I had a wonderful experience at Great Smiles. Dr. Queenie and her assistant Mimi were so kind and attentive.
They made me feel at ease the entire time I jad a tooth fixed. The receptionist were also very friendly and welcoming.

A dentist here botched my root canal, which cost my insurance $1000+. Then the root canal specialist I was referred to wants $200 out of pocket just for a consultation, on top of a procedure that's likely going to cost $4000-$10,000 which insurance will only cover a lesser portion of.

Hi Doc Rod, for the longest years of being loyal and using great smile for almost 10 years, im not impressed of a very simple instruction of basic cleaning of my son Sean today, it last only for 20-25 mins and without floride which I requested over the phone before the procedure. My son feels unclean enough for his teeth. I usually give you guys a excellent review at all time. Service and great atmosphere. Im so impressed with your old staff that they know what to do and care for the patients.

This establishment is probably the best dental office I have ever been to in my entire life! The staff is amazing and my teeth have never been healthier! Would 10000 percent recommend to everyone! The staff treated me so good and the entire dental procedure was incredible! So excited to come back!

Before I went there I called as a emergency for taking out tooth. They freeze and they didn't do anything 3 hours.when I asked them how long it will take waiting time they didn't even sure.i went home with freezing tooth and plus they charged me never ever again thanks

We live in the North but we prefer this clinic because they have great service and this is the only clinic my kids were happy and satisfied. They handle it professionally and been transparent. From receptionist to the dentist and staff all were friendly and accomodating.

I was in the clinic for my check up and teeth cleaning. It’s my 1st time to be cleaned by the new hygienist Japhet. He is gentle and able to reach my expectation. Also, he educate me the proper way to maintain healthy gums.

Exceeded my expectation. Never thought i would experience motherly service, RDA Mimi provided great assistance. Felt like its my mom guiding me. A very humble, jolly, has the sense of urgency, and a person who seems enjoying her job. Very well coordinated, knows what she is doing. Makes Dr. Kathlene Rodriguez work easy! And by far she is the best dentist ever. Young, pretty, easy to talk to. I bet everyone would love her and would even more succesful on her profession.

Got a cleaning, which went well, all teeth in one sitting.
Went back for fillings and Dr. Thomas worked six teeth in one sitting which took two hours! They were willing to space it out but feel I have a strong constitution, so I said do as much as you can.

Skilled, professional and courteous. They didn't even break a sweat. My smile looks great.

Office was clean, their tools are the most modern I've seen.

I have worked in the customer service for over 10 years. What really sets the difference between one to the other is how you treat your customers/patients. I have had a dental procedure done by Dr Montano about couple of months ago. Things might not be perfect at first but it is always that open communication is what I like with his clinic. So I went to message the clinic through facebook of what happened. Saturday night, my gums was severely irritated that it bleeds every time I brush my teeth. To my surprise, Sunday morning I got a call from Beth and tried to book me in for an emergency appointment. I was glad that she looked after me with sense of urgency. Dr Montano’s team is not only looking after the quantity but the quality of work and service they provide. For me, that’s a real service and patient care. I have been a client with great smile for almost 2 years now. It has been very good until my last visit. I explained I was having discomfort with my last procedure (root canal) and xrays indicated an infection. I asked for an antibiotic at the end of that visit when I went to the front desk. I was refused saying they would review the xrays and discuss it with the dentist. After several times of calling in for the prescription and NO FOLLOW UP I called Mina the office manager. She told me to go back to the endodontist who did the work. I am furious that they would not look at this and provide a prescription. I am considering on filling a formal complaint with the regulating body. Like I said usually very good but this was such a low point it that they really did not care about my well being just my money.

One of the first things I noticed when I walked into Great Smile Family Dental was the genuine positive greeting from the front end staff upon my arrival. I immediately felt comfortable. My first experience was with Wilson. Wilson did my teeth cleaning and I felt like I was hanging out with one of my friends.
