All the staffs are very nice, very service oriented. I have been doing my haircut with Maya since 7 years or more. Maya does the excellent hair cut, super fast, efficient and always on beautiful smile. Thank you Maya and Great clip team.

Got the worst cut ever, i asked for just a small trim and undercut when INSTEAD it looks like someone just used a entire axe to chop more then i asked for.small advice is to just make SURE they actually can understand you when ur talkin bout small trim

Result simply not consistent; Same person that gave you a good haircut on your last visit could do a very poor job on the next visit!

Cuts are so reasonably priced, they even offer a seniors discount. I had Binh as my hair dresser and she was nice and friendly. I was more than happy

Very poor haircut, worst experience ever. Why do great clips put trainees, they way he was cutting anyone can make out he is a trainee. Though he was being nice but hello I am there for a hair cut not for being friends with you. My hairs are so uneven and extremely short that I can’t do anything until they grow back in months. I can’t open my hairs they look so bad Very much disappointed. One of the employee wasn’t even speaking English and was too loud talking to her customer friends.

I came and asked for usual haircut only to be questioned which I don't like and if I come back I want a hairdresser who understands English as well

This was my first visit to this place.as soon as I came in Maya gave a warm welcome and then Ang just played music with my hair.love the haircut.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and my last 3 experiences have been horrible. One of the reasons I choose Great Clips is the “notes” system: they have listed how my hair was cut before so I don’t have to spend 30 minutes explaining and correcting the style. Look, I’m not a stylist, that’s why I want the person who cuts my hair to know how I like it. And yet the last three times I’ve gone, I’ve had to try to explain. Apparently I must not be very good at that part because the last 3 times it’s been wrong.
Today’s experience was the worst by far. After cutting my hair for 15 minutes the girl still did not understand what I wanted. When I was finally able to get her to understand what a pixie bob was she seemed to continue with more confidence but I still left with a terrible hair cut. When I asked at the end why my hair was sticking up in strange directions she said it wasn’t her fault it was my ear. Even though the problem was all over not just the ear. At that point I couldn’t take it any more (it took her 45 minutes to get it to that point) and just told her to stop. I’m hoping hair gel and styling at home can make this cut manageable but I will not return to this location.

I walked in without an online appointment. The staff were very polite and promptly seated me to start my haircut. The haircut was one of the quickest ever and one of the best. The staff are very good at their job.

Usually the staff check in anyone who walks in so that we get on their line. I received no such attention, and after waiting 15 mins at the shop, someone else walked in who checked in online but only after I was already there. When I brought it up with the staff, response was basically "too bad for you. "

Worst experience that I had with this store today. I went there with my 4 year old daughter for her haircut. My kid is not that co-operative, I understand.but the response that I received from the lady is not at all expected. She left the haircut in between and told she cannot do anything. So, does that mean to take the kids from the store with the unstructured shape of the hair?

Great hair cut experience. I have grown my hair out and it is a painful process. I need to have it cleaned up and layerd, my layman descriptions were understand and I received exactly what I was looking for.

The hair stylist, Ash (I hope I spell it right), who helped us was pretty decent. He gave us a very nice haircut. He even taught my son how to use wax.

Worst haircut I have gotten in a while. Stylist has no idea how to handle his tools. All I wanted was a simple clip, nothing fancy. Usually takes 3 minutes. This took way longer, and the final cut is so uneven I have to go home and finish the job myself. I should not have to explain to a hairstylist how they clippers work.

The online check in was great. The hair dresser was nice and did my husbands hair exactly how he liked it. Was a good experience.

I liked their service, especially their database is very clean. They keep track your cut and can provide you exactly same cut.

Several years ago, I went here for a trim and the lady made me stand up for my entire haircut. It was the strangest cut I've ever had and my hair turned out very uneven. Hopefully she doesn't work there anymore.

After a visit to Great Clips my hair looks like somebody chopped it with a knife. I asked for layers. Upon calling 2 hours later, they said they can give me a refund the next day because the manager isn't working right now. I then told them that I cant walk around with butchered hair and will be going to get it fixed today. They then said, the manager might not refund me if they don't see it in person. So basically they want me to walk around with their mistake until I'm off work tomorrow so I can prove how terrible the haircut is. They said photo of it won't matter. Please do not go here and warn others (as I will be) to not go here either.

Went in today to discover a new employee named Ash. He is incredibly passionate about hair, and is a hair “artist”. Needless to say, he will be my go-to barber. Incredible attention to detail. It’s not just a job to him.

My Fiancé was able to get in right away and his haircut was done in 15 minutes. Great place for a simple haircut when you need it done asap!

Terrible service.very rude behavior.they didn't even trim my daughter's hair properly.however Stylist Kathrina at the same location did a very good job with my haircut.

I went there today and the front desk's attitude was not nice at all. I have been here a few times, but I won't go again from now on.

We go here at this location all the time but on this occasion we had our 5 and 3 year old grandsons, the 5 yr old was all for a hair cut but the 3 yr old wanted nothing to do with a haircut then the ladies stepped in and showed him there was nothing to be scared of and he agreed to get it done, it was the first time he got his hair cut without him freaking out and having to be held so a stylist could finish, lol, hats off to the ladies there and a HUGE THANK YOU!
