Best place to go for all your hobby needs. My husband and I recently got an RC truck and a Drag slash and man I am so happy we did. They also have a good selection for other bodies for all different sized RC's

Always great service, especially today, I needed parts for the next day and called as they were closing, they left parts for me outside as per my request and took payment over the phone, helpful as always

Lots of model building supplies packed into a relatively small space, staff is helpfuland they know what they are talking about. Lots of surprise thing for table top wargames, good selection of airbrush and regular acrylic paints.

Probably the better of the two hobby stores in Edmonton. They usually stock enough to keep my toys up and running and ordering parts in is pretty painless.

Dealing with employees is touch and go. I've had some of the best customer service interactions as well as some less than ideal. The older guys there know their stuff and are the best to deal with. Some of the middle aged guys just don't seem to get it.

About 2 months ago a friend and I went in to buy 2 of the new TRX4M trucks, and wanted to see the colors of the trucks before purchasing them. The employees on shift at the time absolutely refused to allow us to see the colors in person before committing to purchase that color. We even after offering to pay for them in full first to show we weren't just tire kicking.

I've also had them go above and beyond on warranties, special orders, and that sort of thing. More often than not it's a great store, but I honestly can't say it's perfect. Just depends who is on the other side of the counter that day I guess.

As far as the shops here. This is the one to go to! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My son and I recently spent some time browsing and enjoying the nice and relaxed atmosphere. We also made some small purchases and we will certainly be back for more soon. Highly recommend

Spent a wack of money in there on a ready to fly carbon cub s2 to get home and the battery not charge then the guys won’t send me a replacement for free they made me pay an additional 100$ for a battery and charger won’t pay for my shipping to send this faulty unit back to them will never spend another dime in this store worst customer service I’ve seen

Great inventory.can be a slow checkout process when more than 1-2 customer in the store. Also no prices on anything.have to scan things or check their website for prices.

Great spot for all your hobby needs. Usually have everything we are looking for in stock when we need it and competitive prices.

Mixed experiences, first time I went the two staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful, the second time was almost the exact opposite, the staff member I talked to was quite curt and borderline rude, not at all helpful in answering my questions. 4/5 for now, future visits might change my review.

Always have had a wonderful experience with both staff (on the phone and i person) and sourcing parts,
A few names like Jim or Ed, always ALWAYS a joy to go!

6month update, Still 5 stars, though I'd wish I could give a better score after speaking to Kiden, was immensely helpful today with trying to help me get the best parts and hopups for my rig, and understood exactly what my goal was, and not once did he try to steer me in another direction like other LHS have, instead, gave me other options to consider wich was helpful as to get the correct setup on my rig.

My husband bought a brand new remote nov. 28 we brought it back Dec. 22. With box. Not even a scratch.
It's never even been used. Just to technical for us. We read the manual and pressed some buttons and put it back in the box.
The guy said it's to damaged.how.when it's brand new not a scratch, dent, nothing. It was under the 30 day guarantee customer satisfaction. All we even wanted was in store credit so we could purchase a new one that wasn't so complicated to understand and function.
I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Just trying to support local businesses. We can purchase all this online right from manufacturers.

***Book looks brand new to me.you can tell it's been opened but that's about it.nothing wrong with the product.
