Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

So far, so good, always has been easy to get service or advice. Everyone has been approachable and friendly. I appreciate it when I've suggested some service to be done that they advise it really isn't necessary at the time. Nice to deal with knowledge and regular people just trying to keep things going for the least hit to my wallet as possible.

I can't say enough about Bernie in the service parts department we got a flat tire outside north battleford and after calling around in NB no one had a tire or rim for my van. After calling around in Edmonton Bernie went tire diving for me and fixed me up with a rim and tire to take back with me to NB I am so thankful for you Bernie!

My experience with Great West Dodge was incredible while buying my new truck, However after an issue arose the experience has been nothing short of disappointing, to say the least.

I recently purchased a brand new truck from them and opted to have a box liner installed by @LineX through the dealership. To my dismay, just 7 days into owning my dream truck, I noticed the liner starting to raise. This was certainly not the premium experience I expected when paying top dollar for a new vehicle and an added accessory.

What's more frustrating than the issue itself is the lack of resolution and communication from the dealership's end. I've made multiple attempts, both in person and over the phone, to address the issue. However, almost two months have passed, and there's been no tangible progress or any indication that they are taking my concerns seriously.

Purchasing a new vehicle should be a joyous occasion, but my experience with Great West Dodge has been marred by this ongoing issue and their apparent neglect. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and ensure they're getting the quality and customer service they deserve.

It's infuriating to see that despite my efforts and patience, the Service Manager, whom I was directed to contact, had shown utter disregard and lack of concern. Your recommendation to contact the Service Manager was fruitless, with the manager either unwilling to address the problem or unavailable. Even after being contact by one of your Sales Managers who was more than willing to help with this issue.

Your Service dept’s negligence in addressing my concerns promptly speaks volumes about your commitment to customer service. The lack of concern from the Service dept.prompted this review. And further the shotty repair and lack of investigation is absolutely insulting.

I had trusted Great West Dodge when purchasing my truck and expected a level of professionalism and responsibility, which has clearly been lacking.

Had an amazing experience at this location! They were quick and professional, ubered me home and back. Great service!

Bad experience with service and I will not be buying a new vehicle here ever again. I'm going to Wetaskiwin next time I want a new vehicle.

After weeks of dealing with an incompetent service advisor at another dealership, I talked to Brian, one of the service advisors at great west, he actually listened to what I was saying about the issue I was having with my jeep, and they actually fixed it. What a relief, I now have heat back before the real cold hits like it eventually will. Thank you to everyone at great west for actually taking the time to figure out the problem, and speaking with the company I have my extended warranty through.

One of the worst if not worst dealership in Edmonton.
Would have given half a star if i could. Selling lemons to customers. Service department is a joke.
Sent the vehicle for some recalls, first a simple software update went wrong and then out of the blue steering rack needed replacing.
Waited almost 2 months for the part to arrive and now that part is damaged. I mean lost all faith in mechanics and workmanship.
Had heard great things about this dealership.

Have multiple people like me sitting in long term rentals cause of inability to get the vehicles fixed.

Service was okay. Had an oil change, went good. Was offered a free under truck wash. Thought "great! ". 1 hour later and Im waiting for them to finish. Nobody communicated with me how long it would take. Nor did they tell me when it was done. They left my keys in my truck outside without telling me my truck was done. Could of left my keys at the service desk, like every other time. I guess they base their decisions on assumptions. Was very disappointed with my visit this time.

Awesome checked my tires as I thought I needed a rotation but just did the oil change. Always good to save some cash

My Jeep needed a new key which means a reprogram. Called to book appt, was quick & easy to book. They offer Uber service if you need to drop your vehicle off then get to work. Showed up, drove into service bay, politely greeted by Brian who went over what was needed and confirmed the rate I was quoted. Contact by text when it was ready, option to pay online (which I did) then went to pick my Jeep up. Friendly service staff, never felt rushed or pressured. Will return for future service work. Ty

Brought my jeep in for a oil change and they spotted two issues and they communicated right away. Knowing they have my back. They have a great service team

Great job done! They had my vehicle for a week and I had an upgraded loaner vehicle. Was cruising in a better car than my own. I got first class treatment. Felt like royalty. Communicated with updates every single day. Got my vehicle back fully detailed and shiny like brand new. Great job guys keep it up!

Took my work van in and left with a bill and the problem not getting fixed. Kept it for a long weekend and didn’t fix anything.

Incredible experience with great west chrysler. All the salesman and staff were very upfront and not forceful. They customized my truck exactly the way i wanted it with no hidden costs, and beat the pricing of anyone else by a substantial amount. Thanks Great West.

Found a vehicle I was looking for, at a good price here. Made my way to many dealerships over two days, and Great West Chrysler was definitely one of the best to deal with. The sales person, Whitroy, was easy to talk to, informative, and not overly pushy. This made it a quick purchase with a good price on my trade.
Certainly no issues in my transaction, I would recommend going here to anyone who asked.
