Absolutely ridiculous, they will butcher your hair even if you give simple instructions they will go ahead and chop off 2x the amount you asked for, avoid at all costs

I have been going here on and off for years. The elderly man who "cut" my hair today is either going to hurt someone or really screw someone hair up. I sent a note to your corporate ad th8d was a really bad experience. At the very least if he is going to be using razor blades, he should ask first and make sure he changes the blade each time. Sorry thats the last time I'll come there.

Very bad customer service.
I used to like to go here because the owner is very Nice.
But today some other lady is there she is very rude and not interested in answering questions too. Not going here anymore.

They ruined my hair. I asked for an inch off the top and they went ahead and chopped off about 5 inches, absolutely ruining the look I wanted. I now look like Bert from sesame street due to the fact that simple instructions cannot be comprehended.

Liman was great and super friendly asking necessary questions before making any move. I got a great haircut and it was very quick as well. I would love to come back here.
