Can only review a simple man's cut but it was done very well for a very good price. The staff was awesome and the app is great to make an appointment. Gives you the wait time so you can plan easily, love the app! I continue to use their services.

I had booked on line but apparently the wrong store. The lovely people at country hills took me right away and gave me a great haircut.

Good service for the price. Use a coupon. Be sure and get what U want. Ask for the most senior stylist.

The hairstylist Rattana has the best style in cutting hair and very friendly in talking to her costumer

Went in for a haircut and my favoite hairdresser Vicki was moved to another location, so I was apprehensive about finding another hairdresser, but on recommendation, I went with Ashley and she did a great job. They are efficient and always clean at great clips.

Had a hair cut here and got a layer short hair cut, the lady cut my entire top layer of hair it into a straight line so the ends of my top layer are the same length in a straight line and did not blend it at all with the rest of my hair and now it stands out like a sore thumb and its sorter than it's supposed to be.

I have been coming here for the last year and have had 3 different stylist (Maria, Nikki and Ashley) they have all done a wonderful job.plus you can't beat $25 for a ladies cut!

I had a hair cut on last Sunday and the girl did terrible job and I was so disappointed. Then I went back to see another hair stylist on Wednesday and one girl her name is Natasha. She fixed and made my hairs much better. Made me happy. She is a good hair stylist with good skill.

Hi, I went in with my daughter to get her a trim. The first day I went in to get my daughters hair trimmed it was not a good cut but the second day Vicki cut my daughters hair and I was satisfied with the overall look. The first cut that my daughter was given was uneven by a different hairdresser. Vicki cut the hair a way more even way by completing the process properly. Thank you for giving my daughter a great haircut and providing us with great service.

The hair stylist Natasha does every time when I go, she cuts my hair exactly as I want. She is the greatest hair stylist I ever met.

The hair cut was great, the stylist was engaging and nice. The only complaint I have is that Great Clips doesn't mail any discount coupons to my community and I see people using them all the time.

I had an amazing experience at Country Hills great clips! Taylor, the manager cut my hair and was extremely friendly and knows what she is doing! All of the other girls in the salon were very friendly as well. Great price with great service! Would recommend to friends.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years and have had probably 1000s of cuts. I would say that I've maybe had 10 not-so-good cuts in that time. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. Ignore the bad reviews, those people need to relax and chill, or they'll go bald with the stress. I will go to this location as long as I have hair, which is hopefully for the rest of my life. I have had my cuts from every stylist that works there and they are all great! The owners should pay them more.

Did not appreciate the “where are you from” question and other comments that were culturally insensitive by one of the white stylists. Also she did not properly dry my daughter’s hair especially necessary when it’s so cold out!

No appointment necessary, quick in & out with a trim in less than 20 minutes for $ 24 + tip.

“ (Not such) Great Clips”

Had some super inconsistent haircuts here. The cut I got from Ashley was top-notch. I highly recommend her.

However, the “first available” system Great Clips uses forced me into other hairdressers’ chairs two other times, and the results were disappointing.

It too 3 stylists to TRY to fix the botched cut of the first stylist! I was left with very, very short, uneven hair with visible cut lines. Vicki, the manager, tried, but even her attempt left me with the worst chop job I've ever had. Never will I return! These stylists have years of experience, but no skill.

Would rather get my hair done at calgary remand center. Quickest cut ever. No fade at all. They put scissors in a cavemans hands.

Horrific! When they did my haircut, they had gave me a unprofessional lady, she basically cut my hair so short! When she continued to cut my hair shorter it has started to hurt and, as a person like her should already know why I would you cut someone's hair short even thought they haven't asked you to do so and thanks! For you to make my hair so short it might end up taking more than 1 month! Make sure you teach your workers a little bit more to cut someone's hair with good quality.

Horrible! My haircut today was chunked and uneven to the point where they look like stairs. Didn’t get what I asked for at all. Even after seeing 2 hair dressers and the manager my hair still looks a mess. So thanks great clips, thanks for ruining my 3 year hair growth plan by messing my hair up. I shall not return again to that discusting place.

Great cut, cheapest place in North Calgary I have seen in a longtime. You get what you want, they were fast, and the stylest was friendly and skilled.

Went in for a wash and cut. Wash is $8 and cut is $22. Totally reasonable to just get my dead/split ends cut off. Once she's done washing and cutting my hair she asks if I would like it dried a little bit. Yeah sure, don't really want to go home with wet hair. Totally thought she was just drying the roots like most places do when they say "dry a little". She dries all of my hair and everything is good to go. I go up to the counter and she says, "okay thats $68.75" UMMMM WHAT. How is it is $70? "Well it's $8 for the wash, $22 for the cut and $35 for the blow dry" PARDON ME. $35 JUST TO DRY MY HAIR. I would understand if you did a full blowout or curled it or styled it in any way but you literally just dried it. Not impressed.

Got a pathetic service this time. Hope they learn if a client is wearing glasses they need to understand that client is not supposed to hold their glasses on their hand and he is not supposed to put glasses on table by himself. Also, when a comb over hair cut is done, it's their job to comb it for you instead of leaving it uncomb and assuming their job is done. What a poor service, I am furious!

I can usually get a pretty good haircut here most of the time. As with any other establishment like this, it really depends on which hairdresser you get. Most of the stylists here will give you a reliably good cut, but every now and then you get one of the less skilled hairdressers and a disappointing cut.

I always get a regular short men's cut - nothing complicated. So this is what my experiences reflect.

I got my hair cut here it was alright. BUT My bill was 68.00 dollars! I was basically robbed it feels like. 22.00 for a hair cut, regular style 35.00 shampoo was an extra 8.00. I am completely shocked. Because they didn’t even use brushes to blow dry your hair or anything. You go to chatters its 10 dollars cheaper & the hair stylists are more professional & For this reason I will not be returning.

It was.interesting. I’ve been twice. The second visit was better then the first. It’s a bit like cattle call, in and out, except you won’t get slaughtered, just your hair cut. They did a good job, I just wasn’t use to the coldness of it all. Some of the employees were wearing sandals, which is kind of weird, but I’ll go back.

Great! Just Great! I was surprised to see that they had atleast 3 hair stylist who speaks "hindi" & "punjabi" above all they were awesome!

Ohmygoodness And Again more complaints for Maria. What the ;;##÷/ Does she need to wear glasses? I was left with hair sticking out here and there. One side i cant even tuck behind the ear and the other is so uneven. I finally grew out the top But Now its maybe an inch short. I even brought a Picture in to go by! Glasses this woman needs glasses or not to even be in this profession. And i see her name is mention on botched bangs (the Bergeron family) i shud have known. I feel for u, Bergeron family. Will be heading back for a refund and a correction, if thats Even possible - how do u correct a Short Mess!
