Great Clips

I have been going here for many years, but today was not worthy of my returning. I checked in online like I always do it said 0 mins wait, I know there always a few minutes, but not today. I arrived my name was second on the list and I watched them take 2 walk in.my wait time was now 30 minutes.what's the point of checking in on line, if I still have to wait 30 minutes.

First time there was a great experience. The hairdresser was fantastic. The 2nd and last time i will ever set foot there was disgusting. The worse hair cut i have ever had in my life. Some people should never be allowed to hold a pair of scissors. Never so disappointed in my life

Today I went to great clips saloon to cut hair my 3 year old son the lady was very rude and angry with us because she say he is Moving I’m trying to tell her that he doesn’t understand nw have little patience but she is very rude I told her kids do that she said I don’t have kids I’m sorry to say I don’t think I I will go next time

Dianne is wonderful and she will keep me coming back. Loose her loose me unfortunately. She is the only one that will listen to the customer.

invited me in to her station and was so quiet and polite.
Echo took her time and made sure I was happy with how she styled my hair, she took her time made sure it was all even and textured properly. I was so pleased with her care and attention to detail. I've never had that experience at this salon. Thank you so much Echo. She talked about her "Nanny" with such love. I felt honoured that she invited me to have a seat in her chair.

Did not care fory haircut this go around. Have been going there for years. Think she was mostly too focused on not having a coffee then cutting my hair. Bangs not great, wanted shorter length.

The people who were working were awesome. I brought my twins here for their first professional haircut. They were super nice and made my kids feel welcomed and important. I will definitely be coming here again.

Will butcher your hair! Worst place in the city. Do not go! They can't layer hair or cut it. She chopped the back off with no blending what so ever and cut half the hair 2 inches shorter in the back on one side and didn't tell me about it until I was home that I could see the big mistake. Please see picture for reference.

Good spot for a casual haircut by down-to-earth courteous hairdressers. I recommend using their app to see the wait time before going and doing an advance check-in.

Diane Lavoie, did an absolutely AMAZING job on my sons haircuts yesterday. Believe me when I say that both of these young men are pretty particular about how their hair looks. They are both at that age that "the hair/haircut makes the man! " Lol
The 1 thing that they both said is that "she wasn't "all business, " "she actually asked questions about them, and tried to get to know "why" thy chose the style they did for their hair. "
