in weekends? Isn’t dealing with hair your full industry? It’s like a bank saying that they are not gonna take cash in on weekends. You may wanna fix this policy coz it’s the most absurd thing I hav ever encountered.
